It was 08/22/2024. a week. The hotel is 3 stars. So the pros: good responsive staff, room cleaning on request, balconies in the rooms, cleanliness is excellent, the food is edible, the pool is clean, well-maintained, Wi-Fi, elevator is working, there is a terrace area in the courtyard and in front of the hotel,5 minutes walk to the sea slowly, the beach is after major repairs! It is important! Everything is new there, changing rooms, toilets, walking paths, sun beds and areas for money, pebbles, perfect water. And now the cons: the hotel is old, the repair is in the rooms!! unlike the rest of the hotel, it has not been for a very long time, the rooms are tired of many years and tourists. That's what's especially annoying: the old air conditioner rattles so that it's difficult to sleep, the windows don't close tightly and you can hear the street, the shower is broken, there is no shower curtain (although the bathroom is good), a tiny refrigerator does not cool it for 30 years, a small TV shows only Turkish channels, pillows are bad, no chairs, no dryers for swimwear. In general, the hotel is not for particularly demanding tourists. Well, it's hard to say about the food here, they say it all depends on the chefs who are hired here by the watch, on our arrival the food was tolerable first, second, fruits, vegetables, delicious, but the salads were disgusting, coffee and sweets for an amateur. Santa Marina is a very good hotel if you come specifically for a vacation by the sea, or on business, to Antalya, but not for all inclusive enjoyment. The hotel corresponds to its category. A very big advantage is the location of the hotel. The sea is 5 minutes on foot. The hotel has comfortable rooms, elevator, air conditioning, Wi-Fi. There are no comments on the quality of the dishes, the products are high-quality, fruits and vegetables are fresh, a good cook. The choice of dishes corresponds to the category of the hotel. On the downside, there is no kettle in the rooms, but this is the case in other hotels of this category in Turkey. Cafes, all kinds of shops, ATMs, public transport are within walking distance.

Two stars only for the proximity to the sea and public transport stops. The rest - the food and the room cause only negative emotions. We were in the middle of September, and only watermelon was delicious. We haven't seen any fish in three days. The rare meat dishes looked like cat food. The dining room is in a dead state. Sagging chairs, old oilcloths on the tables, crumpled tablecloths. In general, I will not list everything. And I will not recommend this hotel to anyone either. If only for the sake of proximity to the sea.

A pleasant hotel!

I had a rest from 21.09 to 30.09.23 About the hotel: everything looks beautiful - design, cleanliness of the hotel, pool, dining area, location 2nd coastline, in front of the hotel a square with beautiful vegetation and a playground, 500 m behind the hotel, the Matryoshka Square and a road with public transport, which is very convenient for those who study Turkey on their own. In the hotel room, the doors to the bathroom have dried up, the tulle on the window is torn, the refrigerator worked, but it did not close😔 the menu is monotonous from the minus. I stayed at this hotel from February 12th to 26th, in room 1210. Of course, it's not five stars, but I was satisfied with everything. Towels and linen were changed frequently, the room was clean. The administrators always helped if they needed to find out something. Even on the day of departure, they gave me the opportunity to wait for the transfer in the room. The location also suited me, since I arrived to do dental work, the clinic was within walking distance. It is also very well located, close to the sea, a beautiful promenade, many cafes and shops, Matryoshkin Park (as a landmark if you suddenly get lost) . Quiet, cozy, room with a balcony. In general, I am satisfied. Thanks to the owner of the hotel, the administrators, and all the service staff.I can't say anything about food, because I ate in different cafes.

