we have long wanted to visit this place and try how ramen is prepared here. We were not disappointed.
Rich broth and very tasty thicket 🥰
They brought it quickly.
There is more hype around than a really interesting place. Due to what the price tags are breaking. The food is delicious, but not divine, as it should be for such money. the portions are small. As a "street food" format - by, mini soup for 24 rubles is too much, despite the fact that it does not taste like all other ramen in the city.
A small and tasty menu, everyone will be able to find what they like. Fast service, responsive staff, pleasant atmosphere, we have been there several times, we will go on a regular basis. The food is very satisfying, but not too greasy, the feeling of hunger disappears for many hours. If you love Japanese cuisine or want to try it, then you definitely should visit this place)
We booked a table in Sakaguchi to try the ramen. The ramen is delicious. But the service was not impressed . The waitress Lera could not answer some questions, did not say about the availability of a bonus program. We won't come back here. But this is my personal opinion.
It's a great place. There are traditional tables, knowledgeable staff. The food and drinks are delicious with flavor.
The portions seemed small, but I'm hungry)
A wonderful and cozy place, with its own concept and atmosphere.
A small hall with 6 tables, 3 European format and 3 on the floor (in traditional Japanese style). When making a reservation, it is possible to specify exactly the table that is needed.
One of the best services that I have met in the Republic of Belarus, the waiter's interest in finding a common language with customers is visible. Despite the complicated names and new dishes for many, the waiter prompted at the right moment, thereby avoiding embarrassing mistakes. I noticed that the waiter was really interested in finding a common language with each client individually.
The quality of the dishes is also at a high level.
None of the dishes tried (and there were at least 5 of them) were delicious or not interesting. Special attention should be paid to ramen, and it is better to try it there more than once.
A pleasant place, I tried a tasting set, a portion for two, from 7 different dishes, it was very tasty
Of all the dishes, I didn't like only one, but this is especially for me
Very pleasant atmosphere, very pleasant waiters, and delicious bright dishes)
One of my husband's and my favorite restaurants! We love ramen paired with cherry cider) On holidays or just to cheer up, we like to eat delicious ramen, and not only that!
Having visited Japan several times and tasted a dozen different ramen, I always tried to find something remotely resembling that unforgettable taste and was already desperate, but I got here ... it's fantastic how the guys managed to repeat the atmosphere of the exchange of Thorns, smells, and most importantly the taste of the same, rich and rich broth with all the ingredients
I was in the establishment at the very opening, then only the matcha pudding was really delicious. And so, a year and a half later, I visited the institution with my husband. The menu has not changed at all. Dessert was the only one and remained…
They took the standard Ramen, and taaam purchased store-bought spaghetti in soup for 30 rubles, in an institution that positions itself as a Japanese restaurant with a Japanese chef.
In short, we just ate enough, but there was no delight from the food at all.
And one more minus, savings on staff are visible, dishes are taken out for a very long time, pork was waited for an hour. There are only 2 people in the hall. The guys do not have time to take orders, count people, put napkins, and put away the dishes.
Very tasty Japanese cuisine. A fresh establishment with a choice of both regular tables and traditional Japanese gatherings on the floor. A pleasant Japanese entourage. Excellent meat dishes.
An extremely strange place, which is as far from the restaurant as the moon, an ordinary mediocre cafe.
This is the first place I've ever seen where SPAGHETTI is put in ramen instead of noodles.
And then we'll start in order.
1. I came with a girl, ordered ramen, rice and onigiri. As a result, two ramen were brought. To the comment that we did not order the second ramen, it was silently removed and that's it, I still did not see the rice, even after 40 minutes. As a result, we had to ask us to calculate and exclude this dish from the receipt, because it was never brought.
2. We ordered one onigiri each, and eventually brought two pieces on one plate. Onigiri is not eaten in one bite, it turns out that we should put the bitten ones on one plate if necessary.
3. The empty plate stood on the table for 10 minutes, no one thought to clean it up.
4. The waiter is wearing slippers, such homemade soft slippers. As I understand it, this contradicts all the requirements for catering in general. And even when walking, he shuffles .....
5. Goods are carried through the entire hall to the kitchen. You are sitting, eating, and boxes are quietly being carried past from the entrance to the kitchen. It feels like it's in the middle of the market.
6. The cook came out of the kitchen with his trousers rolled up to sign the invoices. If he walks around the kitchen like that, then it's just a complete P.
And the broth in ramen is very tasty by the way. And onigiri is nothing, only the nori is not crunchy but rubbery.
It is quite a cozy and atmospheric place. It feels like the owners have put a part of their soul into it. But, in my opinion, there is not enough assortment, and the prices are a little too high.
The food is very tasty. The atmosphere and interior are at the highest level. The waiters are polite and tidy.
However, after two hours of ramen (it looks like a postscript on the menu that he does not lie for 10 hours) and desserts from the set, no one brought. The bill was paid in advance, so they didn't figure it out later (they were in a hurry).
Well, the prices here are not the most affordable relative to the amount of food.
My wife and I came to her birthday party with a group of 4 people AND EVERYONE WAS POISONED. In fact, the establishment turned out to be at the level of a roadside cafe, and not at the level of a restaurant. Everyone ordered ramen and the second course. The second courses were brought earlier than the first. A portion of stewed pork (kakuni) for 28p is extremely small. Two small pieces of meat with cabbage and bean sprouts. Tebasaki wings are just bones, there is very little meat. Peach lemonade is a glass of just bonaqua with a small addition of peach syrup for 9p without taste. After about 15 minutes after serving the 2nd course, they brought ramen and just left without saying a word about such a serving. There is one thin piece of meat in the middle portion. The broth is rich but has a nasty taste. His wife feels bad remembering him. After that, we decided to order takoyaki "Russian roulette" for 20+ rubles and its peculiarity is that one of the takoyaki had to be sharp. As a result, they ate everything and there was not a single spicy one. They asked why and we were told that this was an experimental dish. Although when we ordered it, we were not warned that it was experimental and might not be as described. It tasted below average. The only thing that was delicious was coffee and rich juice.
