Excellent hotel, good staff, stayed there for 9 nights in February. A variety of food and drinks. Indoor swimming pool, sauna, hammam. The embankment and the beach are across the street.

The hotel is excellent, the rooms, although small, are very neat. A good buffet, high-quality alcohol, polite staff! We were left with a great impression. The infrastructure of the hotel is built very competently, although the territory itself is small, well-thought-out layout, a private beach with an underground passage from the hotel, there are enough sun beds on the beach for all guests, despite the fullness of the hotel. Animation is just fire, both for children and adults. The animators are very incendiary, but unobtrusive, they always adjust to the mood of the guest! Every evening there is a DIFFERENT themed entertainment program, mini disco, water polo game, darts, jenga, morning exercises in the sea.
Special thanks to the manager Karina. The girl always helped with the subtleties of translation (they wanted to extend the hotel on the spot) . Karina helped us return a very important toy, forgot it at the hotel and flew to Moscow. Karina, not only found a toy, sent it along with the guests to St. Petersburg, and after a while, she ended up with us! Also with a bunch of branded gifts from the hotel! Thank you very much for the high-quality work and individual approach to the guests.

Let's just say it's definitely not 5*. It's a very simple room, tired. The food is quite good. It's very hard to fall asleep, because in the lobby on the 1st floor (I lived on the 3rd) there are parties in the evening, music and all this is very disturbing, of course. With a small child, I would not have chosen this hotel for sure. Well, the standard view is a view of the opposite building of the same hotel with communications below, well, so-so....

We have been coming here for the sixth year in a row. The hotel is a 20-minute drive from the airport. Small, compact, the main part of the residents are Germans. The service is excellent, the food is delicious and varied, the beach is across the street, you can pass through a tunnel. The hotel is located in the city center, close to many shops, pharmacies, a 10-minute drive to Bolshoy Migros. MarcAntalia is a half-hour drive away.

On the day of departure, I forgot my watch in the safe- I realized it already at home, contacted the guest accommodation service - they found the watch and were able to transfer it with guests from my city! The territory of the hotel is not large. There are 2 small pools. There is an animation. But it really prevents you from resting. Afternoon program by the pool. The rooms are located on top. I can hear everything. Not to mention the evening program from 21.00 to 22.30. Very loud speakers, loud music, it is impossible to fall asleep before the end of the program. This is a huge disadvantage.

The room is clean and tidy, the shower is not very comfortable, narrow and long, but the food is beyond praise, varied and delicious, the menu is constantly updated, children from three years old and above have a lot of things, an excellent bar everywhere, in the hotel, in the pool area and at sea, a very good spa, saunas and hammam. The rating is rather 3+. Before that, I had the experience of visiting budget hotels, this hotel is a solid four not higher. And not because of the territory, it is clear that this is a city hotel, but because of the public, the beach and the staff on the beach. The workers are worn out. Visitors in the dining room sort through the food with their hands. The restaurant draws only on the dining room, an uncomfortable space. Drinks should be taken independently. On the beach, workers go out to clean it at about 20 in the morning, local residents, coming to the beach, spread out in front of sun beds on the first coastline. There is 1 changing cabin on the beach, which everyone seems to use, 2 showers. Evening shows, well, probably for those who have gone somewhere for the first time, they may like it. The room was excellent, it was a family room with a view balcony on the megasaray. at the first request, all issues were resolved. But they made fun of the settlement. They said that after 2 hours (they arrived at 9 a.m.), in fact, they were delayed until 14.

