Although there were few people, the queue moved so slowly that I had to leave, realizing that it still took at least an hour to issue a card. Of the 8 windows, only the 7th and 8th actually worked, and in the 1st someone hung for a long time. I do not recommend visiting this place if you do not have an hour and a half of free time.

I came to pick up the card, one visitor is served for at least 30 minutes, if not an hour, why do I need to wait until the person who issues the cards sets up the application on the phone, and not a trained person in the hall is doing this. An inconvenient place to wait. I just wasted my time.
Добрый день. Сеголня посетили это «замечательное» заведение. Итог: с истерикой поехали в другой банк. Началось все с того , что мы зашли , ни одного консультанта не было рядом. Нужно было нам всего лишь завести виртуальную карту , БЕСПЛАТНО, и перевести деньги. После того как мы постояли там минут пять , выловили мимо бегущую женщину. Она вела себя очень по-хамски. Начало грубо говлрить , что нам гадо платить деньги, ПЛАТНО становиться клиентам , заключать контракты и тд. Повторюсь , всё было сказанно в ужасно грубой форме. Решили позвонить агенству, которое собственно получало деньги. Оттуда было услышано , что проблем никаких возникать не должно. Попрлсил трубку консультанта, на что хамоватый консультант продолжил хамить , но трубку не взял.
Итог: испорченные нервы, потраченное время.
Добрый совет: сразу едьте в другое отделение.
Конечно не закончу на этом , напишу жалобу. Такое ужасное отношение к клиентам не терплю. Можно хотя бы объяснить нормально было, А НЕ ХАМИТЬ!!!!!
Нет интернета для зала, только для персонала. Мне надо было скинуть денег на карточку Мир, чтобы воспользоваться банкоматом и получить BYNы, чтобы купить сим-карту и дальше спокойно продолжить свое путешествие. С интернетом мне помогла девочка, работающая в подземном переходе в небольшой кофейне. Ей спасибо, вам спасибо говорить, к сожалению, не за что
Приехала в банк,чтобы выяснить непонятную ситуацию по действующему кредиту. Мало того что ничем не помогли, кормят завтраками,что завтра с вами свяжется специалист, который неделю почему-то связаться со мной не может. Так ещё и ерунды наговорили по моему вопросу. В другом отделении к сожалению ничем помочь не могут, так как по моему вопросу нужно обращаться в отделение где был взять кредит. И увы это то отделение,где помочь мне к сожалению отказались! Отвратительно

Единственное отделение в центре без предупреждений меняет время работы. И теперь крутят к хочешь, а в банк успей до 17.00,в рабочее время. На яндекс карты обновление времени работы прислать не хотят. Единица за отношение к клиентам.
Совсем не понимаю, по какой причине банк сегодня был закрыт раньше времени?!
Никакого объявления не висит. Да и предупреждения не было. Пришлось ехать до ближайшего банка в кратчайшие сроки!
