Great hotel. Of course, you can find fault with the little things, but why.
The food is varied (I didn't get tired in 8 days), pastries and sweets are super and very much. Watermelon has always been very tasty, there are not many fruits, but they are very good. The restaurant itself is like a dining room, the furniture in it is not very good, the interior is also simple. There was enough space, although they said that the hotel was full.
The bars here are 5 + good alcohol (mostly imported), the bartenders are friendly and try very hard.
The rooms are renovated, fresh repairs are visible, a new TV , good furniture.
But the coolest thing is the beach, the pier and the sea itself. The entrance is great. Sea sand is not what corals are not needed.
In general, I liked everything, I didn't even want to leave. I think they will come back here again.

Excellent food, seafood every day, imported alcohol. The service is also excellent, the staff is friendly. It is better to choose a room with a sea view, with a balcony. The room is nice, freshly renovated, snow-white linen. Towels are changed daily, the bed was probably changed too, it was always fresher. Every day there is a showtime, some performances, invited artists: someone sang, someone danced, motorcycle shows, go-go. The beach is small pebbles, a fairly gentle approach, but we prefer to jump from the pier. It is better to take sun beds on the pier no later than 7 a.m., at the same time admire the most beautiful sunrises. The hotel itself is very compact, everything is nearby, very clean. Good location relative to Kemer itself, walking distance. At the same time, there is no city fuss. Private access to the beach, although the beach area seems cramped. But so far there have been no vacationers who could not swim.
The staff is from completely different countries, but everyone is equally friendly and the bartenders are not greedy.
The local main restaurant is open cheerfully and with a wide menu. Someone may not be happy, but they have not seen hungry faints.
Separately, we can say about the crowding on the beach and sun beds. Of course, there are not enough of them near the water. There are people who are ready to get up early and take "better" seats. We decided to treat the problem philosophically. There are always few vacationers at the small pool (there are two of them), it takes no more than one minute to walk to the sea water. For that, we are not lying in an anthill.
And in general, as in all Turkish resorts, you feel yourself here "at the all-Union health resort."
PS A small recommendation for check-in.
There are rooms with a very strange location. Either behind the grate of the emergency staircase, or at the very fans of the air conditioners, and the fans are at least one meter in diameter and there are many of them. So when you receive a room, it is better to warn that you will first take a look and leave your suitcases in the lobby. If it suits, then you can take it away. Toilets with showers there seem to be in all rooms for small hobits.

I spent 10 nights here. The hotel is good. The food is great. Alcohol is not all normal, but my head never hurt, but I didn't get drunk either)
The staff is on average very responsive, they will always help, even if they do not fully understand you.
There is an entertainment program every evening. All entertainment stops by 12 a.m., so everything is quite comfortable.
I lived in an economy room, the room was on the ground floor at the exit of the hotel, i.e. leaving the room I found myself on the street. Closer to the middle of the stay, I realized how much fun it is not to walk through the corridors to the room)
The location is on the road, but it does not interfere with living and you just go through all the shops while you go to the supermarket)

Отдыхал весной 2024г. Все очень понравилось. Море рядом. Персонал дружелюбный. Номер при заселении дали на 1ом этаже без балкона, с решеткой и видом на кусты и дорогу к отелю. На следующий день за доплату 10 долларов в день дали номер с видом на море. Хороший ремонт в номерах. Оборудованная внутренняя территория. Вдоль моря проходит длинная прогулочная аллея с освещением. Кормят вкусно, в ресторане подают нормальные супы, похожие на наши. В других отелях встречал только бульоны вместо супа.
В баре алкоголь нормальный, импортный. Я обычно брал виски, 3 вида шотландского
было на выбор. Коктейли делают вкусные, прада, не все бармены умеют их делать)).
При раннем приезде сразу надевают браслеты и можно гулять по отелю. При позднем выезде аналогично, браслеты не срывают, можно сидеть в баре в ожидании выезда.
В отеле есть русскоговорящий художник. Заказывали у него наш семейный портрет.
Рекомендую к посещению данный отель.
ПС: ресторан А-ля-кард полный отстой, точнее, повара там. Пришли на ужин, поковыряли закуски и первые блюда. Не понравилось ничего! Посидели минут 40 церемонии и ушли оттуда ужинать в основной ресторан... В главном ресторане готовят вкуснее!

