A good, stable company, has been working for a very long time. I have been working with them at the partnership level for the last three years. A clear organization. In the last year, the daily bots were updated, now only safaris, including daily ones. The service corresponds to the price. There are always guides with knowledge of the native language for guests of different nationalities. Very good boat kitchen for this price.

I am an instructor and owner of the Navionik dive club in Nizhny Novgorod. Our club has decided to cooperate with SADKO in the direction of organizing daily diving and Dive safari in Egypt for our cadets. At any stage (from booking negotiations to the last farewell handshake), the club's employees and owners do not let us down. From our side, several questions and force majeure situations arose from the cadets, which are resolved in the shortest possible time during negotiations in a friendly atmosphere.
From the moment the group arrives at Hurghada airport, everything is organized perfectly. And as stated, everything is really included (even NITROX), additional costs are only of a personal nature, souvenirs and excesses are different)))
As a licensed captain of a sailing vessel who has crossed more than one sea of our beautiful planet, I especially want to mention the work of the captain of the SUNSHINE Safari Bot. Everything on the ship (from the crew to the instruments) should work as a single clock mechanism, so Captain SADKO's everything works like a Swiss watch mechanism)))
Dive guides are Russian-speaking, very loyal, of course we are responsible people and safety is also in the first place, but sometimes the Red Sea is so fascinating with its beautiful inhabitants and rivers that we want to commit minor (safe for health) violations. So the guides of course scold us, but somehow in a kind way))) This means that they are professionals and if they don't throw you for violations, it doesn't mean that they don't see, they have everything under control. They (although it is not their responsibility) are always ready to help you.
the crew of the ship, in addition to being cheerful executive guys, also do all their work somehow quickly unobtrusively and almost imperceptibly for the guests. But as soon as the thought arises that some kind of help is needed, they immediately appear)))
Individual applause to the chef, very tasty 4 meals a day, varied meals in buffet mode. Repeated surprises from the chef in the form of national food of the guests, additional final dishes.
Constant access to various drinks and snacks, between meals.
If there is a person in your team who prefers a separate kitchen, for example, a vegan, they will prepare separate dishes for him. Everyone will stay full))).
It is also important that we get this level of service at an absolutely appropriate price. There is never a feeling that you have overpaid.
On the contrary, at the end of the trip, you are happy to put tips in envelopes because you understand that you were not deceived at one stage of payment and did not take a super profit.
Cons, of course, also occur, but they are so insignificant and often arise through no fault of people, and since the sea is unpredictable and always brings trials, but it's nice that all the cons are taken into account and corrected in the shortest possible time.

The perfect company! The price/quality is super! Excellent boats, professional and friendly staff. Dive guides are all handsome, but I would especially mention Serega and Jafar (for cool photos and videos to them), Hamada and Dasha. With all the years, it's safe and secure!
I've already gone on 7 safaris with Sadko, I'm going to the 8th. I recommend it to everyone!
But there is also a minus - the chefs on the boats cook so delicious that after the safari + 3-5kg of excess weight arrives)))))

In April-May 2023, I was on a daily trip and on safari (from Hurghada to the north) with the Sadko team. The best impressions! The organizers helped with both booking and planning the general layout, when, what for + transfer.
Keep in mind that the staff of the team is compact, all are acting instructors, so it is better to pre-arrange the time of the call in the messenger. By mail/Watsap/TG responded very promptly, and because it was my first big diving trip + I also planned (and implemented) my studies and certification - there were many questions, and I got answers to all of them! And despite the fact that Sadko's main vector is providing dives for experienced divers, as a beginner, both upon arrival and directly on the boat, it was very comfortable for me, all local issues were resolved on the spot. The rental equipment is of high quality (of my own I had only a mask, flippers with bots and swimming trunks) the rest is from the club. There was a mixed team of divers on Safari: 8 people from Russia, 8 people from Europe, 4 people from America (Argentina, USA, Canada). The Russian group has its own dive guide, the English-speaking group has its own. But English-speaking guides also understand Russian and are ready, if necessary, to prompt.
On the day before the Safari, I just had an experienced English—speaking guide from the local - Hamada. On safari and studying AOWD — Sergey. I recommend both of them!. There is also an experienced and skillful staff on the boat. Everything is fast, clear, but without too much fuss. The boat and cabins are in excellent condition, but you probably won't be able to lose weight — the food is restaurant-level, everything is delicious and varied: meat, fish, desserts! Belgians and Germans in a private conversation in the evening after diving for a glass of Angevin :-) they also confirmed that everything was on the same Level for them, and these guys had something to compare with and they know how to select money / quality and love it. On my own, I highly recommend going to the daily before safari: get used to it and test the kit, then a day of rest without diving, since safari mode is intense, 4 dives a day, except for the days of start and return. With this arrangement, I managed to complete the check-out at the maximum: 21 dives in the end and an AOWD card upon returning home! So 10 out of 10! Feel free to start with Sadko!

One of the advantages is the low price, a good team on board.
Of the cons . Greedy management , which encourages the boorish attitude of guides who believe that they are kings on ships and divers relax for guides , and not guides work for divers .
The boat is in very bad condition . There is often no hot water . The doors won 't close .
In particular, the disgusting Guide Haisan , with whom the whole team refused to dive at the end of a week - long safari .
Feedback to the company's management is always treated with hostility .
I advise you to pay a couple hundred euros more and not waste your time on low service.
