I want to tell you the story of visiting Sadko's store on 02/11/2021 about the incorrect calculation of me at the checkout on 02/10/2021 (check 01/000000239, cashier 001). The amount I was cheated on is small, and maybe the cashier just made a mistake (no one canceled the human factor). But what happened in the office of the head of the Sadko store, to whom the cashier sent me when I presented her with the check, is beyond any explanation. When I entered the office (by the way, the service staff was there without masks), I immediately heard the terrible scream of the head herself: "Who let you in here?" And it wasn't a question, it was a real scream, repeated endlessly so that I couldn't even get a word in. Following the threat to call the guard (probably, the head saw me as a robber), I still managed to break through the stream of screaming and explain that I came with the sole purpose of figuring out why I was cheated. I don't know why she condescended to her direct duties, maybe she just got tired of shouting, but the difference in money was immediately returned to me and even apologized for the cashier, but that unfair aggression against me from the manager so unsettled me and raised my blood pressure that I still can't Come to my senses and think: "Maybe I shouldn't have gone to the store." I believe that rudeness and intemperance are incompatible with working in a senior position in the service sector. I really regret that I did not turn on the dictaphone when talking to this person (or rather, I did not record her scream). After all, when I wrote a complaint to the book of proposals, the head informed me that she just had such a loud voice. I really hope that the director will not ignore this case, and no one else will get into a similar situation.