In fact, it is a tired 3-star hotel of average quality
We were at the end of September 2024 and we don't really understand where so many high ratings came from and at what point did the availability of air conditioning and cleaning become an advantage of a 5-star hotel?!
But if essentially:
1. The food is absolutely mediocre, tasteless in places and the same all the time, plus or minus; coffee is generally a nightmare, worse than instant; queues and it is very difficult to find a free table during rush hour
2. Dirty dishes came across several times, right with lipstick from a previous user
3. It is unrealistic to sleep here, the constant noise on the street through the windows, they do not isolate, in addition, the noise from under the door, since all the rooms go into one huge room-the hum and slamming of doors are constantly heard, the maids are very loudly cleaned from 8 a.m., and once all day there were repairs in neighboring rooms (loud drill)
4. The air conditioner broke down, it was + 30 outside, they tried to call a mechanic for a very long time, they did not receive sympathy from the staff, just "wait"
5. The passage to the sea and the beach are good, but by 10 a.m. all the sun beds are already occupied
6. There is a cool promenade nearby for walking, the old town is 15 minutes by car (without traffic jams if)
7. Parking is available, small, but we always found a place
8. Wi-Fi is good, it works in the room too (without additional payments, but it often crashes)
9. The standard room is cramped, there are few hangers and broken, curtains are not blackout, there is no iron and you can't take it
10. There is animation, but the place for it is very small, there is nowhere to sit properly, they just move the sun beds and everything takes place by the pool. I liked the Michael Jackson show.
11. After 12.00 on the day of eviction, the bracelets are cut off, the first time we see this, it even amused)
Conclusion - if you have at least a little idea about 5-star hotels and service, then I highly recommend it, as a result, we used paid sun beds, "had fun" and ate/drank in other places, so it's better to overpay for another hotel or consider the popular concept of "boutique hotels" on this beach

A wonderful hotel for a family holiday. We had a rest at the end of July. The sea is beautiful, the beach is small pebbles. There is a tunnel leading from the hotel to the sea, and it is wonderful: 2 minutes and you're on the beach. Despite the heat, the hotel was always comfortable and cool. There are a lot of rooms, but there is no pandemonium.
A wonderful restaurant, lots of food, everything is always delicious and fresh. A good spa, treatments and massages for every taste and budget.
I would especially like to mention the reception manager Karina. This beautiful girl solved our little problem very quickly. She is always ready to answer any question, and her advice was very useful to me. In short, Karina is a wonderful guest manager. Thanks!

The lobby is shabby, The photos provided by the hotel do not correspond to reality. They don't talk correctly at the reception. The beach is across the street, but you can walk through the tunnel from the hotel. The food in the restaurant is three-course, not tasty. The meat is tough. Great hotel in everything, but... all the pros and cons
Positive:
1. we arrived at 5.30 am, check-in at 14, but they immediately put on bracelets and told us that we could have breakfast and lunch (although this was not included yet), it was pleasant
2. We were already settled at 9.30 instead of 14.00 😊
The room is fresh, clean, stylish (we took a 2-room room for 3 adults)
3. Very friendly staff😊
4. Excellent cuisine, some new dishes every day, everything is very tasty
5. Every day there was some kind of entertainment program, Dasha's lighter was just a fire, very sociable, cheerful, organized various fun activities for us (disco, live music, karaoke ... every day there was something new)
6. The room service is excellent, they made us figures out of towels, decorated with petals🥰
7. Upon departure, (at 12 o'clock the check-out was extended to 14 and they said go have lunch😊
Minuses:
1. A bold minus, when friends checked in, the room was not ready yet, as a result, they offered with an additional payment)for a minute, $ 20/day is another more, they refused and in the end they give it to them, but for free, it's not beautiful to do that 😡
2. The coffee in the dining room is disgusting (Jacobs) for a 5-star hotel, well, it's just shameful😏
We went to drink at the Turkish bar, delicious, but the bar starts at 10 a.m., and you usually have breakfast earlier
3. The pools on the street do not work, you can not swim, although they are filled (why?)
Taking into account that the weather is up to +20-23 in the afternoon, the sea is cold and you do not buy in the pool, in the description of the hotel type heated, but ... it's a pity, of course, we went with the hope that the pools work