Good afternoon, I wonder where good reviews about this hotel come from, I was in May, you can live in a room, plumbing is normal, cleaning every day, but the linen is torn, the pillow is generally some lumps I have not seen such pillows in any hotel, for me this is the second 3-star hotel, but the food is terrible, rotten chicken, fish I think was in the refrigerator for 2 years, tomatoes really with mold, soy food constantly, no eggs for breakfast, no scrambled eggs, one egg, there was rice for 10 days, you can generally spend the night and that's it, I don't advise you to rest the beach across the street is some kind of construction site, locals mostly Russians who go lives and who doesn't have a car. We stayed at this hotel from 06/10/2013 to 06/24/2013 in room 1308. I want to say right away that those who want to get the conditions of a 5 * hotel are not here. The hotel adequately meets 3*. And now for more details.
Number. We had a triple room. Cleaning was carried out every day. There are no complaints. The refrigerator is small and does not work well. But the air conditioner worked actively and very powerfully.
Food. We took "all inclusive". That's how they took off one star for the food. Basically, the food is different every day, and you won't stay hungry, but once there were sour canned fruits and once there was spoiled red pepper.
Location. Here it is beyond praise. The hotel is located a 5-minute walk to the beach. On a quiet street, you can sleep peacefully with the window open and not be afraid of noise. There are children's and sports grounds in front of the hotel. There is a bus stop nearby and the most delicious ice cream) On Tuesdays, there is a weekly market nearby, where you can buy not only fruits, but also replicas of some clothing companies at a ridiculous price.
And I would like to mention the hotel staff separately. Very, very friendly.
The hotel has 2 swimming pools: a children's pool and an adult pool. I can't say anything about them, because we went to the beach).
If you ask if we will come to this hotel again, I will answer that it is more likely yes than no.

A cozy home hotel for budget holiday lovers! Location - five plus (Russian-speaking area, five minutes to the sea, currency exchange, pharmacies, shops, post office, market, cafes and restaurants ... almost everywhere Russian-speaking staff). The rooms are small but cozy). Air conditioning ,TV with Russian-language channels , refrigerator ,spacious bathtub, balcony.... There is a swimming pool with sun loungers and tables on site. Cleaning is done every day (linen and towels are changed daily), the staff is friendly and always ready to help. Special respect to Damir 👍

The service is not particularly brilliant. But the cherry on the cake is FOOD - it's really disgusting, everything is cooked not tasty. And the choice is as scarce as possible. When choosing a tour, I wanted not to worry about food for the rest period, but alas. With food, this hotel is better not to consider. The pool is dangerous for health!!! The concentration of chlorine is just tin! Being near him is dangerous even to breathe! A good location is all of the advantages. The floors in the rooms are not washed, they are so dirty that it is scary to step on them. The bathroom is damp, there is no extractor hood, it smells terribly of cat urine, cockroaches are crawling in droves. Breakfast is poor, that's not to say anything.
The cake is dirty, I suppose it hasn't been cleaned since the opening. There is no table on the balcony, there is only one scary old chair. It's a terrible hotel, you can only stay for one night. The staff, there's nothing to say at all , it's just that people who don't know how to communicate or don't want to, are just sitting stupidly at the counter. My son came to visit me, so they did not let him into the room, even to pick up the gifts, but after long conversations he asked for 400 lira and allowed him to pass. Game . quite unassuming tourists. Three stars is a lot for such a hotel.

We had a rest in early April. There are few people, the attitude is excellent, everyone is friendly, the staff speaks Russian / English / Turkish. We were allowed to look at the rooms before choosing, if you want shade, ask for a view of the pool. Not to say that there was an abundance in food, but there was enough of everything, during the week there were eggplant rolls and fried potatoes, delicious rice and chicken (you won't lose weight)) There was no fruit. The rooms have regular soap, liquid soap and slippers. It is a 2-minute walk to the sea, a lot of buses go to the center from the main street. Russians and Ukrainians mostly live in this area. The furniture is certainly not new, the hotel is too. The beds and pillows are quite hard, the bed was changed every 3 days, cleaned daily. The beach is comfortable with small and medium pebbles. I recommend taking a bike, smooth roads allow you to move comfortably, there is a rental near the hotel. Quite justifies itself 3*