Advantage: excellent beach, lack of beach area is small. The room in the hotel is always clean, daily cleaning is just a pleasure. Disadvantage: you open the balcony and you can hear the hum of the cooling system. That is, I ventilated the room and quickly closed it from the noise.
The food was simple everyday dishes, but the food was always fresh and in sufficient quantity. We did not wait for a visit to the restaurant, the queue is large, I will not be able to write anything about delicious dishes. Minus, I had to leave the hotel at 7:30 a.m., that is, 5 hours as a gift to the hotel. We were not offered lunch at the check-out. We wanted to drink coffee, we came at 7 a.m. so the guy yelled at us, the maintenance staff, like I should go open the door and wave my hand only then we can go. This is a big minus, we paid for five stars. And then the stars just fell off.

I liked the hotel. Pros: the bar serves a delicious variety of cocktails, there is a lot of food in restaurants, you definitely won't leave hungry. During the day you can eat fast food, fruits, there is a water park, water gymnastics, a beach with canopies.
There were also disadvantages. Even at 9 a.m., the pool seats are already occupied by people or abandoned towels. Of course, if you go to a reception, then the problem will be solved with a brought sunbed or the uncle will remove the towels of the "dead souls", but this time, at +33, run back and forth with towels, it overshadowed the rest a little.
The menu in the restaurant. Yes, a lot of things, but monotonous. The breakfasts were always the same, the menu does not change.
Audibility. She is 100% in the rooms. You can hear the typing of a message on the neighbor's phone, even quiet conversations are heard. This is a huge disadvantage.

The staff is Uzbek ) , the food is monotonous, not very tasty, but you can find something, sweets are shit . There's only one kind of fish, and that's rare, with meat dishes the trouble is, only chicken or something with minced meat. the greens were just delicious.- at night, you can eat until 05.00 in the morning - the table is open at night , it is there separately . The territory is well maintained, the rooms are clean, although there are no bathrobes. Only the animator girls, Angelina and Nastya, left a bad impression. They keep an eye on all married couples in the hotel, or rather men. Someone will just look at them- be ready to be on the list of those who "flirted" with them. Very tasty food, varied, does not get bored... Every day there are meat delicacies: tongues, lamb, beef, and all kinds of poultry! Vegetables, cheeses,soups, pastries, pastries, cakes, etc. etc... We had a rest from 02.07.23-09.07.23. The rest was excellent. The room was chosen with a sea view and a balcony. The whole hotel is clean and tidy. The staff is sooo friendly, always ready to help in everything. The food is so varied and delicious that it cannot be described in words. I have not seen the number of drinks, desserts, fruits anywhere else. The entertainment is incomparable, the show simply has no words, and every day is new. The sea is most importantly clean and close to the hotel. We visited the hammam, this is a separate song)))). It's very dirty. It's just unacceptably dirty. One spot on the xs stairs from which (in the photo) it bothered my eyes for the whole vacation of 20 days. Towels and other textiles are old and dilapidated.
At the entrance to the hotel, you are greeted by a low ceiling and a crooked-oblique table with a beggar's "velkam drink" (it would be better if there were none than these wretched cookies).
The dining room (you can't say otherwise) is a cramped, noisy room from which you are in a hurry to escape. At the same time, the canteen bar always keeps people in line. There are no waiters in principle (no one will bring you a glass of wine to the table, as in other hotels), only cleaners. Tables are only indoors, there is nowhere to eat on the outdoor veranda. Fresh orange juice - $ 2 (and I thought this did not happen in the "ultra all inclusive"). There are no other fresh drinks in this hotel.
Bartenders are rude, work without pleasure and, accordingly, pour tasteless cocktails. But they are happy to answer "we are closed."
There is one a la carte restaurant whose waiter refused to tell you about the menu and how to book it in general.
By the end of the day, the area around the pools turns into a garbage dump.
There is a water-only bar kiosk on the pier. At the same time, beggars from shops and boat rentals are constantly spinning.
After the spa, I want to wash up again.
Of the advantages:
- location with very clean sea, beautiful views;
- the fullness of the hotel (spa, etc.).
The hotel is completely undeservedly wearing five stars.