It's a great hotel for the money. It's worth every penny. We booked it directly on their website, the difference with booking turned out to be minus 50,000₽. The most important thing is that the mattresses are comfortable, not made of stone. The pillows are also normal, but someone like me doesn't like sleeping under a blanket - you can ask for a normal blanket at the reception: they give it out immediately. The hotel is old, we were given family rooms in the old building and I read about the noise, but for me, a country dweller accustomed to the deathly silence of the forest, it was quite quiet. You can see that the hotel has seen a lot in its time, but everything is clean, the hotel is being looked after. For example, in the super cool Ela quality, which positions itself as a classmate of Rixos, there was black mold in the bathtub.
The food doesn't look good to me, there's no porridge for breakfast, but you definitely won't go hungry. Lots of fruits. The kids liked it. I don't know by what principle it was decided that it was 5 stars because the hotel has no territory at all. Tiny pools in the courtyard - that's the whole area. But the hotel is surrounded by very picturesque surroundings, a park and an incredibly beautiful promenade along which you never get tired of walking. In addition, there are a lot of cafes, shops, pharmacies and everything else around the hotel - it's very convenient. The staff is very friendly and courteous. I expected the hotel to be packed with European pennies, but to our surprise, in early April, the hotel was almost completely packed with an absolutely diverse international audience. Mostly with children. In general, if you are not chasing after show-offs, knowing the value of money and do not want to overpay for services that you will never use, then this hotel is for you. I do not exclude that we will return here again, although the whole area has already been explored and examined back and forth, and we really like to change the picture.👍

We had a rest in June. The hotel pulls only on a solid 4. I read reviews that evil administrators at the reception are not true. They always helped us. We communicated with them with the help of an interpreter. Special thanks to animator Natalia and another Russian-speaking employee of the hotel (she always sits at the table, on the left at the entrance to the hotel), she helped us a lot.
I'll start with the pros:
1. The sea is 3 minutes away if you go under the tunnel. It is closed at night. And so you can walk across the street from above - 5 minutes.
2. There is a gym. It is always clean and fresh. A great fitness trainer.
3. There are 3 swimming pools + a children's pool, and there is also a water slide (does not scratch).
4. There is a park across the street from the hotel, there are many cafes and Starbucks on its territory.
5. Nice interior inside the hotel. At the same time, it is always cool only on the 1st floor.
6. There is a lobby bar with a terrace where a lot of smokers are sitting.
7. The rooms have a safe, bathrobes, slippers, tea bags, instant coffee Jacobs, sugar, disposable cups, kettle, soap, gel, shampoo.
8. Free water is available in the rooms, in the lobby bar and the beach bar.
9. Good evening animation. This is according to other hotel guests. We weren't interested in that.
It's all. Now the cons:
1. The food in the restaurant is monotonous. They don't know how to cook meat - it's hard, dry. Not a bad fried fish. Salads are something that you will assemble yourself from different ingredients. There was only a salad of tomatoes and cucumbers. Powdered mashed potatoes. Desserts are so-so. There were peaches, nectarines, melon, watermelon, apples, oranges, pears. Fruits are washed poorly. I really liked baklava. Many times we saw how the children of foreigners got their hands into food (potatoes, rice, baklava, etc.). No one made remarks to them.
2. Rooms are poorly cleaned. And this is not just our opinion. Many complained. Floors are not washed at all.
3. In rooms with windows on the territory between the buildings of the hotel (sold as rooms with a view of the city, and as a result a view of the neighboring building), air conditioners do not work well, there is also very audible noise from ventilation, even with the balcony doors closed. We recommend taking rooms with a side view of the sea.
4. There are worn sofas with stains in the hall. At the same time, the staff tries to quickly remove the dishes from the tables after the guests.
5. There is no normal juice in the restaurant and lobby bar, only something similar to Jupi. The coffee is disgusting. Free alcoholic drinks are not drinks. Those who drank said that only gin and tonic was normal. The wine is powdered.
6. The beach at the hotel is very dirty. Under the sun beds, garbage (cigarette butts, bones, etc.) ... It is poorly cleaned. The beach bar is unsanitary. At the same time, at 9 o'clock, the paths are swept and the garbage from the garbage pots is removed, but not always.
7. Some kind of film floats on the surface of the sea, the water smells like sewage. But it didn't matter to some of the guests.
8. There are a lot, a lot of smoking foreigners. If Russians got up and went to smoke on the beach, then foreigners smoked right on the sun beds. By the way, smoking is also not prohibited on balconies. If you want to get pumped up with necatin, then you are on your way to this hotel.
9. They wear bracelets that scratch very much on the inside, where the clasp is. They asked us to take them off to carry with us, but we were not allowed. We should have cut it off ourselves.. Ahah... but they didn't take the scissors with them.
The hotel is for those over 40 and for families with children (if not confused by the large number of smokers). Overall, it's not bad. But we're not coming back here anymore. "Hello" to the manager, who, at our departure, twisted our arms to take off our hotel bracelets, and also cursed after us... ahah!!!

