The acquaintance with the yoga school began on maternity leave, when the child was 2 years old. On the one hand, I wanted physical activity for myself to keep fit, on the other hand, I don't really like it when they recruit a whole room of people and need to repeat after someone and no one is watching whether you are doing it right or not. And there was another nuance - there was no one to leave the child with, even for 1 hour. I went to a group for moms with children, while moms were studying - one of the instructors was playing with the children there. If the child wants to, he can also study with his mother. After maternity leave, she moved to another group, without children. But if there is no one to leave the child with, you can also attend classes with him. Instructors are very attentive to each student, but on the other hand, they do not require anything. Everyone is engaged to the best of their abilities. Additionally, theoretical material is given - how to live in harmony with yourself and with the whole world. I've been going to school for 3 years now. At one point I wanted to change to other yoga classes, went to trial classes and realized that the Cultural Revival school is what I need. During the lessons, the back muscles strengthened, the spine stretched, and the posture improved. In addition, I began to look at many things differently, the number of conflicts at home decreased, I became more balanced and calm. Many thanks to the school and further prosperity.