We had a rest together with a child in May 2024 (the period from 08.05 to 13.05). The hotel does not correspond to 5 stars, as well as 4. Positively, you can only note the work of the reception and another snack (near the pool), they are always friendly and welcoming. The territory is small, but well maintained. The rest is all, the cons went: 1. the mini-bar in the room is replenished only once, on the day of arrival; 2. you will not find tea bags anywhere except in the lobby, and even then the tray with it is located in the far corner behind the bartender's counter and you still need to be able to see it; 3. coffee is only in the vending machine, disgusting quality, feels the same as what we have in supermarkets for sale 3 in 1; 4. there is no drink card in bars, the bartenders are all annoyed, it's scary to ask once again; 5. animation - there is almost none, it boils down to darts and water polo. There is no work schedule, what is where and when; 6. meals - of course you will not die of hunger, but the same dishes every day. To get hot milk, you need to contact a restaurant employee so that they warm it up. The rest was not impressive at all. About the price - quality category, you can say this - money was wasted.

There has never been a case where there was not enough food or there was no free table. Drinks are free. Wine, whiskey, gin, champagne, beer, any cocktails. There are three bars on site. Quite enough. Your own beach. There are no problems with sun loungers and umbrellas. The coast and the sea are clean.There are also two pools with children's slides. The Wi-Fi is uninterrupted. I was at the hotel on 3-12.07.23 with a 1.3 g child and two friends.
The hotel is a solid budget 5, the rooms are all excellent, newly renovated, but small, especially the toilet. I had room 1401 on the 4th floor, this is the best standard room with a sea view, it has a corridor! And the view ! The rest of the sea View rooms have the same name, opposite the Armas Hum building and a piece of the sea in the distance to the side, that is, nothing. I think the rooms on the road / city are better than such Sea views because there is a beautiful mountain and there is some space, there is something to admire. And it's quieter than mine.
The beach is pebbly, the water is clear, the view of the mountains from the sea is beautiful, everything is fine.
The restaurant (dining room) is not bad, but it looks shabby, there are high chairs.
The food is excellent, a large selection for adults

The first line, the territory is small and compact, the beach strip is not wide but sun beds can be found in principle, there is a pier with sun beds, the sea is clean, the rooms are small and standard with side views of the neighboring balconies.. there is no cleaning and they break into the room even if the "do not disturb" sign does not help at all... the floor is not washed at all... the bed has not been changed in a week... and these bursts into the room were just infuriating... even if you sleep, even if you wash in the shower... and they complained to the reception - it doesn't help ...

