Great hotel. A great location. The hotel has a full-fledged SPA complex with a warm indoor pool and a summer outdoor pool. But you need to keep in mind that visiting the sauna, hammam and salt room is for a fee.
The breakfasts on the 8th floor are good, there are a lot of things, fried eggs or omelets are prepared for you, to choose from.
I would like to wish the main restaurant on the ground floor to grow a more efficient staff, and to have more cooks in the kitchen, since waiting 40 minutes for at least snacks and drinks to be brought is the height of perfection in indifference. But respect to the manager of the restaurant, he was able to rectify the situation.

Never offer Zahid Zaravshan Hotel in Bukhara to anyone! I understand that as many people as there are opinions, so I will try to give only the facts.
1. The air conditioner is not working. The master who came, after several calls to the reception (by the way, the plumber, according to him) first tried to teach us how to use the air conditioner), then said that in winter (!!!) the air conditioner only works on "heating" and suggested sleeping with the window open. It is +30° in Bukhara and October, even in Russia it is not winter.
2. The refrigerator is not working. The same master plumber said that it was broken, probably he thought that we were stupid, we did not understand this)). They refused to replace the refrigerator. I'm not a fan of "working refrigerators" and if it weren't for one "but", we just wouldn't have noticed it. Taking advantage of the trip, I bought medicines in Uzbekistan that are no longer supplied to Russia, and they require storage at a temperature of no more than +8 °.
3. Uzbek know-how, electric sockets in the bed. The request to move the bed or change the room was categorically refused.

Do not stay at this hotel in any case!!! There is nothing next to a 4-star night hotel, except for the price, which is very high relative to the conditions and service that are provided.

Minuses. The room is heated by a chiller. The room was very cold. I turned on the chiller but did not achieve a comfortable temperature until the morning. A very small shower cabin. The screen constantly sticks to the body and causes discomfort. I turned on the TV and it didn't show anything. I didn't call, I was tired and went to bed.

To open the room and put clean things. There are two bars in the lobby. But not everything is on the menu.
The rooms are large. Everything is clean, the beds are comfortable. But the windows are whistling and the noise from the street is correspondingly in your room. The technician does not know how to regulate them))).

I have one question: who gave this hotel the stars?!? It's good that we managed to spend one night! A double suite was booked and paid for. Upon check-in, they demanded payment again, during the trial they saw that the room was still paid in advance. You can write endlessly about the number itself!The claimed mini-bar consisted of two plastic bottles of water, two tea bags and ONE sugar bag, the refrigerator was empty! THAT'S IT!!! The air in the room is so stale that I wanted to ventilate. And then another surprise awaited: taking hold of the window handle, she remained in her hand! It's the same story with the second window! If you turn on the air conditioner, the noise in the room is like a jet engine. It's even more fun in the bathroom: you're afraid to hang things on the towel rail, it's attached to some pins and moves away from the wall. But if you want to take a shower from the road at one o'clock in the morning (the time of our check-in), then it will be very cold and invigorating! I didn't have the strength to deal with the staff and ask for something, we washed with cold water and went to bed (at 12:00 we already have to vacate the room, we didn't forget to call the reception at 11:40 and remind them about the eviction) . I don't know who praises the breakfasts, they are nothing! Where's the coffee?!? In a thermos??? There are three thermos flasks with inscriptions: hot water, coffee, tea!!! We ate cold oatmeal and left. I wanted to run away from this hotel without looking back and NEVER come back to it again! It was a huge disadvantage of our stay in Bukhara

It's a great place, we celebrated the new year 2023 in the restaurant downstairs. I would like to express my gratitude to all the staff for organizing such a wonderful holiday. All the staff approaches their duties professionally, the waiters were polite and caring. Many thanks to the chefs for the banquet table, everything was so delicious and abundant. It was fun, incendiary and live music and folk dances. I have very pleasant memories, I highly recommend this place to everyone.

By the standards of the hotel, of course, it does not reach - they are poorly cleaned, coffee for breakfast is simply disgusting, when you hand over the room, you shamefully wait until everything is checked. It is not possible to call the city by phone from the room to book a table, for example. The local restaurant and the restaurant nearby are not very good - many dishes and alcohol are not on the menu. They can bring something with an unexpected price. Saves the store very close by - there is everything you need. But I want to mention the staff - they are trying to please and they have upgraded the room category for free.

