Very nice, clean hotel. Excellent varied breakfasts, clean rooftop pool. The rooms are small, there are no closets at all, but in general there are no complaints. Yes, there are no balconies in the hotel, this is important to someone. There was some misunderstanding when checking in, the girl probably had difficulties in her personal life, but we didn't see her anymore, she probably solved her problems)) The view from the window depends on the side where the room is located. There is just a bomb, if on the city, there is on the wall, on the river, a shit hole and a city in half and all sorts of nonsense. In general, I recommend it.

A large modern hotel with an excellent location (close to the monorail and metro stations), stylish interiors, developed infrastructure, high level of service, gorgeous views of the tallest and most famous buildings in Kuala Lumpur, an excellent rooftop pool and well–equipped rooms - with everything you need for a quality holiday and a hassle–free stay. In addition to free Wi-Fi, air conditioning, minibar, safe, tea set, hair dryer, slippers, bathroom accessories, complimentary water bottles, there was an ironing board with an iron in the room – a very popular option after the flight. The hotel, judging by the number of guests in the lobby and restaurant, is fully loaded. Therefore, breakfast at KapitanCafe on the 3rd floor was crowded, and it was not immediately possible to find a free table even with the help of the manager. The choice of dishes was varied and sufficient to make both vegans and meat eaters, both sweet tooth and dieters, well-fed and satisfied. In the evenings, there were problems with elevators, sometimes I had to wait for a long time, because climbing the stairs to the 15th floor is not an easy task. But since we were in no hurry and were not late, we waited patiently for the elevator and eventually got to our room. We had a check-out in the evening, and after check-out at noon, the concierge kindly took all the luggage for storage. As a result, we walked around the city and shopping light, and then in a special washroom we had the opportunity to change for the flight, which is convenient. We were very satisfied with our stay at Santa Grand Signature Kuala Lumpur. And if fate ever brings us to Malaysia again, we will stop only here

Excellent location near the metro.
You really have to spend a little time to check in.
We got a room on the 16th floor (out of 19), so the view from the window was amazing, as the windows are panoramic all over the wall.
In the room: ironing board with iron, tea and coffee group, air conditioning, TV, slippers (no bathrobes), toothpaste with a brush.
On the roof: an outdoor pool with towels and sun beds, but the lack of access to the glass spoils the impression a little.
Breakfast: buffet, you can't go hungry, watermelon, papaya, orange were among the fruits.

The hotel is in a great location, close to all the necessary attractions, and at the same time in a quiet location. On the top floor there is an open-air swimming pool, open from 10 to 23:00. The rooms are small, 20 meters each, 5 meters ceilings, floor-to-ceiling Windows, everything is clean and tidy. There is a restaurant, a pool bar, excellent breakfasts! The carpet in the corridors is worn and shabby, but everything is fine!

Great location. All attractions are within walking distance. Clear. Friendly staff, ready to help. The view from the pool in the evening is cool. A good breakfast, but it's better not to go to lunch disgusting food.

This is a great hotel. Convenient location with good transport accessibility. The metro is 200-300 meters away.
Very good breakfasts.
