The location is convenient... taxi 10K som and you are in the Old Town...The staff is working "perfectly"! He lived on the 6th floor. The women cleaned the room very cleanly. Mihruza, I think that was the name of the main one, solved all technical issues.
Restaurant....The breakfasts are on top... The waiters work at lightning speed. It's a pity that they're only open in the morning.
Why 4 stars... For subtle souls and sensitive ears, the sound of neighbors' doors closing can strain.

One of the few modern hotels in Bukhara. If it weren't for the cold season, the estimate would probably be higher.
From the good:
- excellent breakfasts
- modern rooms where almost everything works as it should
- a comfortable enough bed
One of the main claims:
- IT'S COLD. There are no batteries in the room, floor-to-ceiling windows, and the heat blows only from the air conditioner. To warm up the room more or less, I had to set 28 degrees and wait half a day
- the SPA is a mess. It costs extra. Money, then go to the women's locker room, then to the men's, there is no hot water in the shower, etc.
The location is quite good. The old town is about 25 minutes on foot without hurrying

The service is excellent. Two swimming pools - outdoor and indoor, hammam, massage chairs, everything is included in the room rate. The staff is very polite and courteous. The food on the buffet is just Super, a variety of dishes, porridges, fruits you can eat as much as you want))). The location is convenient, especially if there is a transfer service. The rooms are super clean and there are many different detergents. I definitely recommend it.

The pool and gym are a plus. But the showers and the changing rooms, again, are made there by a blunder, a hard economy class that falls apart and leaks.
It is located quite far from the center, it is far from civilization on foot, you will need a taxi. There are three restaurants at the hotel, but in our case on Saturday one was rented for a wedding, the other for watching football. In a Turkish restaurant without frills, but delicious.
