On April 16, 2023, a Kia Cerato car in Premium configuration with an engine capacity of 2 liters was purchased, as evidenced by the contract of sale of car No. 233-126668. There are no complaints about the car. There are claims from the legal side. A month ago, I tried to give the car by trade-in to Kia Allure, but then it turned out that the technical passport indicated an engine capacity of 1.6 liters, in fact the car is 2 liters. After clarifying the circumstances, it turned out that the seller (you) paid a recycling fee for the car, as for 1.6 liters, thereby deceiving the buyer, his client. For the past month, the manager who sold me this car has been trying to solve this problem. Someone there gives him instructions that I should go to one state institution, then to another, which I did, but they don't give me the certificate you are interested in. I'm out of patience, I'm not going anywhere else. Please figure it out, otherwise I will go to the appropriate places!

A great salon and the guys are mostly good specialists. Six years ago, when choosing a car, I stopped at this car dealership. And then and now I remain satisfied with the communication. Recently, I damaged the brake hose, searched the whole city in search, there is nowhere available, everywhere to order and wait a long time. I called here, Asset, the head of the service department helped, the part was promptly delivered from the Pavlodar branch. It's also cheaper than going to auto parts stores. On average, when searching for a brake hose in the city, the price was 12-14 000 tenge (and this is still to wait from 3 to 6 days). I bought the original here for 10,500 tenge. And it's always nice to just drink delicious coffee from them. :)

It was disappointing that even the car was not washed, it was always included in THAT. And recommendations to do something else in the service. To me, in the end, IT sounded like a request for money. I understand that this is how they should do it, but it spoiled my impression of THAT.
Overall, a good car dealer. In many ways, I bought a car here precisely because of the attitude towards the client. I take off one star for an unpleasant incident with the replacement of the front pads at THAT 1. They put up some kind of ridiculous counterfeit. Which creaked and didn't really slow down. I had to put the old pads on my own, which, by the way, were still quite normal

The worst Nissan dealership, scammers! I do not advise you to buy and service a car from them, they are silent, they lie, you can catch them several times in a day.
