Ситуация сложилась не в мою пользу, потеряла карту, заказала через личный кабинет интернет- банкинга. После смс о готовности карты после работы поехала в банк, в интернете был график работы с 9:00- 19:00, на него и ориентировалась. Приехала ровно в 18:00, дверь закрыта, охранник показал на часы, я ему говорю, что у вас написано до 19:00, он посмеялся. При всем этом нам получать зп через 3 дня. С работы раньше меня никто не отпускает. В службе поддержки бпс банка девушка сказала, что ничем помочь не может. «Спасибо большое» банку за клиентоориентированную работу.
Делала здесь карточку и открывала яндекс кошелек. Очень все вежливые, в Калинковичах. А вот в Мозыре, пока сделала яндекс кошелек, чуть не поругалась с девушкой. Ни совета ни обьяснения как это делается! Она видители не обязана обьяснять! Только регестрировать!
Сидела в коридоре и через интнрнет искала инфу.