Rested 20 .07.2023 corresponds to the stated . The room was cleaned every day, clean, the staff was on top. You can find everything you want in the restaurant , for every taste, no one will be hungry. There are two sneak bars where you can also have a snack. We are currently staying at the hotel. A trip from Sochi for two for 7 nights cost us 87t.rub. The hotel is declared as UAl, but I would say that it is more like AL. Wi-Fi in the rooms is not bad, but once you go down to the lobby bar or even go to the beach, the pier – it just disappears! The rooms are good, with recent repairs, plumbing, mirrors, cabinets, safe – everything works, there are no broken chairs, bedside tables, sockets, etc. The mattresses are soft, sleep very comfortably (pillows are only sintepon – the neck is numb, but this is not critical, you can do without it). Our room was Promo- it means with a view of the neighboring building of the same hotel. But it's even better for us, because the night discos scream so that those who have a balcony overlooking the sea probably don't sleep at all. However, at 00:00 everything falls silent and you can open the balcony to sleep with fresh air. Air conditioning with a secret- turns on only when the windows and doors on the balcony are closed. Animation for 5! Every day the guys offer something: running, jumping, exercise, aqua aerobics, etc. There are only 2 pools - that's trash!!!, there have never been enough places for such a huge hotel. No matter how we arrive, everything is occupied. The beach seems to be normal for now, but it's also the middle of May, what will happen in the season is unknown. The concept of the hotel says that it is possible to occupy sun beds with towels, but if you are not on the beach at 10 o'clock, they will be taken away, and the sun beds will be given to others. Nutrition: but this is a separate topic and it's 10+!!! Here, it seems to me, even the most fastidious will find something for themselves. Every day fish (sea bass, dorada) fried and stewed in sauce, there were salads with shrimp and squid, mussels; meat: turkey kebabs, beef, chicken in various variations, lamb, liver, cutlets, meat rolls; side dish: pasta, mashed potatoes, fries, potatoes stewed with spices, Turkish dumplings, rice; always 2 types of soup, grilled vegetables (peppers, mushrooms, eggplants, tomatoes), a bunch of stewed vegetables, pickled, fresh salads, as well as: cheeses, olives, olives, etc. Fruits according to the season: watermelons, melons, apples, pears, nectarines, zherdels, peaches (sour), bananas. but! Tip: Come to any meal half an hour later- the dishes are all replenished regularly (you don't have to worry here), but you can't find seats in the hall from the word "AT ALL"!! We even came to close the restaurant- there was enough on the shelves, but "sit down wherever you want!"
During the day there is a snack bar (where you can take fries, vegetables, fruits, fried chicken, grilled vegetables, drinks, gozleme) and an ice cream counter (5-6 types).
Room cleaning for three. Water (2 bottles), shampoo, balm, coffee, tea, sugar are regularly replenished. The bar in the room is included in the package only once. If you need to replenish (cola, sprite, tuborg, water), then this is for a fee ((. The floors are washed poorly (someone scattered seeds before us, so they have been lying in this corner all this time).
Shampoo and balm are not washed, the hair is not washed (either their quality wants to be the best, or the water is very hard). Fortunately, I took my shampoo-this was what saved me (I have it with oils), but I did not drag the balm, but in vain, then I regretted it. I thought that only my hair was not washed, but my husband also complained that the balm did not save. There are no toothbrushes or toothpaste. Take yours.There are slippers, there are no bathrobes. I don't know, maybe it's just the beginning of the season, then everything will change for the better. But so far I cannot agree that the hotel operates according to the Ultra AL system. They don't even have scales at the reception (how to weigh and pack luggage to meet the norms) - they said that "we are waiting, we should bring it soon"! Is it okay that the hotel is year-round?! How did visitors weigh their luggage before? Probably only at the airport.
In general, this is my first review. I've never written them before (in principle, we're always happy with everything). But just this time I had to compare the UAL of this hotel and the UAL of the previous one (Delfin Be Grand). It turns out that "Ultra All Inclusive" can also be different😂

Almost all rooms are renovated. The hotel itself is small, there are two outdoor pools, one of them with two small slides. It's a small territory, but Kemer has a problem with land in general. The beach is small and medium pebbles. Restaurants cannot boast of variety, but you will be well-fed (personally, I did not have enough seafood, or rather they were very rare and few) . The evening animation is so-so, kapustniki reminded. Daytime animation: a variety of types, but they do not actively convene, there is no board with a general schedule of animations for the whole day, as in many other hotels. Let's say only on the 5th day we found out that they play darts in the afternoon and so on. A foam party once a week. On the ground floor, above the reception (on the right) there is a library area where tourists leave their books and magazines. On minus 1m there are several small shops and a hairdresser. The Clock Tower (Kemer city center) is about a 15-minute walk away. There are no large shopping malls in Kemer itself (there are three Waikiki shops, Flo, Koton, Mavi and mini markets) , only in Antalya. It takes about 50 minutes by bus 08 (the cost is 60 liras per person in 2023). By Taxi +/- about 50 euros.They are quite comfortable. A couple of minutes from the hotel there is a good pharmacy with a Russian-speaking pharmacist. Behind her, Maxwell is one of the offices of a travel agency in Turkey.

