I am currently staying at this hotel. Maybe I was unlucky, but this is my first time in such a dirty hotel. Cleaning in my room (building A, 5th floor) consists of changing towels, refilling blankets. The floor in the room was washed three times upon check-in. Not 5 stars. I don't recommend it.

A terrible hotel, I do not know who leaves positive reviews about this hotel, most likely it is a cheat of reviews.
Everything is terrible, starting with the staff and ending with the food, the rooms are old and dirty, an unpleasant smell, the ancient air conditioner rattles, there are big restrictions on the food schedule, well, the contingent is appropriate, if you do not want to spoil your vacation, do not stay at this hotel.

We had a rest for the New Year and holidays. A perfectly acceptable hotel for a winter holiday. Very good food, a huge variety - without lobsters and caviar, but there is a lot of everything else, and you can find something new every day for yourself. The location of the hotel is strategically convenient for outdoor activities in the off-season: on the one hand, Antalya is next to its old town, not reaching it in a 5-minute drive from the hotel - the amusement park and the aquarium are very cool, near the hotel there is a newly renovated wide promenade for walking, full of playgrounds, benches, cafes. On the other side of the hotel (towards Kemer) there is a mountain with a lift for viewing from a height. Near the hotel there is a nice green park with playgrounds, fountains, a cafe. Everything in the rooms is more or less fresh, not killed, not peeling. They clean cleanly, constantly wash and rub something, but the service is unobtrusive - if you need to do something urgently in the room, you can immediately get what you want by calling the reception. In general, the staff is trying very hard. I liked the work of Polina, an animator who worked with children, taught, played, and entertained them. The hotel also has a spa center where you can get a massage, visit the hammam and swim in the pool.

We had a rest in March 2021.The hotel corresponds to 3+.
pluses.
-on the seashore, a beautiful promenade for walking.
minuses:
- very cramped rooms with no storage space, there were only two hangers for three people.
- small slow elevators, had to wait long enough.
-the spa area is a run-down sauna with battered and shabby equipment and a tiny pool in which you will get nothing but infection, filled with rabid children and elderly swimmers.
-the dining room is a small selection of food,,most of all, I was outraged that an employee pours drinks without gloves and with his nasty hands takes hold of the edge of the glass, which you then lick when you drink.
the bartenders in the lobby are arrogant and boorish, there is no menu.You order drinks at random and do not understand what the serving should be, for example, a milkshake should be served with cream and pastry crumbs, but in fact they were poured just into a glass. Everything was served to the Turks as it should be.
- I had to walk along the embankment and the neighboring small parks.Imagine that the hotel is stuck in a residential area, i.e. there is nothing around except residential buildings and endless cafes.No shops, no souvenir shops-no boredom.
- the contingent is only Russians with children and Turks.
We chose this hotel because of the low price out of the five offered, and the reviews were not bad.
For those who have not seen good hotels in their lives, this is probably the limit of their dreams.

This is an ordinary big three. Washed bed linen with holes, smelly blankets, dirty sofa, 1 meter balcony, poor cleaning, poor nutrition, no variety, everything is bland. Animation is about nothing, amateur activity. The elevator sometimes smells like cats. The rooms are tired, the window in the room is covered with cheap paper blinds! 👎🏻
Some midges bite into the rooms, perhaps from the dampness after winter. The air conditioner doesn't work well, I don't know how it is in the heat, we were in May and turned it on a couple of times in total. A beach without a toilet, a bar looks like an Indian made of sticks and something else))) The bartender plays mournful local songs. Lots of dogs. There is wi-fi. You need to go to the beach through an underpass, crawl under two pipes of one and a half meters each. Stones entering the sea, near the water drain from the street.
A separate guide Ramzan is lazy and a rascal. It's better to ask for another one right away.
PS Sorry for the money spent, I was led to positive reviews...

Great hotel! We have been on vacation since 11/10/2019! We lived in room 5001 , overlooking the sea! The insulation is excellent in the rooms, which is important for relaxation!The service is excellent, the food is whatever your heart desires , everything is delicious and combined, a wide variety. the bar is also on top, the drinks are of high quality! The staff works well, responds quickly to requests and fulfills them efficiently. Everything in this hotel is thought out for relaxation! There are , of course , minor nuances , insignificant , but they are about nothing against the general background ! I advise you to visit! It is better to see once than to hear a hundred times . Take the topmost floors, it 's important. The view is magnificent on the local surroundings!

