But instead of canceling, I was offered to transfer the order to another of their establishments, where it can be fulfilled, and "in 40 minutes it will be with you." I agreed.
Another hour and a half passed. There is no order. I called the contact number. Separately, I would like to mention the manner of the administrator answering the call with the word "hello", without introducing himself or greeting. It seems that you've got the wrong number and are calling a personal one.
When asked about the fate of my order, I was told that I asked for it myself(!) to move it to another institution, and because of this delay. And by the way, they saw the order more than an hour after the moment of my payment. I was also informed that I had been sent to a meeting (probably the name of the attempt to fulfill the order after all, violating the deadlines 3 times). The fact that the order was initially accepted by an institution that cannot fulfill it, they are not to blame, and since I want a refund, they will "make it right now" for me. Then they called her a boor and hung up on her.
I would have given the employee's name if she had bothered to introduce herself.
We ordered 2 carbonars, instead of the promised 15 minutes we waited for 40. It is not clear what was brought, one portion is cold, the second is barely warm... But from carbonara there is only the name... I don't recommend it in general. It is better to avoid and eat at least pizza in the neighborhood. 1/1000 rating, not out of 5