When choosing a hotel, we relied on people's reviews about it. If you read carefully, there are practically no bad reviews, we fell for it. But the hotel is just a terrible horror, apparently bad reviews are cleaned up. Be careful when choosing.
But let's start with the pros, since there are very few of them. Many of them do not depend on the hotel at all))
- Convenient location (20 minutes walk to the city center from the hotel, 1 - 1.5 hours drive from the airport to the hotel)
- The sea (gorgeous, warm, crystal clear)
- The city is very green, beautiful, surrounded by mountains!
- The tan fits perfectly, the sun is gentle
- Incendiary disco shows in the evenings
- We were lucky with the cleaner, she cleaned quickly and almost every day. Her name was Meriem.
That's all. Now the cons.
- The number. Outwardly it looks fine, but you can see that it is old. The lid of the trash can did not open, the front door to the room slowed down and did not always close, the bathroom door was broken, it also did not close. The door to the shower cabin also creaked violently and barely closed, only with great effort. The balcony is small, there is no turning around, the door to the balcony, of course, was also half-broken. The tank was located next to the ventilation, which was very noisy – always, 24/7.

- Food is a separate story. It felt like this was not a vacation in a hotel for a lot of money, but a game of survival.
The dishes are dirty. Except for one fork, which is on the table, it was impossible to find any more forks. There are no toothpicks. The food is all the same, it's the same every single day! The choice is very small, the queues are long, and people do not disperse around the space due to the meager choice. There is no diet menu, almost all the food is very fatty. If you have weak stomachs, then you will be half-starved or you will have to sit on a polysorb. The food is not heated in any way – it cools down quickly, cold. Fruits are unripe or rotten. Very often, half–eaten food from lunch is put for dinner, and from dinner the next day. Where and how was it stored in this heat? Unclear.
Waiters carry a cart with a trash can around the hall and all the half-eaten food is dumped in one dirty pile in front of everyone who eats. I've never seen anything like this before!!! It's like it's not a buffet, but a pigsty.
They don't know how to cook breakfast at all. The omelet is greasy, it is impossible to eat, because a whole canister of oil is poured into the pan. The glaze is always burnt and with bits of shell. Breakfasts start at 7, but employees work half-time until 8, because a larger flow of people does not get up so early at 7. But those who get up, you will have to wait a very long time for food.
The number of seats in the dining room (there is no other way to name it) does not correspond to the number of vacationers. The hotel staff eats with everyone!!
The waiters, when asked, refused to help bring something, excused themselves that self-service and they would do nothing. Only one man worked well and was always ready to help bring at least drinks.
In addition to the buffet, there were 2 snack bars and a pastry shop. There were leftovers from the buffet in the pastry shop and in one of the snack bars. There were gozleme tortillas in the snack bar by the beach, which employees could sometimes put their dirty hands on your plate. And fast food (pizza, burgers, etc.) is tasteless fast food.
Wine selection: dry white and dry red. There is no ice. The teas are tasteless. Coffee is donkey urine. Beer is a cheap tuborg. We took a mojito at the bar, I do not know what was poured there, but it is definitely not a mojito and definitely not rum. Even the ice cream is tasteless and the choice is small: only 3 types.
The beach is dirty, the sunbeds are very crowded, it is impossible to pass.
The spa staff do not want to work at all. They can only sell paid spa services at a high price. Beach towels cannot be obtained either in the morning, afternoon, or evening. + in 70% of cases they were dirty.
And if you still managed to catch the towels, then "take them yourself and do everything yourself", the staff never even raised their 5th point. It's a good job to scratch your tongue, sit on the phone and get paid for it.
After the fireworks, an employee from the pier shook ashes and dirt into the sea!!
In general, the hotel was always dirty – everywhere.
Animation. Although it is not relevant to me, I did not understand what the children's animation was. In one evening minidiscoe and one children's room?
The animation schedule is crooked and oblique, I did not understand when what kind of activity and where to look. All the evening shows had guest artists. I didn't really notice the work of the animators themselves, it's unclear what they are doing – they probably stick to the guests)) Angelina's girlfriend always had too revealing outfits, as if she was not an employee, but a guest herself. There are no questions for the invited artists, they are professionals in their field.
Reception. The only adequate employee who spoke both Russian and English, and also tried to help, was Jem and another girl. All other reception staff do not speak Russian, or even English. But it's not only Turks who rest in the hotel, how is it for a reception employee in general? In short, we played with the others conditionally in pantomime, but in the end, it is impossible to get information from such an employee, even through pantomime, on serious questions such as "when the flight left, whether the flight was rescheduled".
I just don't have the words from this hotel, it has collected all the cons that it can. We asked other guests a lot about their impressions of the hotel. Almost everyone said the same thing, that the reviews are only good on the sites, but in fact this is a terrible hotel with hellish service, or rather with its complete absence.

