We came by street recommendation, where to taste Kazakh cuisine in Almaty. We were lucky that 2 seats were available. Advice to everyone: book in advance!!! I thought it was a full house, because they are in a passable place (not far from the Central Department Store), but it turned out that this is far from the main reason. Interesting decoration of the halls, take into account their two (the main one is more elegant and solemn and the summer one is much simpler) It is better to watch the menu electronically. The photos on the menu correspond to real dishes! The waiters understand each dish and are ready to tell you everything in detail and recommend it. Beautiful serving of dishes. We took various snacks, a green salad with ginger dressing, from the hot: stewed beef and bishbarmak (a large and hearty dish), delicious tea with herbs and goji berry. It's really delicious! The price is above average. If I would come back here again, my answer is yes.
Attention for tourists: the establishment is non-alcoholic!!! Those who want to have dinner and a drink are clearly not here.

The best restaurant in the city with national cuisine. There are both classic dishes of Kazakh cuisine, and reinterpreted in a modern way, but still in the national concept. The interior is modern and colorful. The prices are like everywhere else, and the quality of the dishes and service was very pleasing.
Absolutely everything is delicious!
Delicious mini samsa, veal with mushroom sauce, noodles with vegetable sauce (similar to lagman), dessert - stuffed date - shederv!
I advise you to try the bone marrow - it is very unusual, but also very tasty.
We also took cold tea on camel thorn, it tastes very similar to tea with rosehip - it's delicious
Separately, I would like to note the beautiful dishes - wooden dishes, silver plates - are very stylish and stand up to the general concept of the institution.