This is the second time in this hotel...at the end of September, my son and I drove through, there was no choice at all in Konyalty, you know what happened...but there were rooms in this hotel....they settled in 1313 with a view of the playground....the room is shabby, but everything is tolerable...we were at breakfasts and dinners, but we went to eat in cafes, since there are plenty of them here...because the food is just not very good...one good thing is the sea is nearby, they use it along the way....I really loved the Liman district and a month later I wanted to show my husband this area in Turkey in a dream to buy something in this area ....I did not choose anything for a long time, I took trips to Santa....they recognized me, but for some reason they stuffed me into such a tin!!!!!!1406- we have already written about this number here...This is a torture chamber....between 1406 and 1407 the door.....the audibility is such that it feels like the neighbors are sleeping in the same bed with you...and the pillows,,, it's just terrible...a piece of styrofoam in a pillowcase....I tossed and turned, I had a headache....I went to the reception, they said they couldn't help, like all the rooms were occupied, there was nothing to change.....although the hotel is empty...There are very few people.....I'm sitting downstairs...I can't sleep...I'll stay until tomorrow or not, let's see what the young vaunted one says, although I think he's a very arrogant type...

This is the worst hotel I've ever seen. It's old, there's not even a blanket in the room, all the towels are filthy old. I live in room 1203, the toilet is leaking, the receptionist says well, what will I do? I'm here alone. In general, a very aggressive administrator, basically communicates only in English, although he knows Russian.
Breakfasts are a separate story - it would be better if they did not exist . That is, if you go to this hotel, then just spend the night without food. Breakfast boiled eggs, pickled cucumber, stale bread and expired cheese is a horror. And you can't come up to take it yourself, some woman is sitting and putting it all on. Water is not brought to the room, as well as other hygiene supplies.

Good location, towels are changed regularly, that's all the advantages. The floors in the rooms are not washed, they are so dirty that it is scary to step on them. We took accommodation and breakfast, even for 3 stars in Turkey it is too bad. There is no refrigerator in the room, no kettle, no cups either. The pillow is hard- it's not even a pillow, but just some kind of piece of cotton wool in a pillowcase, it's dirty, I guess it hasn't been cleaned since the opening. There is no table on the balcony, there is only one scary old chair. A terrible hotel, you can only stay for a couple of nights for very unassuming tourists.

Having a rest in this hotel, I will say at once that it does not pull three stars, even a hostel can be much more pleasant.
I'll start with the location: there are some cafes and a bus stop within walking distance. The center is 11 km away by bus (about 20-30 minutes) . I do not consider this distance to be "walking distance" to shops and all entertainment, as described in some reviews.
Cats piss in the hotel, there's a smell of cat litter everywhere.
The food in the hotel is disgusting, the menu is meager (even for your money) for breakfast, mostly olives, cheese and boiled egg.
In the eating area ( I can 't call it a restaurant ) there is a thermopod with tea and boiling water and an apparatus in coffee.
There is no kettle in the room, only a refrigerator, on which, by the way, you can dry clothes, since the refrigerator was warm in the case, the refrigerator itself barely cools.
The room cleaning is disgusting, towels are not changed until you ask.. And then the cleaner is so surprised that , they say, what should I change the towels? And so I changed it a couple of days ago. Towels with stains that can no longer be washed are suffocated , it can be seen that they have probably been used since the opening of this hotel.
The floor has never been washed in 8 days, and it has not even been swept (as the floors were apparently from previous guests, so they left dust and dirt). There is NO light in the room! The lamp built into the bedside wall barely shines. Even the lighting is brighter from the TV. We used the light in the hallway to somehow find something in the bags in the evening and so on.
The pillows are hard, as if you are lying on styrofoam , your neck and back will not thank you in the morning.
Instead of a blanket, as we used to, there was just a blanket.
The air conditioners have probably never been cleaned at all.
The walls are cardboard, you can hear every word of the neighbors and not only the words... I can even hear every farting and going to the toilet...
I can't say anything about the staff, since we practically did not communicate, we tried to come only to sleep and go to the city in the morning. There is not enough space to fully describe your review. Think for yourself about choosing this hotel. We couldn't stand it and went to Alanya for a couple of days.

