This is one of the best restaurants of national cuisine! The design of the restaurant is made in a traditional national style, everything is done with taste without pathos and at the same time very stylish! Getting into the restaurant feels like you are transported back 100-150 years ago, the atmosphere is also conveyed by the staff dressed in simple national clothes of that time. The cuisine is beyond praise, Beshparmak is simply amazing, the dough is thin, not boiled, elastic and at the same time very tender! Very caring staff who will prompt you with a choice of dishes and bring everything promptly! An exemplary restaurant of national cuisine, where our guests from near and far abroad should be taken! There are no alcoholic beverages and coffee in the restaurant :), the prices are also pleasantly surprising, the average check per person is $ 20~$25! I will definitely come and bring all my foreign guests!

We tried 4 traditional dishes here, we liked 3 very much, 1 turned out to be past us: the horsemeat soup is quite simple and lost a lot against the background of other dishes.
The waiters are very attentive, they practically notice everything that happens at the table: if they see any changes, they take away the plates, clarify whether something is needed. It took us a while to even notice how the empty plates disappeared before we even had time to salt our eyes.
I would like to note the interior separately: it feels like you are in a museum, there is always something to see and explore. On the way and back from the toilet, I managed to constantly be distracted by various exhibits and works of art)

We often visit cities with a culture different from our usual culture, including food. We are always looking for places where real national food is prepared, we ask the locals. The taxi driver on Medeo recommended the Sandyk restaurant. There are no signs on the street, it is not in sight, and nevertheless, the restaurant is almost 70% full during the day, there are many seats on the reservation, several tables were free. The dishes are really delicious, the portions are large, the girl Aniela served them quickly, politely and neatly. It was raining and stormy outside, so there were problems with WiFi, the menu code could not be read, Adele told us what the dishes we chose were like. Pleasant national music, authentic interior surroundings, service staff in national costumes, stylization of antique dishes - all this creates an effect of presence. It's not a pity to pay for good impressions, even if the check is above average.

Tea with herbs is delicious.Perhaps if you order the rest of the dishes, they will be really super delicious. But with such portions, we barely mastered it, although of course we wanted to try everything!Here, while the highest percentage for service is 15%, the waiter was polite, but not to say that he was really very courteous, we were in places where the service was more attentive, we always had plates on the table, the waiter did not really explain about the dishes and their composition, just said that you can see on the website, it is also visible it was that the person was sick. So I write because I see that the institution has swung at a high level, therefore there are more claims, as well as the price tag itself, which is quite high.
