Beautiful place, the restaurant itself is very pretty. Although, there are few pluses I can give. First of all, the food portions are HUGE. The sushi and rolls are much larger than we expected, and at a very good price. However, anything other than the sushi will be a downgrade. Their rice is old, hard and cold, and the rest of my food was half too hot, and half too cold. This gave me the impression that they prepare their food beforehand and just warm it up when it's ordered. Our food came out fast, we only waited for about 10 minutes! There was dirt and hair all over the floors underneath the tables. Overall, it's a great place for sushi and rolls for a very good price, but I wouldn't recommend ordering much else from here, as it'll be subpar. At least, my meal was.

The rolls are big and delicious. The service is unobtrusive and polite. They meet you at the entrance. The restaurant is clean. The background music is great. A menu with a good selection of dishes. The restaurant is non-alcoholic, without hookah, which is just a superfood. The range of soft drinks is large. There are also children's cocktails, lemonades, good coffee, and delicious fruit teas.

Yesterday we decided to visit this institution with my husband. My husband ordered ramen, and a dish of tiahan rice with seafood, I think I ordered rolls. According to my husband, the soup is good. There were overcooked vegetables in the dish, they were just black in color. My rolls were just bottom of the bottom. 6 Californias of 2 types and California. They're huge and dry, and the cheese doesn't taste good. The waiter asked us if we liked everything. I answered no and described exactly what I didn't like. Instead, we're sorry, just ignore it.

The contingent of visitors is not the same as before and the menu was completely ruined. There are fish bones in sushi, the shape is unappetizing, the pizza has become disgusting, as if it was made with its feet, cut at random, sideways, etc., etc. No more foot there and I do not recommend it to everyone. Delicious ramen, but extremely low-quality rolls, a lot of cheap and not the highest quality cheese, the taste is not the same, there was no desire to eat them. Samurai is our family cafe. We don't come here often, but we definitely come about it. The menu is very tasty and varied. I repeat once again: everything is very tasty. The prices are not more expensive than others, and it is in the very center of Almaty. Nice calm atmosphere. Friendly staff. But there is one "but". Hosts, the waiters need to learn a little not only friendliness, but also professionalism. They are a little short of the top five. I put 4.5 out of 5. But I still recommend it to those who appreciate good and delicious food.

This is the worst branch! A black spot on the reputation of the entire network. The behavior of employees towards people with disabilities is simply amazing. There are no ramps, they refused to give me a blanket or a pillow. The only way to get to the bathroom is up the stairs. And, of course, no one began to help. They literally forced a person with disabilities to humiliate himself by trying to go up to the bathroom. And I'm not talking about the terrible food at all. Instead of sushi, it's just rice porridge, one big mass with torn nori.
God forbid you never find out what it's like not to be able to climb the stairs properly while the staff of the institution giggles on the sidelines.
