the staff are completely illiterate, hysterical and incompetent. we simply keep silent about politeness. the call center lives its own life, the cashier and managers in the company have their own and no one can give comprehensive information. I bought a ticket for a 16-year-old teenager.. they require either consent or a power of attorney (completely different 2 legal documents) . They do not read their own rules for air transportation of passengers and have no idea. the concept of up to the age of 16 and the age of 16 is the same for them. and the rules are different before 16 and after 16, although in both cases the teenager is a minor. they require that someone meet and accompany a 16-year-old teenager within Kazakhstan, although the Rules of clause 7.3 clearly state that from 16 to 18 years of age, escort is not required within no later than 23h and no earlier than 6am. sometimes it just happens that there are no options and you get on your flights. It is very sad to deal with the illiteracy of such airlines.
