I flew with this airline from Moscow to Alma-Ata. In principle, I really liked everything. The ticket price is more affordable, as it is lower than that of competitors (Air Astana and Aeroflot). There are no TVs, no pillows, and the second plaid was never brought. There are few toilets, it's not easy to go there, you need to stand in line like in Soviet times for sausage. What are they doing:

3. Next, they fully open all the ventilation valves above the seats of these rows. At the same time, it even gets cold in the back of the cabin, and in the front and middle part of the cabin there is simply nothing to breathe from the unbearable stuffiness. Probably, the ventilation system simply cannot cope with the delivery of air to the front of the cabin due to a large leak over the rear rows. There is simply no air coming out of the valves in the front and middle part.

Неожиданно начали разносить воду и настоящую колу (не "добрый"). А потом и шикарный обед. Давно мы не видели такого хорошего обеда. Хотя мне казалось, что бюджетная авиакомпания, и рейс без питания. А я бутики с собой приготовила😁.
Если вы берете самый дешёвый тариф, то багаж не включён, только ручная кладь, но стандартный размер (чемоданчик на колёсах, например,), до 5 кг. На регистрации проверили, наш был 9,4 кг. Попросила часть вещей переложить в другую ручную кладь. Мы не стали и дальше никто не проверял.
Единственное но — не откидываются кресла. Никак. Но так как мы спали сзади на трех, то было все равно.
Так что пользуйтесь.

Хорошее бортовое питание, напитки раздавали часто вне ограниченом колиичестве! Самолет был под завязку, туалета два и не смотря на постоянный трафик в туалет, было всегда чисто и в наличии пренадлежности. Разрешено было без доплат перевозить корзинку с фруктами до 5 кг., у меня получилось 5,300 - без проблем! Полет был красивым, спокойным и веселым!
