Apples, pears, cherries, bananas, melon, watermelon, cherry plum, pineapple. There are many types of cakes, cakes. Alcohol - beer, rum and Cola for free, norms.There is a bar with paid alcoholic beverages. Freshly squeezed orange juice is $2.The rooms are not luxury, but decent.The first time we were in the main building, three times in the park hotel, there were friends there. There are two single beds and in the other room there is one double bed,everything works - air conditioning, plumbing. Change of towels, cleaning, every other day.It is necessary more often- just approach those who change. They won't refuse. There is a rental of a wheelchair, a baby stroller ($ 5 for the whole day), then they asked just to take a walk in the evening for a couple of hours, they gave it for free). 2 swimming pools.Wednesday is Turkish night. Dancing with the staff, with the boss. By the way, he and his family rest and eat with the guests. The beach is nearby, 10 min. You can swim for free. Chaise longue for the day, 7 euros. I really liked the hotel. The food, the attitude of the staff is excellent. The pool is clean. The rooms are good, they are cleaned every day, there are no problems with towels. The air conditioner works well. Large balcony with dryer. Once a week Turkish, night, very fun and delicious. The contingent is mainly Europeans. The sea is nearby, but you have to walk to the beach, 10 minutes maximum, you can take a transfer. Close to shops, banks, old town. I recommend it for a visit.

We rested from 15.10 to 23.10 2024.We were there for the second time.The hotel is very nice, clean, the food is amazing, just gorgeous. .of the cons, we never found the declared beach in 5 minutes walk, as stated, yes there is a beach, but it is urban, but not our own...and I also really didn 't like the innovation ..the music sucks until 12 at night, some age groups rested, why would they do that...if you turn on the music, then it is appropriate, not loud and calm, until 12...It is impossible to sleep.

It's a strong three-piece, it's definitely worth the money. The infrastructure is poor, there is a swimming pool and that's it. But the food is excellent. A couple of times a week, something is cooked on the grill (the baked lamb was just super). Turkish night once a week. Turkish drinks are served at the bar. The staff is friendly enough. The location is good (of course, the places around the hotel itself are uninhabited, but the ancient Side is just around the corner). There are shops within walking distance (I advise you to buy everything in Migros Jet, this is a chain store and the prices there are adequate). The beach is a bit far, 10-15 minutes on foot. We didn't go there, we don't need sunbeds - we came, we bought, we left. In short, the norms are three-way, as is SubClubSide, which is not far away.

Very nice mini hotel. On the first day, when we first arrived, we went to the reception to register, there were 15 minutes left before the end of breakfast, we thought we would not have time, but the staff immediately drove us to breakfast, postponing registration. It was very pleasant! After 10:30 there was a transfer to the beach of the hotel (free), it was taken in a couple of minutes. Also, the transfer runs at 9.30 am and goes only to the beach, back on foot. Walk in one direction for 7 minutes along the embankment. The beach is nice.
The food at the hotel is great! A very large selection! There's something new every day. So every other day the chef was doing something on the fire in front of the whole hotel (barbecue, fish, shawarma). There were also sushi, pizza, burgers, pasta, soups different every day
The staff is very polite and helpful!

An excellent hotel for a relaxing holiday, located 10 minutes' walk from the Ancient Side. The kitchen is wonderful in my opinion. Meat is mutton, beef, turkey, chickens. At lunch and in the evenings, there is a grill for dinner, there are no queues. Trout, mackerel, salmon. Excellent desserts from the chef. A lot more.... Not every 5th one will be like this. I have been to the resorts of Alanya in the top five more than once. There are small disadvantages to the numbers, a little shabby. But this is nothing compared to the attitude of the staff. There is no noticeable difference in the attitude towards Europeans and Russians. The staff is friendly and helpful. Do not forget to smile back and thank them, they can understand it in Russian. The capacity is about 150 visitors, so most of the guests very quickly find common interest and contact, regardless of nationality. And the problem is with the language, so Google helps everyone, since WiFi is not bad.

