They breathed in October 2024. I liked everything, we were afraid to go to 3 stars, but the hotel was pleasantly surprised. The service and the attitude towards the guests is very good. Yes, the rooms are a bit old, but the main thing is clean and everything works. The bed is comfortable, the water in the shower is always hot and there is pressure. This is important, because last year we had a rest in Marmaris and were exhausted with water. The view from the room to the sea is very pleasant for relaxation😍The food is very good. Lamb, veal, beef, turkey, chicken is an important day. Fish almost every day. Everything is delicious! Bravo! Thanks to the cook! Beer, wine, cocktails are good. The only thing is that I didn't like the coffee, but we drank Turkish tea, brewed it delicious. Fruits are varied. The beach is right next to the hotel, so we ate, so to speak, directly overlooking the sea. There were enough sun beds for everyone, the beach is being cleaned. In general, the hotel is good!

I stayed here for 4 nights in the fall of 21. A great place, quiet and cozy. I didn't stop by the package, I just booked on the Booking - the price for All inclusive was about the same as for a hostel in the center of Bodrum, and here you will be fed and watered and the beautiful sea is right behind the fence. A wonderful hotel. Delicious food, stable Wi-Fi.

Nice hotel near Bodrum, 3 stars. Pros: right by the sea, you can always have something to eat or drink, a cozy courtyard, quiet at night. Cons- not a very diverse diet, a lot of fast food from obscure semi-finished products.

We had a rest from 28.09 to 08.10 3 adults, 2 children. We booked 2 standards.
We arrived at about 12.30 (less than an hour from the airport), we immediately gave the keys to one standard in the main building. The room was on the second floor with a view of the pool and a side view of the sea. The room is not bad. The bed, armchair, table, 2 bedside tables, wardrobe, safe were not used. They brought a playpen for a 9-month-old child, the playpen has certainly already lived. The bathroom has a hairdryer, bottles of shampoo and shower gel. Wi-Fi was great in the room and on the beach.
2 room was given after lunch, but at the check-out, across the street. They gave a two-room room with a sea view (No. 806), the room was good, but the next day they asked to change to the main building, they said there were no rooms. I had to constantly walk up to the 3rd floor by a steep staircase. It is not convenient with small children.
Food. I liked. They brought extra pounds. Breakfast: Eggs, cheese, pancakes, fruits, vegetables, sweets, jams, yogurt, etc. porridge was once, but we are not fans. For lunch and dinner, too, there was always an excellent choice: beef, lamb, chicken, turkey, French fries, bulgur, vegetables, fruits, sweets, some snacks, sauces, eggplants, etc. Snacks: French fries, nuggets, tortillas, pastries at 17.00, ice cream 3 times a week, queues at There wasn't much of a restaurant, although the hotel was decently filled. There are high chairs for children, the staff quickly cleans the dirty dishes. Cats live in the restaurant, and turtles live on the territory.
The beach, there were always enough sunbeds, the approach is good, there are a lot of fish, there is a foot wash, there are no towels. A lot of big dogs.
The pool is not big, it was cleaned every day, there is a shower.
Animation. There was a show in the evening, it took place in a bar, I watched from the balcony, because the child was already asleep by this time. The music usually played until about 3-4 in the morning, it didn't bother us. Once there was a foam disco in the pool.
The vacationers are mostly Europeans, of retirement age, but everyone is mostly friendly. The reception does not speak Russian, they contacted us several times, the room card did not work.
We took a yacht trip from the hotel from 10 to 16 with lunch ($25), I recommend it, the seller of excursions on the yacht speaks Russian well.
There are many shops near the hotel and a minibus to Bodrum. There is an embankment between the hotel and the beach.