Pros: Cozy, the atmosphere of Japan is a little felt, the taste of dishes is 10/10 for a Japanese restaurant, especially the ramen stands out, it feels like the best in Minsk.
Cons: high price segment, I would like more seat cushions
We decided to go with my wife for the anniversary. The staff is good. The food is just normal. The price is very high for such portion sizes. The size of the menu is very small for the place in which this institution positions itself. There is a lot of PR, the result is below average.
It's beautiful, there are two types of "sitting". On cushions on a pedestal, as is traditionally customary in Japan, and standard tables and chairs. An interesting menu, there is a set for two to try everything. The prices are high, but it's worth it. I definitely recommend you to visit.
The chef is Japanese
I came with my friends, food was brought to everyone, I sat and watched my friends eat. And when they had even finished, they still didn't bring me anything. Note to the owners, this is not done, however, there are positions that can be brought earlier, but the hot stuff is mostly served immediately, especially if the company is sitting! I do not recommend using the word at all.
the food is delicious, the staff is nice, they will help with everything, they will tell you everything, waiting on weekdays for 10-15 minutes, but in the evenings and on weekends there is a lot of workload, so you still need to have time to get there)
I advise
Great place!
Atmosphere 9/10
Kitchen 10/10
We were in the company of friends at an Asian table. I liked everything very much. The staff is friendly, will tell you what and how to eat properly, how to cook, etc.
We ordered a lot of items. To try almost everything on the menu. Everyone was satisfied)
As a ramen lover, I highly recommend it. He is beyond praise.
We will definitely come back!
My girlfriend really wanted to get into this institution, so when the opportunity arose, they decided to visit. To be honest, from the photos it seemed that there was more space, so it's better to call in advance and ask if there is a place to sit. Of the interesting things, there are tables on the floor to fully feel the oriental atmosphere, and so there are ordinary tables inside and outside the establishment. From the kitchen, I decided to try noodles, some soup and dessert. They drank tea from drinks. There are no complaints about the dishes, everything is delicious and really looks like oriental cuisine (as I understood the chef himself from Japan). The portions are certainly small, but again these are the features of the kitchen. Waiting for meals, even when fully loaded, is no more than 15 minutes. The prices may seem high to someone, but if you want to try something new, I definitely recommend this place.
P.S. One of the cool things is the story of the opening of the institution itself, which can be read in the menu.
Before that I ate Ramen in Lviv, then I liked it. But this one is an order of magnitude better🔥
The place is very beautifully decorated, polite staff, very tasty food.
I want to come back already 😄
Indeed, the most delicious ramen in Minsk) and the entourage inside is interesting and thematic. We were also conquered by cider with melon, I advise you)
I came to this place 2 times. From what I tried: onigiri, takoyaki, dessert of matcha, rice with pork, of course ramen, lemonade, geuza. The food is generally delicious, but it's not worth the price. Ramen is definitely not worth it. And lemonade is generally a meme: soda with a drop of jam. Seriously..?
Maybe I would have come again, but after the story from the hostess of the establishment about the guests and their tips, I don't set foot there anymore. Disrespect for lvl 100 guests
The most delicious ramen! You can sit in Japanese: take off your shoes and sit down at a low Japanese table with your legs folded. And it's like we're used to - at the table. The kitchen is very good. Lightness, without heaviness in the stomach. Attentive staff.
It feels very good after the visit.
Wonderful Japanese cuisine! There is nothing superfluous on the menu - only delicious dishes that cannot be found anywhere else in the city. I was especially pleased with the ramen. It's better than I've ever tried here.
I chose this place to celebrate my birthday. I've been following in insta for a long time. Very cool interior and staff. However, I didn't like the food at all. The portions are small, although they tried the whole menu, they came out hungry. I ate ramen in Japan and there is something to compare it with.
A truly unusual journey into the world of new tastes. The service and atmosphere are also excellent. At first, my wife didn't like anything on the menu, ordered at random and tried my dish - now she wants to try everything))
This is a very cozy and atmospheric place for dates and meetings with friends) If you, like me, are already bored with everything in Minsk, then I recommend trying real Japanese cuisine (not sushi). The restaurant has a Japanese chef. My favorites are ramen, takoyaki with mussels and kakuni. For the first time in my life, I liked matcha! I also recommend trying the traditional Japanese-style floor seats.
I have a negative experience of trying to sign up for an event through the Instagram of this institution: I saw the information that there were free places for the event on March 13, wrote to Yandex. Direct, my message was read only after 30 hours and they replied dryly categorically that there were no more places…
I didn't like it, they waited sooo long, the portions were tiny, the waitresses and the bartender preferred to talk to each other rather than approach the customers, the toilet was dirty... And, most importantly, it's not tasty. This is my subjective opinion.
We ordered: ramen, fried rice with pork, broken cucumbers, and dessert with tea.
I would also like to express my gratitude for the ramen. Such a delicious and satisfying, such that I would not like to add anything else to ramen, I have never tasted in my life!
Thanks a lot to the staff too for their responsiveness, advice and smiles!))
You are getting better every day.
A beautiful Japanese place. Authentic food. The cook is Japanese. There is no sushi as they cannot find the right fish from us. I recommend ramen. And everything else.
Very much for an amateur. The hood doesn't work well, it smells like food in places. I'm not a fan of ramen, but it tastes better in conditional Noodles. In prawns in the temper of everything