We are staying at the hotel with a child of 2 years old. The hotel is suitable for families with small children. A baby cot will be provided, there is a shallow pool, a small children's slide, there is a children's swing on the territory.
I liked the food more than the other 4* hotel in Turkey where we stayed. There is a minimum choice. Mutton has not yet been found on the menu: all chicken and turkey, cooked in different ways every new day. Once in the evening there was a barbecue, but only the first hour of dinner. Once there was a fish (like dorada). The cheese is the same, cut in different ways. In the morning, they cook scrambled eggs, pancakes, there are yogurts and cereals. Lunch and dinner are offered some kind of soup: tomato, lentil, vegetable. Drinks: chemical juices from the vending machine, tea, coffee, cocoa, cola and other sodas, local alcohol. Juice from the package and all kinds of cocktails for 2-3 euros (alas, all inclusive is no longer included). An abundance of fruits at all meals: not only watermelons, but also apricots, peaches (not very ripe), apples, grapes. From 16 to 17 afternoon snack: fruits, desserts. At high tea, of course, I would like some nuggets, as in other places. The dishes are chipped in places, the glasses are not very clean, but there are disposable ones.
The maids cleaned every day, without fanaticism. Towels were changed. ➖ Beach towels here cost 1 euro. Such attempts to earn extra money on something else are annoying, and for this I remove the star.
The big plus of the hotel is the Internet. It works in the room, by the pool, and in the restaurant. There are minor glitches, but this is the best internet I've come across in hotels.
➕ It's very close to the sea. If you don't need a chaise longue, then you can put things on the ground (we brought a folding stool from home). The beach is very far from the hotel, transfer there at 10 a.m., back at 4 p.m. That is, you will be left without lunch. We never went. On the map, this is Fullmoon Beach.
The hotel is quiet. There is no animation in the evening. Based on reviews, we chose a standard room in the main building with a balcony overlooking the pool. The air conditioning is quiet, the balcony can not be opened. The music is almost inaudible.

Everyone is polite and helpful. The food is good and excellent, although semi-finished products and yesterday's morning skips. Two beaches, one close, the other a little far. Bars on the beaches are paid. The far one is beautiful and convenient, the entrance is sandy, but far away. They take you to it, but you can walk in the morning. Early on arrival, they can also check in without payment, if there are cleaned rooms. But the extension is no more than 1 hour, then $ 30 for 4 hours, and only if there is a room. The location of the hotel is very comfortable and quiet. The sea and shops are nearby. You will walk daily to the far beach through the Side fortress. There is no animation. Only on Friday there is a concert and dancing, respectively, and treats and food are more abundant and varied on this day.

I was traveling with 3 children of 3.5 and 18 years old, we booked a room with 2 rooms, as a result we were given a tiny single room With ACCESS TO the LAUNDRY ROOM, and it smelled bad, old things were lying around, garbage, my child screamed that he would not sleep here, we had a shock!!!I asked for a kettle, since the baby still drinks porridge at night, they refused, saying no microwaves, no kettles. The food is terrible, like for pigs, they throw all kinds of potatoes into one bowl (French fries and Idaho), when the rice runs out like a clover, they pour peas and tomatoes from another bowl into it from breakfast, I saw everything personally!!!)the room cleaning is bad, two towels are given, regardless of the number of people in the room, the rest are offered for money, as well as blankets!!! Terrible hotel. ***. We booked through Booking and arrived with three children at night. We corresponded with the manager beforehand, he clarified which beds to put for us. The police are protecting them. The town is small and everyone is each other's brother and matchmaker. Many do not get in touch and leave losing money. Because not everyone has a connection. Booking support responds only after a day. Later, Booking confirmed that it was working with this hotel and there was a reservation. We fought for a day, slept on the street with children, barely returned the money two weeks later, when the hotel itself canceled the booking at the booking, which allegedly did not exist. The scheme is as follows: there is no free cancellation of the reservation and if you leave, the hotel receives money because you allegedly did not arrive. When it was confirmed that there was a reservation, they told us and what will you do to us? The police are on their side. A friend understands Turkish and heard them discussing joint kebabs with the police. We had a large amount of payment for the hotel of 4,500 dollars. The hotel itself looks like a homeless shelter. Everything is old, smelly and dirty. Later, the hotel guests came out and told us that there are often such situations in this hotel. By minibus to the NOVAMOLL shopping center in 8 minutes, we walked 3.5 km) In general, Sayanora with its 4 stars will still give a 5*ke head start in Alanya). The hotel is nice, the staff is helpful and patient even) But rest is more for pensioners, that is, calm and comfortable. There is no animation. But once a week there was animation, apparently there was some kind of holiday) I would have returned myself just for the sake of delicious dishes!))) Booking barely refunded the money, because the hotel canceled the reservation itself, otherwise the money would not have been returned. Due to the crisis, we decided to choose a budget hotel, which we later regretted. I strongly advise you not to settle in Sayanora Park, spoil your vacation experience. The rooms are disgusting, there is no cleaning. It is better to overpay and choose another hotel or at least live in the main building. I liked the staff and the food. I still didn't have my own beach nearby, of course. Paying for the use of sun beds in Turkey is somehow not very good. But it's up to you, because rest always comes down to money.

