The staff at the pick-up point is good, I can't say anything bad, but about the attitude towards customers, it's still worth speaking out.
Disgusting service, I will never use this office again. The parcel from Omsk arrived in Grodno on 12/26/2023 and was handed over to the courier - this was accompanied by a message on Viber. The parcel was not delivered that day, after which the next day I called a short number where I was told that the parcel had been postponed for delivery until tomorrow. I think it's okay, I'll wait. But the next day, the parcel was also not delivered, as after, already on the 29th. And the parcel arrived, I remind you, on the 26th and was "handed over to the courier." After that, I asked to redirect the parcel to the pick-up point, where they promised me that it would be tomorrow or the day after tomorrow. However, she was not there. To be honest, I have already come to terms with the fact that the parcel was destroyed or damaged in any way, or even stolen. I had already forgotten about it, but then on 03.01.2024 I received a message that the parcel was at the pick-up point and storage, attention, until 03.01. To say that I was surprised, I can't say anything. I couldn't pick up the parcel that day because I had a lot of work to do. The conversation with the operator did not give anything, or rather gave one thing - the person who sent me the parcel must pay for additional storage! Although due to the laxity of this so-called "cantora", the parcel has been in the wrong place since the 26th. And the person who sent me the package had to pay for additional storage, although I did not have the opportunity to pick up this very package. Just think about this level of arrogance - they did not deliver the parcel at the time, it is not located where, and the sender must pay extra! As a result, I asked a friend by proxy to receive the parcel. The moral of this fable is this - if nerves are dear to you, do not mess with these "carriers", nerves will be more intact.

When trying to reach the pick-up point, there are no results. They don't pick up the phone. The courier is not answering the phone. I tried to call a short number, and there were no results. They also don't pick up the phone.
In Russia, the work of SDEK is well established, unlike Grodno.

The worst delivery service. They sent me a package with home delivery. The courier did not deliver it for the first time, referring to the fact that I was not at the address (he did not even call me). The next day he said that he had not found me (there are no phones nowadays). After that, I indicated that I would take it from the branch, but they refused to return the price difference. There was no apology either.
