We ordered the Caesar Delux salad, which includes pineapple, but we were informed that it could not be ordered because pineapples were not available. We chose a different dish.
At the payment stage, a new problem arose: the terminal returned the error "the network printer is not connected". When we pointed this out, the employee claimed that everything was working properly. As a result, we tried to pay:
- through the iPhone and Android payment systems — unsuccessfully;
- through three bank cards of different banks — also without success.
As a result, we paid in cash.
After the payment, another problem arose: the employee did not issue the receipt. We have doubts that the operation was carried out through the cashier.
When our order was ready, we noticed that the dishes were stained with soap stains.
And the food is not that tasty. Salty salads, the so-called draniki, are served together with the oil dripping from them.

Caesar salad is a large portion, but the tomato is sliced with a hard core (which is usually cut off), the eggs are overcooked, and there is too much salt.

very bad. we ordered two cold drinks, a Promo salad and pancakes with sour cream.
The entire order was waited for 35 minutes. I was sitting there waiting for the trays. the first course was made with pancakes and, logically, they were absolutely cold. also, the devices were not reported to one of the orders)
They made one refrigerator and then, when they collected almost the entire order (i.e. without one portion of the refrigerator), they were informed that they did not have any refrigerators. Is it okay? only the guy in the kitchen was pleased, he told us to wait 10 minutes and he would do everything. it tastes like an ordinary medium-sized refrigerator.
the vegetables in the salad are stale, the arugula was not even separated from the roots and just thrown on top, it was very bitter, I had to peel it off. there are no spices at all, that is, there is not even salt. I took salt and pepper from another place. the chicken is rubbery and also tasteless.
the service is disgusting. the girl is very unpleasant and seems to be doing a favor by accepting the order. don't even rush to give orders.
Very disappointed, not a foot more. I think you can see everything in the photo anyway.