It was in January 2020. After reading the reviews, I don't know if everything went bad after the quarantine, or not... The food was, in my opinion, exactly as good as in other more expensive hotels in Antalya. And more adapted for us, less spicy and spicy. Huge bowls of various spices stood separately, where Turks frolicked a lot. Cleaning is generally the best for all the time traveling to different countries. Everything worked in our room and was quite fresh. Small balcony, side sea view.What you need to be prepared for: this is a city hotel without a territory, lots of animations, collective farm souvenir shops, etc. You will entertain yourself mostly by yourself. To do this, you have a beautiful fresh long promenade, a great beach, the sights of Antalya, an extremely cheap ski lift up the mountain, which is 15-20 minutes away by city bus. A wonderful fish restaurant 200 meters from the hotel with the second highest rating in the whole city at that time.

A very nice hotel. We had a rest with a large family of 6 people.We were celebrating our daughter's wedding.

We had a rest in April 2021. The hotel is very tired and dead, maximum 3+, the repair in the rooms has not been done for 7-10 years definitely, everything is dead, it works every other time. There are no scales at the reception for weighing luggage, no one knows anything, they cannot adequately solve any issue, either they throw up their hands or fairy tales blah blah blah! For this money, you can take a really adequate 5, do not waste money and do not be fooled by the stars, fabulous words))) the reception in general won me over to the question in Russian (we do not understand), I switch to English- like we understand, but we do not answer or do not know, like explain in Turkish, as a result, only from the third time we understood what was needed, while rolling our eyes and spreading our hands, so the choice is yours

The food is monotonous and not tasty, the only thing is enough sweets, including for an afternoon snack at this time, only sweets. We had a rest in August 2021. At first, they gave a room without a balcony, although the balcony was pre-arranged in the voucher. A 10cm ledge outside the balcony door was called a French balcony (?). They refused to move in and we were given a room with a "balcony", which looks more like a kennel: a very small room, a dark room, and the so-called balcony opens onto an emergency staircase and is barred with frequent iron bars and super small. Due to the lack of ventilation, the heat was suffocating. There is a hood in the wall, from which the hum is like from an airplane. The room was changed only after 2 days.It turned out that there are basically no normal rooms in the hotel! When we bought a ticket for a week for three for almost 200 thousand rubles, we could not even imagine that such a thing was possible! Well, a 5-star hotel does not pull! No way! Otherwise: food, beach, staff-no complaints. But not for 200 thousand.

there are a lot of shops and cafes nearby.
there are a lot of Russian-speaking staff.
the room is beautiful and comfortable, in addition to the main bed, there was a small sofa in the room, which is cool.

a gorgeous view of the embankment and the sea, its own balcony with a table.
a cool bathroom, good water pressure in the shower, which is rare.
I liked the room very much.
The dining room is bright, spacious and pleasant. There are places for children on the upper tiers.
in terms of food, there is everything you need, quite diverse and, most importantly, delicious.
every day for dinner, the chefs brought some kind of chip, then seafood, then rolls, for example. however, the rolls did not work out.

Well, I'll start with the number. It's a barn. They asked for a child's bed, the mattress was all stained. My son slept with us on the big bed. The room is all shabby, the beds are torn, traces of mold and streaks on the glass, the lamps are blinking, the LED strip is torn off, the hair dryer works every other time. The refrigerator is not working. They asked me to subordinate it, they replaced it, but it still doesn't work. The bed linen was not changed for 4 days until they already told me to change it. There is no ventilation in the room and therefore there is a smell of dampness. The food is monotonous, sometimes something tasty happens. It was a fish day sushi made with rice stuck together that is not possible to chew. There were crayfish, but at the time of opening they were already cold. A 2-year-old child eats only fruits, vegetables, and everything else with spices. The only plus is the polite staff. I definitely do not recommend this hotel. Hostels in Russia are better than these 5 stars. April 2021.

The hotel is clean, but the disposable slippers were brought with stains. I didn't dare to put it on. The staff is unobtrusive, almost everyone speaks at least a little Russian. The food leaves much to be desired. In the pandemic, the buffet turned into a distribution line. All salads are covered with a film. The choice of fruits and seafood is meager. We spent the whole vacation eating in nearby cafes and restaurants.
There are sanitizers all over the hotel. At the entrance to the hotel and throughout its territory, except for the pool, you are asked to wear a mask.