I do not know who is not satisfied with what- my husband and I really like it here. We arrived early in the morning, checked in at 11 am! The room was given a two-room, quite good, clean, everything is there. The TV doesn't really work, but we don't need it. Cleaning every day, change of linen and towels. The room is filled with a refrigerator and a welcome plate of fruits plus nuts. It's a small thing, but it's nice. Towels are provided, a very good massage at the spa.
The food is varied, there is a lot of everything, there are a lot of people, but there are enough places, dirty dishes are cleaned in a minute, there are no queues. Every evening, the themed cuisine was Italian, Mediterranean - grilled huge tuna, salmon, and boiled crayfish. There is a la carte, including for breakfast. The tunnel at the entrance and exit is low, you have to bend down. And there are two communication pipes inside, you also need to go under them. If you don't want to, the hotel has a walkway on the ground and a descent down a ladder. There are plenty of sunbeds. We did not go to the snow bar, we are completely full. I feel good here.

The hotel is located close to the waterfront, in the Konyaalti area. It has one building, the service at the hotel is good, the staff is polite, they respond well to requests to do something in the morning. I took this hotel because it has full-fledged diet food, I needed it. Nutrition for everyone can be assessed as good, no more, there is no variety. The diet is not above satisfactory, there is no choice, monotonous and undercooked. I didn't take alcohol, I can't estimate it. The rooms are cleaned, but somehow it is unclear by time, then they knock at 9.00, then they do not clean at 15.00. But the cleaning is acceptable, the bed is changed every 3 days. I can't say about the beach because we rested in winter. In general, we can recommend it.

We had a rest in March, the staff service is at a high level. The food is average, cocktails are average, beer is delicious, do not forget to take nuts, there are hookahs for 200 lira - cheaper than in the district.

After the beach, it's just great. They entertain, wonderful animators. There is also something to do for children. In the evening, you can walk along the embankment. Everyone swims almost late. People, what's wrong with you? Why do you give this hotel the highest rating? This is at best three stars.
The hotel is completely dead, old, dirty. I am very lucky that I am here for two days (rested in November 23 years).
The rooms are ancient, the floors are dirty, the air conditioners are noisy, the bathroom is good - new. The staff is not pleasant, a couple of people are only smiling. There are a lot of strange rules, you can't approach the pool bar in a swimming trunks / swimsuit, you definitely need to be dry and throw something on. There is no food on the beach, there is no toilet (you need to go to the hotel through a tunnel), the beach towels are old. WiFi barely works. What swings food, the choice is large and everything is very tasty, the food is really good. The location of the hotel is also great, there is a place to walk. I've been to Turkey 20 times, but nowhere has there ever been a bracelet cut off from my hand on the day of departure at 12:00, and they didn't care how much you had a departure, but they're not going to feed and water you anymore, all for an extra.payment. It's just a shame. I strongly recommend that you refrain from going to this hotel only if you are not at all picky or it costs ridiculous money.

Not a bad hotel, we had a rest at the very beginning of June. Everything is fine and the staff and the food, the rooms are great. But there is one "but" at the entrance to the lobby, a hungry homeless man was hanging around all the time, looking like an old faded palace or a gasoline stain. He responded to Zinka and shouted that he was a popular blogger. I don't know who it is, but it's very scary. The guards did well, they didn't let him in.
