During the haircut, the master listened to the lecture, arguing that she was studying and did not want to miss it. Seriously? I would like the concentration to be on the client's hair, and not spraying attention.
Service 0. For the same money, I got a haircut in the center on Oktyabrskaya, the salon is right on the avenue, and tea / coffee (with a choice of taste), and sweets (miniatures of Snickers, Mars, Twix..not cheap). Immediately, just by zeros.
In the end, it turns out they needed cash, because their terminal is malfunctioning today. Was I warned? No. It turns out that this is not my card, and therefore it does not pass them. I have an Alfa-Bank, if anything, it's not that uncommon these days. They tried to make a payment 2 times. The administrator took my card with her hand and inserted it into the terminal herself. Is everything OK? I prefer to attach/insert my card myself. Next, I was asked to go and withdraw cash. It's not fatal, but there's no alpha ATM in the vicinity. Yes, there is a limit on withdrawing cash from ATMs of other banks without commission, but what if the customer has reached the limit? Why should I spend at least some money on a commission if I wasn't warned about the cash, I defended the haircut and there was no service?
To sum up, 70p for going over the tips with a typewriter and then profiling with scissors is not worth it. If you omit the cons, reasoning well, they cut it and fine, then anyway, in fact, it does not differ from the haircut in the Barbershop 1, where I went during my poor student days, and would have given 2 times less...