The rooms on the 2nd floor of the park are normal, the room has no luxury, but everything you need is there. I do not recommend the lower houses- dark greenhouses.
The chefs cooked deliciously. The staff is polite. We had a family vacation from July 12th to 23rd.

You can have a good rest in the barn!

- We took a 2-room apartment for a family of 4 people. We chose according to reviews and descriptions for our budget, but fundamentally not a bungalow. Upon arrival, it was settled in a bungalow on the ground floor.
When contacting the reception and presenting a voucher for Sayanora hotel 4, and not Sayanora Park 3, they replied "it's the same thing and there are no other rooms with 2 rooms." I asked if all the rooms were so dead, to which they answered "yes" with a smile.
The phone number..c - stinks of sewage, everything is dead, the walls are cracked , the conditioner works only in one room , when flushing the toilet , all the contents flow out through the shower flush , cleaning is to wipe the floors with soap and fold the covers with a bow , take out the garbage by yourself , strong alcohol is diluted 1/2 . Ants are everywhere. The view from the master bedroom through the grate to the parking lot, the ceiling height in the bathroom as in the attic is 1.8 m

I had a rest in Sayanor from October 4 to October 17.The weather was great, the sea was beautiful.
The hotel is small and cozy. The room was provided in the main building, as I had booked. The furniture in the room is new, everything worked properly from the equipment.
Cleaning was done every day, bed linen was changed once a week. Towels every day.0.5 liters of water were put in the refrigerator daily.
The food is excellent, and there was always enough.A large selection of sweets and cakes. Alcohol is also good.
Guys and girls, the waiters are just great. They work fast, drinks were brought to the table. Bilal amused everyone. Respect to Shero and Ismail. I don't know everyone by name, but thanks to all the guys.

The hotel does not have its own beach. We went to the nearest one, 5 minutes from the hotel.

I will come to Sayanora again. The hotel is well located. There is an Antique Side nearby, there is a place to go for a walk. Also nearby are Waikiki, Migros and 101.

An excellent hotel, considering that it is only 3 stars. It is definitely worth the money. The location is 5+, the food is excellent (thanks to the chef, a fan of his business), the attitude of the staff is friendly, the owner is always on site, ready to solve all issues, the rooms are good (the mattresses are too hard and the cleaning is too weak). The hotel beach (to which the bus takes you) is excellent, open sea, clean water. Of the staff, I would like to mention the work of the waiter Bilal (a very kind and cheerful person)))))), at the reception - Dastan (Russian-speaking, solves all questions for 5+). We were a big company of 14 people, lived for 2 weeks in July 2021, everyone was more than satisfied.

