They came initially without armor. We were told that it was busy and offered to wait, 15 minutes passed and they called us and invited us to come over.
Since the menu consisted of only national dishes, the waiter gave us explanations and helped us with the choice. As a result, we chose: koumiss, which we had heard a lot about, but had not tried until this moment, a salad of crispy eggplant, beef soup and beef rib, well, tea (similar to Tashkent) was not enough.
All the dishes were extremely unusual and had a specific national taste. But nevertheless they were delicious and satisfying. Therefore, we can recommend this institution.

There is no alcohol and it is not allowed!
The place is very popular, so you must book in advance, preferably by phone!
The portions are large, it is better to order for 2.
I recommend a vegetable bread plate for a 4x company.
There are performances on Fri, Sat and WED!
I highly recommend it!

BUT I didn't like the service, I had to wait a long time for the waiter to take the order, then they brought beshbarmak and said they would bring the broth now, but they brought it only after a reminder. For example, the lamb quirdak is over-salted, the horse meat quirdak did not understand at all why they called it an ordinary potato with meat, a caesar salad does not pull at a high rating at all. A basket of bread as a dessert is also the cost of space. The waiters only ship on the receipt. There is no lid on the toilet in the men's room. Considering all this, the overall impression is on the top three. A check for four people is 70k.

Due to the lack of a menu, there are only names of dishes, for those unfamiliar with the cuisine like me, almost all the names do not mean anything, and it is difficult to even imagine what a dish can be made of. You can, of course, ask the waiter, but you won't ask about everything. A short one-line description would really help, in general. The check is above average, the food is slightly above average, but 15% is added to the service on top. And, as noted here, it's a little fat. It's delicious, but a little greasy. But it's delicious. It is necessary to take crispy eggplant with kurd sauce. ❤️