We are resting in this place with a friend, we stopped by just yesterday. The rooms are very nice and pleasant, cleaned every day, there is standard air conditioning, refrigerator, safe. The hotel is located on the first coastline, very beautiful around. The staff is very friendly and tries to help you, even if you come up 50 times 😅😅😅 there is a bar on the beach. They feed you the whole day, in addition to the usual triple meals, there are afternoon tea, break time, coffee time, etc. The food is very diverse and delicious, in each category there is a choice of 3-6 dishes, a lot of desserts🥰

We stayed at this hotel with my wife for 11 days. We were not disappointed. It's a very good hotel for three people. The room is standard with a sea view, everything worked. The beach is two steps away, the territory is small, but well-maintained and cozy. There were always empty seats on the beach. Everything was fine with nutrition, too. The staff is friendly. It is close to the center of Bodrum. From the airport to the hotel 30 min. by taxi, 35-45 €. I recommend the hotel.

The hotel is very decent for 3*. The staff is friendly. The rooms are tired, but not broken. Towels are changed daily, linen is changed about once every three days. There are no beach towels! As a wish for the hotel, a shelf in the bathroom.a knot or cups for a tooth.brushes/pastes would be great. You can always find free places on the beach. It's nice to keep the beach clean. The food (imho) is good, you can always find dishes to your liking. The sea was refreshing in the first days of June, and in the middle of the month it is already warm! Don't expect beauty from the sea, it's still a bay. There are shops and cafes for every taste behind the hotel.

The beach is not big , stretched along the sea line , but there are enough sun beds for everyone . There is also enough around the pool . The pool itself is not large , located in the courtyard of the hotel . The sea is warm so far, and the most important thing is clean, this is a bay, so there are no strong waves, the entrance to the sea is gentle, corals are not needed. The beach is clean, cleaned. You can smoke everywhere . The rooms are not very good, of course, just for spending the night, not large balconies, but at least everything works for us. Others complain about something not working. We have a room with partial sea view through the roof of the neighboring room :) but we came first of all to the sea and did not plan to sit in the room . The TV shows only 3 Turkish channels . Wi-Fi is great both on the beach and in the room. Food is a separate topic of course, everything is very monotonous, you definitely won't be hungry for everything edible, but don't count the pickles. I really liked baked vegetables: peppers, zucchini, eggplant. A lot of fresh vegetables, constantly something from their baking like pizza, lishek with stuffing and the like, but with meat it's just a strain. Constantly only chicken legs and some kind of boiled stew with vegetables, in my opinion beef. There are fruits: apples, pears, grapes, melon, plum, tangerines. There are always sweets, coffee, tea. There is a bar on the beach that works from 11 to 23, local alcohol is present, I will not say for quality, I have been drinking only a certain alcoholic drink for a long time, there is no such thing here :) cocktails are made . Outside the hotel there are places to go for a walk and cafes and shops, now the season is closing, they are very well traded. I don't think there is any animation in the hotel , we don't need it, we were looking for a quiet hotel and we found it . For a not expensive week-long vacation, that's the thing. The hotel is urban. But I advise you to buy tickets separately and book a hotel, it turns out to be much cheaper. We ordered a Kivitaxi transfer from Moscow, we didn't want to bother on arrival. It takes about 30 minutes by taxi from the airport to the hotel . I think that all inclusive is not worth booking, I'm glad there are cheap cafes where they feed very well. If you need the sun, the sea and so that it is not expensive, I advise you. The staff is very friendly and friendly, but Russian is poorly understood, sign language has not been canceled. Cleaning every day . Do not forget to take beach towels with you, well, or in extreme cases, you can buy them here. The weather in October is excellent, the air is 27-28, the sea is 24-25. We had a vacation with our spouse in August 2022 . The hotel is 3 stars, but I would give 4 stars. Very convenient location. The first line of the beach. Delicious cuisine. Many locals and Europeans have a rest. The hotel was 100% packed. Good value for money. If we go to Bodrum again, we will stop here

