I will tell you about the range of SAS pastries, in particular, from the branches of Mashtots and Raion. I tried: honey, drunk cherries, coffee mousse, tiramisu, cheesecake, 2 varieties of Napoleon. The range of sliced pastries is quite wide, and I've seen them mostly fresh. I did my shopping in the relevant supermarket departments, not in the food court of the same name. The products are presented in small or medium sizes, with prices slightly above the market average. I really like the Napoleon of the usual round shape. Thin, crumbly, expressed from puff pastry, delicate cream (I believe margarine, condensed milk), pleasant moisture, sprinkled with puff pastry and powdered sugar (570 others). The "homemade" version (rectangular in shape) is made from cooked cream, with layers based on butter. This option is more oily (which is a bit heavy for my taste) and costs almost twice as much (990 AMD). The drunk cherry pie is also presented with a pleasant taste balance. Soft layers of black sponge cake, the presence of drunken cherries infused with alcohol in the interlayer layers, and a soft, substantial oily layer of chocolate cream covered with dark chocolate glaze. The layers of the honey cake have a pleasant honey taste, characteristic of this type of dessert. My expectations of tiramisu and berry cheesecake didn't quite come true. Savoyardi cookies, typical for this dessert (tiramisu), were for me in a relatively denser (not light) version. baked + insufficiently moistened with mocha and alcohol, as indicated in the description section of the cake. The absence of these two flavors, which make these desserts so appealing, was almost absent from the piece I bought. The sweetness was balanced, the cream was delicate, of medium fat content. I will continue to study the pastries of this brand and share further opinions.
