I explain that a person cannot personally come (it is not profitable for him to travel 3 hours for a parcel), the employee tells me to let him go to the nearest SDEK and change the recipient's ID, but did not say that you can contact the recipient and he can change. This is much easier, because if a person could go to the nearest SDEK himself, then he probably issued a parcel to the nearest one. It turned out to be an unpleasant situation. Thanks to the SDEC call center for helping to resolve the situation and telling me how to do it right. I really want the staff to learn all the nuances, and not only that they do not issue a personal passport without a passport.

The only SDEK point in Minsk where you can send a parcel after 20:00 and every time it's some kind of madhouse, it feels like the workers are doing everything extra slowly so that you don't come here anymore. In other branches, at least 10 people can send parcels within 15-20 minutes. Every time there are three people in line, you hang out for half an hour. It's just not possible. Why do you need this department at all, even if you arrive at 20:10 with a queue at 3-4 you may not have time to send the parcel!!!!!!!!
There was no box of the required size (M). Sending in other sizes is much more expensive. They offered to call other branches to find out if there are any necessary boxes 🤡

I had a situation - my Russian suppliers sent me fabric samples and estimated them at 3000 BYN, forgetting to change the currency - as a result, I had to pay twice as much for delivery. But the staff of SDEK Kozlov 4 got confused, wrote an application for reassessment and, as a result, the delivery began to cost their adequate money. In General, Thank You!!!

Throughout the entire chain of order acceptance and delivery, SDEK managed to make a lot of mistakes. Which was inconvenient. As a result, I have to leave, there is no order, and I can't leave my passport! And the storage period is expiring, the storage day is paid. And so on ....
No one wants to be responsible for anything! I really hope that this company will either learn and teach employees how to do their job efficiently, or there simply shouldn't be such companies. You guys are making money, do your job efficiently!