We stayed at this hotel for 2 nights in April 2023 - we didn't notice any disadvantages... but when we arrived there in August for 2 weeks on vacation, all the jambs came out ...
1. The audibility from the corridor is just terrible... even if the neighbors talk in whispers..
2. The doors to the rooms with closers, and not smooth at all... and they bang so hard that at night you jump up on the bed when the neighbors come in.
3. Rooms 1 to 6 on all floors, except the 1st, are located behind the wall from the restaurant adjacent to the hotel, and the music (more precisely, the tapping from it) in the rooms is audible so that it is impossible to sleep even with the windows closed. Repeated requests to the reception did not give any result... They said that it was not with them and in general they could not hear ...
4. The rooms on the 7th floor are located directly under the restaurant and from 7 a.m., as breakfast begins, chairs are driving over the head.
5. For a broken glass, the red price of which is 100 rubles, we were charged 500 rubles - well, I think that this is unacceptable for a four-star hotel!!!
6. Plumbing is in terrible condition, tremors flow, towel rails fall out, shower watering cans are broken, buttons (do not disturb / get out) were broken in our room near the entrance doors.
7. In 2 weeks, they have never vacuumed in the room.
8. After lunch, they start letting locals into the pool for money and a madhouse begins there ... because there are a lot of children there (we got there when the tram brought half the class of boys) it is impossible to swim, everyone jumped into this unfortunate pool like mad.
9. When we arrived, the pool on the street was just like a swamp green, they poured chemicals into it, after a couple of days it became transparent, but the bottom was not cleaned to the end, and by our departure 2 weeks later it bloomed again, which is not surprising (see paragraph 8).
Keep in mind who comes to weekends, on Sundays from 12 to 15 - women's day, men are not allowed in the pool
10. there is not enough lighting, the rooms are dark
Of the advantages, perhaps, only breakfasts, they are, of course, monotonous, but you will not stay hungry, the guy who fries scrambled eggs in Russian does not speak at all ...
Deluxe rooms are large, but if you settle with children and put cots there, then you will suffocate from the heat, because the air conditioner will blow right on these clamshells and you can't turn it on, hello snot and pneumonia.
Also, in my opinion, the hotel does not have enough family rooms, or at least adjacent ones, for large families.

In general, a normal hotel for service and food, but there is one big PROBLEM that somewhat overshadowed our stay in Bukhara at this hotel. Money was missing from our safe. Although not all, but the amount is not small and in dollars. When we arrived at the room after several hours of absence, we could not open the safe. The master was called and in a few seconds he opened it without much effort. The money was not in the same form as we left it, and when recalculating it turned out that there was not enough in dollar currency. When the camera recordings were picked up by the heads of the security, the senior maid and the safe specialist (we do not know which position), it turned out that the safe specialist came into the room in our absence, allegedly from his words to change the battery in the front door. What exactly he was doing there is not visible in the camera recordings. But we didn't complain about the front door at all, we had an adjacent room with the next one and we went in and out through another door. And they refused to clean at all that day, so in our absence, in theory, no one should have entered the room. No one entered the other rooms for several hours of watching the camera footage on the floor.
The hotel did not apologize to us, referring to the fact that we ourselves did not pay attention to it or spent it and did not notice. They assured us that they vouch for everyone at the hotel and no one could do such a thing.
Otherwise, our vacation was not affected in a negative way. We spent a little more than 2 days at the hotel, then went to another city. But the unpleasant residue remained. Therefore, we recommend not to leave money in the hotel safes. Because we just arrived, we did not know that we should contact the tourist police on this issue, our guide in another city told us about it.

For example, we had pipes sticking out of the wall, there was a curve and a flowing shower stall. If suddenly, when cleaning the room, the staff did not finish something, and you did not immediately put it on view, they start to freebie and make it even worse. They are constantly trying to cheat! Therefore, we ask for receipts immediately from the first day.
The breakfasts are more or less varied, but do not expect an all-inclusive. A good local European breakfast. Fruits are provided, a good set, but not to say that the whole bazaar is oriental.
In general, it's not bad, but the sediment from sniffing and trying to heat remained.