We had a rest from August 15 to August 23, 2022.The impressions are not transferable, you will definitely not find a worse hotel. They settled in an old, battered building.Family room:there are finger-sized cracks on the walls, the ceilings are low, with a height of 180 cm you can't bend over, the towels are gray (white is a novelty for them, after communicating with the clearing service, cleaning is not their forte, disgusting cleaning, they walked twice with a mop and a freshener, and that's it)It was not possible to replace the number, they refuse to meet me halfway.Boorish behavior at the reception, especially the manager, I called him Turkish Raj Kapoor, he dances on Wednesdays at the evening corporate, boorish even that. We have already been to Turkey 10 times. Previously, my child and I stayed only in large, good 5-star hotels. This time, we were alone with my wife in early October and bought an urgent tour in the midst of the pandemic right before our vacation. Accordingly, for this money, the Sayanora hotel was chosen in the center of Side on the second line from the beach for 15 days according to reviews and ratings. When they were taken from the airport to the hotels, everyone was dropped off in luxury five-star hotels. We were confused that we would drive up, and there was a 3-star sign. Fortunately, we were dropped off in the dark. So our complex disappeared into the darkness. And after we were met at the reception and immediately taken to a restaurant, fed and only after we were settled in, we realized that this hotel has a special attitude towards vacationers. We felt caring, sensitive attention and kind smiles every day from morning to evening. We were met by a boy named Bayram, who speaks Russian well. The student studies at the university for 4 years as a cook. I was very surprised, why is he studying to be a cook at the institute for so long? Then I realized from Sayanora's restaurant. The cook is a special, unique phenomenon of the hotel. He cooks so deliciously, in a variety of seemingly simple products, that I think that's the only reason people who have been here at least once come back to this hotel again and again. We had a lot of such regular visitors. There is such a variety in the restaurant that I haven't tried everything in 2 weeks. We try different types of meat for dinner. In appearance and taste, it is fatty juicy pork, fragrant liver, harsh but tasty beef. Only then, after reading the inscriptions near the dishes, we realize that all this is made of chicken and turkey. How is it? And then it comes to an understanding why they study to be a cook for 4 years. A variety of dishes were served every day. Besides meat, there were various fish and seafood. A large selection of cheeses, olives and vegetables. And the abundance of sweets just confuses people who are losing weight. The food system in the conditions of the pandemic in Sayanor, when you put gloves on yourself, is much more convenient than in those hotels, when the staff puts it on your plate. There are always empty seats and no queues. Every evening for dinner, the cook surprised with some kind of masterpiece. And it was always a little show with fire, fireworks, smoke: kebabs, kebabs, shawarma, burgers, baked leg, tuna.
The waiters are the second attraction of the hotel. They are so attentive, polite, anticipate your desire literally by sight and do everything promptly, as if you are the most honored guest or best friend here. I understood that the waiters at the hotel, they are animators after dinner, so turn on the guests and involve everyone in dancing, that in this disco, under the Bar and again, EVERYONE DANCES for a gray night! Including the Germans. The waiter Aziz was especially impressed. How did he manage to serve everyone and communicate with everyone, bring lonely bored people together and sit at one table, and then also easily raise everyone under the Gentle May and organize a disco. It even seemed to me that he reads people's minds and fulfills their desires. He's like a magician and some kind of magician!
We did not take excursions, as we had already been everywhere before. We thought it would be boring. But the atmosphere at the Sayanora Hotel just didn't even give a reason. The TV was turned on only 1 time in 2 weeks. I think there are Russian channels. The Wi-Fi in the room works perfectly. Just before dinner, when everyone is surfing the Internet, it doesn't really pull. The rooms are cleaned every day, linen is constantly changed. Every day they make something interesting out of towels.
In the morning, jogging along the embankment is mostly Russian. It is good that we have a sports country. However, I have not found anywhere else in Side, and the usual horizontal bar. We swam in the sea for hours, as the temperature in the sea on October 1 feels like +26. The air in the afternoon is +28. In the morning it was cool at least +18. The hotel has 2 swimming pools. The water is cooler than in the sea, about +24. The sea is transparent if there are no large waves. And the beach behind the old Side is even cleaner. We liked it more and there were fewer people.
In the evening, it's always a lot of fun near the restaurant, but at 23-00 the hotel is quiet! The elderly couple, who have been coming to the hotel for several times, were moved to a nearby Park Hotel without any problems. It's always quiet there.
Every Wednesday at the hotel from 19 to 23 Turkish night. We really liked the first time! A dinner with a variety of dishes, a chef's show with torches and fireworks, a performance by guest artists and dancing at the end. Super!
We did not plan to buy anything in Turkey, but in the end we bought a lot of clothes and shoes of good quality at ridiculous prices. Usually after lunch we went shopping and malls, which are a lot within walking distance near Sayanora. It's kind of expensive in Novomol, prices in Waikiki are like ours. In Saly pazary 82, the quality is not very good. But in the Outlet through which we went to the beach, the prices and quality turned out to be optimal.
I would like to express my gratitude to the hotel management for the excellent organization of the visitors' rest. The highest thanks to the chef and his team for the daily unforgettable masterpieces of the cuisine. We rested at the hotel from October 9th to 18th. We were very satisfied. The staff is very friendly. Reno met us at the reception, a Russian-speaking, attentive and very friendly girl. The sea is a 10-minute walk from the hotel, but sun beds are paid. The sand is fine, we lay on it on our towels. The sea is clear. But if you want to relax on the sun beds, then there is a bus to your own beach. In the morning, he takes it away and returns it at 16 and 17 o'clock. Then you skip lunch. Wi-Fi is free and works perfectly throughout the hotel, the safe is paid. The restaurant staff is polite and attentive. But the Germans are a priority, as always. The food is very tasty, the menu is varied:meat, chicken, turkey. The waiter Bilal is the fastest, most attentive and cheerful!!!!! We did a massage for $ 20, Mustafa is able to persuade, speaks excellent Russian.