I barely begged for toilet paper. The food is not that monotonous, it's half the trouble, it gets moldy. The air conditioner is leaking. The walls are cardboard, you can hear everything in the neighboring rooms, it prevents you from sleeping. When I checked in, there was some kind of bag with things (clothes, creams and flip-flops) in the room. They don't give you water. The bed linen was not changed and it was torn. The mattress is dirty. I will not write about the advantages, there are few of them and they do not compensate for the above in any way.

We stayed at this hotel. We wanted to go into the room with our two-year-old granddaughter for an hour so that she could sleep at lunch. The granddaughter is not registered, just visiting. We were stopped in the lobby of the hotel and were not allowed to have a child. They said it was possible, but for a maximum of 5 minutes. They did not give a clear answer to the question of why. We stayed at this hotel from September 3 to September 14, 2021.
They put me in a room at 1407, and there's just another room through the door from the room!!!! I can hear everything. Apparently there used to be a double, but now they have made 2 out of one number. Do not take these numbers 1407 and 1406. We asked, we were moved to another room. In 1407, the refrigerator did not work. The rooms are very dark. Wi-Fi didn't work for three days, then it worked only in the lobby. But the worst thing is the food!!!! It's great that we only took breakfast!!! People who have paid for all inclusive, go to eat in the cafe!!!! For example, for breakfast: a loaf fried in egg, fried eggs with tomatoes and a hard-boiled egg! I don't eat eggs, so I had breakfast only 2 times, when there was mashed potatoes from a bag and pancakes.
On the day of arrival, we bought dinner at the hotel, 800 rubles for two, the food was terrible!!! Then we went to eat in a cafe, there are 500 - 700 rubles, and the food is very tasty!
Of the advantages: there is hot water in the room! The sea is not far away. But there are always waves after lunch!
More into this shack, which positions itself as 4, but in fact is not worth more than 2, not a foot!!!!!

We visited this hotel in February 2023. The hotel is for Very Non-demanding guests. The rooms are small, there is no ceiling lighting. The blankets are dirty (burnt in places), there are no blankets, the pillows are terrible, the bed linen does not give the impression of being clean. I had to sleep in my clothes!!!
We had breakfast once, the food was terrible!
The hotel was chosen purely because of the location, as there was a need to stay in this area. We will not return to this hotel ourselves and we do not advise you

We just returned from Turkey. One of the advantages is the location . Nearby is a Russian cafe ( went out and turned left 3 times), called Black Island. They are on Instagram. Well done guys. The kitchen was ajar - the cleanliness was perfect! The toilet smells of roses 😀 ) .let's go back to the hotel - the beach is nearby. We took breakfast and dinner , and the food was very pumped up in the morning , the most inexpensive sausage , the fried eggs were burnt . Oil... not butter at all , but spread . That's what it says on the package. Once I took the second one for dinner - I think what a taste . Then I realized that they had added their "creamy" butter. Once the Broccoli was sour . Well , I think she stood there , we came in late for dinner . But no , it 's okay here , apparently . The next day, I had a sour tomato for breakfast. It's so hot, why keep tomatoes from dinner? They save money in the kitchen specifically . There has never been a simple spaghetti . Is this a luxury?? Every day fig . The cleaning is not bad . Towels were changed . Bed linen too . We left 5 lire. The towel holder is broken, the air conditioner does not work super well, but we generally had enough. They settled in at about 11 . Thanks for that.

I have NOT LIVED at the Santa Marina Hotel, BUT I want to convey to its guests one important information. To the left of the entrance to your hotel (if you look towards the sea) there is a Nevroz tour desk. This place is still damp, so very carefully discuss the excursion program with the owner (his name is Pasha).We took an excursion to Aspendos, where the program includes visits to the excavations of Aspendos, Perge and the Kurshnulu waterfall. The driver was hired from another company, knew Russian, but did not know that we had to be taken somewhere else besides Aspendos. After a long conversation with Pasha, we were offered to go to other waterfalls where we were, because the driver could not take us to the right ones, because he had other clients for the set time. The tour itself is weak, lovers of excavations and wild areas may like it, a waterfall would be a good ending, but no. Be vigilant