Everything in the rooms is half broken, the showers are leaking, there are cockroaches in the rooms, 12 cockroaches were killed in 15 minutes, the plumbing is in terrible condition, the staff treats the guests disgustingly!
The food is the same. There is no cleaning service. The rooms are dirty. The beach is dirty.

Minuses:
We booked a room with 1 large economy bed, gave a room with two separate ones, with a dirty wall, after talking with the administration, the beds were simply moved, and after more conversations, 1 large mattress was put on the bed. The room was dirty, there was no shampoo and soap in the dispenser for three days, they asked to fill it several times, they do not always put toilet paper, the room is not always cleaned every day and they often forget to put water
The minibar did not cool down, it took two calls and then the door fell off the minibar

In the indoor bar, look for a bartender named Gokmen, a very cool type, makes super cocktails, but works until 16:00

Our favorite hotel! We are coming for the third time! And every year it gets better! We visited two years ago and during this time the hotel has flourished even more!
First of all, the best beach with a pier where you can spend time both day and evening with your favorite mountain view! Amazing cuisine! There are a lot of different dishes, especially Turkish cuisine! Cheeses, olives, kaymak, everything you should try in Turkey - you will find in this hotel!
It is clear that everything in this hotel is made with love for the guests! The staff is very friendly and helpful! A clean pool with slides and a children's area! The water in the sea is crystal clear and warm!
Every day there is an interesting program and after that the party starts with music from the hotel DJ! It's a separate thrill to sit after dinner at a bar near the beach and watch the sunset!
Thanks to the managers of the hotel, this place is getting more and more beautiful every year! Special thanks to the manager of the Volkan Guven hotel, who turns this place into a paradise of Kemer! Thank you for your work and constant care of your guests!

We rested from 06.10.2022 to 15.10.2022. Ul All inc. I liked the hotel. CLEANING: every day, towels and bed linen were changed. FOOD: Round THE clock!!!!In my opinion, it is very diverse, you can take porridge and meat, vegetables and salads. A large selection of cakes.Bitter coffee, black tea and fruit tea bags. A towel for the beach is given out at the SPA, once we came across the fact that we ran out of clean ones. I had to go to the beach without a towel.But it was already after lunch, at 2 o'clock. THE ROOM: clean, cozy, ideal for two, we were satisfied. For an additional fee, you can take a view of the sea. During the rest, once we had dinner at the hotel to choose from, a fish restaurant or an Italian one. I liked the dinner very much, there was seafood soup, stew, fish and side dish, and after that dessert was brought. There are different drinks to choose from. The animation is not much different from other hotels. In general, we were satisfied!!!

The buffet is delicious, but it's the same every day. Cleaning the room is just to make the bed and change the towels. The bed was not changed, even when we asked for it, leaving a special.The card is on the bed. They didn't sweep or vacuum the room. The bars are cool, the beach is super, there is a pier. The show program is not bad. A lot of Russians, a lot of pensioners - it feels like in a sanatorium.

In general, a normal hotel. We had a rest in two. For $ 10, we checked in as soon as we arrived (10.00 am). The room was standard on the 3rd floor. The renovation is fresh. The cleaning is so - so . They cook delicious, lots of fruits. The beach is small pebbles. There are not enough sun beds near the pools. The territory of the hotel is small. The hotel is located on the edge of Kemer, 15 minutes from the center. We rested from 22.07 to 01.08. The temperature was from 43 to 36 at the end.

A hotel for pensioners. Young people will be bored.
An ordinary hotel with a compact territory. It was boring during the May holidays. There is no animation. It's a long way to the center and the embankment, but I'm already tired. The numbers are more or less normal. There is no cleaning, nothing is replenished, dirt is not collected from the floor. Only the towels were changed. The breakfasts are terrible, lunch and dinner were more or less possible to choose something. The choice of fruits is meager. The pier is really nice, big. I didn't like the beach, it was small, the umbrellas were disgusting, old times, it was possible to change a long time ago.