We paid for a standard room in the main building with sea or pool views.We were waiting for a long-awaited vacation.The plane arrived early, but check-in is usually by European standards after two, but at 2 o'clock suddenly my standard was not there and they took us to the villa.In my understanding, a villa is a good detached house with several rooms.All right.We went into the house, then into the room, 3 beds, a non-working refrigerator, a non-working TV, a non-working air conditioner and Turkish living creatures crawling on the floor.We were persuaded to spend the night here, and tomorrow they will move us. After a rude conversation, I took a receipt from them that they would be moved to the declared paid room.
Of course, I understand that by keeping us for a day and a half without a good room, they wanted to breed us for money.On the Internet, one girl wrote that the fee is $ 50 in this hotel for a good room immediately upon check-in in the next 25 days.Although I am not a poor girl, but
for me, $ 50 and $ 25 are good money, I watched from the side how they settle foreigners, settle them immediately and in good rooms.
Moreover, they stole 1-5 days of good rest from us (we could go on an excursion or do other pleasant things) instead of running around the hotel rooms with suitcases.
Of course, I understand that everyone earns as much as they can.
Some earn a whole year with honest work in order to save up for such a vacation, and some with brazen extortion, the staff can not even settle normally from the first day in the standard room stated in the voucher. Why the hell did I pay for this hotel then?
For a broken refrigerator and a non-working TV?
After all, we did not come for free and wanted to receive the declared standard services with our own money.
Thus, I did not leave this case like that, I have already written an appeal to the right place. I wrote what an impudent shift took me to the hotel, how we suffered from seven in the morning and almost until lunch the next day without a normal room, I think this is pure mockery.

The rooms are not properly cleaned.Only towels were changed every day, the beds were not made at all.Bed linen is changed once a week. The floor is not washed at all, there is a layer of dust under the beds, I cleaned the balcony myself so that the towels would not get dirty.
I asked the managers and the guide for the address and phone number of the hotel owner, they did not give it, they were afraid.But then every hour they asked if everything was fine with us or not? About food. There is something to eat, but the quality is questionable, apparently yesterday's half-eaten and newly cooked and stale -everything is in use, the pills that you took with you came in handy.Do not go to this hotel. The organization of work is lame.But then we resigned ourselves and entertained ourselves.And there's nothing to do in Bodrum anyway. There is noise everywhere, uproar, Music is screaming. If there are 5 clubs nearby, then different music is screaming out of all five, it's just terrible. Sellers are pestering, prices are high, they are oriented towards Europe, there are few Russians, there is nothing to do there without knowledge of a foreign language, neither to negotiate nor to ask. I hope I helped someone avoid problems.And in Alanya, for this money, rent a 5-star hotel and the service is accordingly five-star. Vacationed with my son in October 2020, 8 nights all incl for only 55,000 rubles from Pegasus.
Of the cons: pay attention to the arrival airport (there is one that is 40 km from the hotel, and there is 200 km away!!), the tour operator does not focus on this!
The hotel has a building located across a small road (annex room), for the exchange of rooms to the main building on the 1st day they ask for $ 50, and on the 2nd day it is already 25... Well, the most unpleasant thing for us was the SOOO LOUD and long night discos!!! It was hard to fall asleep even with earplugs. By the way, breakfast is only until 10 a.m., you won't get much sleep)) Therefore, think about whether you need it.
In principle, the rest is a plus! The hotel is on the 1st line, a step and you are on the beach!
The hotel is over 40 years old, the renovation was 18 years old, but everything is pretty nice, clean, cozy. Cultural staff, good rooms for three (TV, balcony, air conditioning, mini fridge, hairdryer, shower, and safe for a fee), delicious food and good portions, well, and most importantly - it's a sailor! You leave the hotel restaurant and go straight to the sea!! And it is the purest, with a gentle sandy sunset, without waves - a paradise for children!! Sun beds and umbrellas are free, the beach is private, approximately 120 m long. The hotel also has a swimming pool. We met one of the co-owners, a very nice man. Since this hotel has recently opened for Russia, they do not speak Russian there. The hotel itself is located in the center of Gumbet Bay, offers magnificent views, complete relaxation. Minibuses run to Bodrum, 10-15 minutes and you are in the most beautiful marina of the Aegean Sea, where hundreds of yachts and boats are chartered.
I would definitely go back there with the whole family if it weren't for the loud discos(((
