I decided that I would have to come back in 15 days. The cashier immediately left for lunch. Then I decided that I needed this amount earlier. I clarified with another specialist, it turns out that it does not take 3 hours to wait for approval, because the request is sent electronically to the head, he quickly coordinates and you can take the money. It turns out that the cashier was in such a hurry for lunch that she just decided to send me. A very bad attitude towards clients, at the same time, I want to note that some specialists, on the contrary, behave very friendly, there is a desire to help. But the overall impression is of course very spoiled. I had to make a third visit to the bank to collect my money.
