We had a family vacation in October 2022. Small children 2 and 4 years old. One of the selection criteria in October was the availability of an indoor heated swimming pool. However, the water there is not heated at all, my daughter caught a cold after bathing, it is much warmer to swim in the sea. The undoubted advantages of the hotel are the beautiful territory, creative and comfortable rooms, the presence of carousels for children. but there are also disadvantages, in the main restaurant there is a limited choice for 5*, and you often come across unwashed dishes, which is unpleasant for a hotel of this level. I also want to say that in comparison with Limak, Crystal networks, where we have been with children before, there are more limited opportunities to go and entertain children. In addition to the children's club and animation, at other times you can take the children only to modest rockers behind the water slide, and then we did not find them immediately. I repeat, there are undoubted advantages of the hotel, but for those who have been to other family hotels in Turkey, you need to be prepared for the disadvantages that you will pay attention to. In my opinion, in general this is a good 4+ hotel, but not a full-fledged 5* hotel with all the facilities and infrastructure.

Plus: the hotel was opened after renovation, so there are rooms with renovated, and there are rooms without. The reception area looks presentable after renovation. There are many bars and eateries on site, I especially want to mention the 24/7 restaurant, which is open around the clock. The sea is good, the entrance is large pebbles, and there are also slabs, take care of your feet. Cons: the work of the staff sometimes leaves much to be desired, my friend had a birthday, they asked three times if there would be a gift from the hotel (the service is free, but if necessary we would pay), the cake and wine were finally delivered to the room, and we also booked an a la carte restaurant at the gastronomy for this date, according to in fact, when we came to the restaurant, we were not on the lists, we tried to spoil the mood, so to speak (and other guests wrote about the same situation earlier).The food is not bad, but for five days there has never been seafood, except for Caesar salad with one shrimp on a plate. The restaurant of this hotel also does not shine with a variety of Turkish sweets, several yesterday's cakes and one type of baklava. Of the fruits, apples, watermelon, melon, once there were nectarines and oranges. And yes, the attitude towards Turkish tourists and Russians is of course different, definitely in favor of the former.

A very nice hotel.we were in July 23rd.I don't see any point in overpaying for a comfort room, the only difference is that they put fresh flowers and fruits, but only on the first day .If you eat without children, then you are in the wrong place, it is very noisy, because there are more children in the hotel than adults.The food is varied, the children will not stay hungry, very tasty ice cream in a cone. There was one MINUS, the guides asked us not to swim in the pools, because rotovirus.
The hotel is very well maintained, surrounded by greenery. It's worth going and seeing everything with your own eyes.

I don't even know where to start. Such a terrible service is probably not to be found even in 3-star hotels. We have booked the most expensive rooms in this hotel, Houses by the lake. There were 6 families of us. We arrived at the hotel at 14:00, no one met, there were a lot of people, a queue at the reception, we got to the counter with grief, we just begged for rooms. They told us to take a walk for an hour, we were not happy, they explained that we were from the road and we had children and we wanted rooms, in response they heard "children at all" wait. I had to fight a little bit, in the end they gave me two numbers and the rest were waiting. The rooms are normal, except that they are dirty, the sun beds are all dirty near the pool, the umbrellas are torn, it's not even pleasant to sit by the pool. The service is disgusting, everyone is rude, (I asked to bring water because I went alone to have breakfast with the child and couldn't leave him alone at the table, in response I heard there's water, go take it yourself) the food is so-so, there are a lot of people!!!! There is more choice in the main restaurant than in the restaurant near the houses. The water park is normal for children, but the water is very cold in the pools. The kids' club is more for teenagers, for kids only in the evenings the shows are entertaining and that's 30 minutes and that's it, the lunopark is not bad you can ride) you can talk a lot, you wouldn't go back there for any money.

We had a rest in early August 2023
It's hard to call it a five-star hotel!
In order:
Reception - we stopped by at about 17:00, there was not a single Russian-speaking person at the reception. For some reason, they settled us in a bungalow, although the voucher contains a room in the main building!
Bungalows: two-storey, families with children live there, but they do not have an elevator! How to get up and down with a stroller and children is unclear! The rooms there are quite small, the beds are very high! We asked for a cot upon check-in (at 17:00), they brought it to us after 3 reminders and two trips to the reception at 22:45!! The shower drain in the bungalow also worked poorly.
Room in the main building: the room is normal, spacious, fresh. But for some reason, no one bothered to fix the handle from the mini-bar, which was broken before us ... room cleaning leaves much to be desired! They make the bed, change the towels strangely, a couple of times they didn't give towels for the legs, I had to get up for the usual one. The floors in the room are not washed from the word at all! We had a baby who was crawling, so there was dust on the floor!! The mini-tower was filled every other time, I don't know on what principle.
Nutrition: baby cans on request, as I understand it, because I haven't seen them at every meal! But they took it out of the kitchen with me. Every meal there are French fries, potato slices, spaghetti, bolognese sauce, "nuggets" (but it tastes like some fried potato sticks in batter). Everything grilled is burnt and burnt. Spicy dishes are not signed! I took the child pasta in tomato sauce, and they turned out to be wildly spicy!! The diet is quite monotonous, it alternates approximately every 3 days.
I tried more rolls near the main pool - a quiet horror. Cold rolls - with cucumber skins, hot rolls - rice, nori and crab sticks in breadcrumbs. Very dry, the rice is sticky.
The main restaurant: I understand that the workload of the hotel is under 90-100% and the main task of the waiters was to quickly clear the tables for those who finished so that new people could sit down ... so you sat down, took food and drinks, you will not be questioned! And if you find someone to ask, then it's not a fact that they will bring it!
Service for guests: it was the child's birthday, I came up in advance and asked what was supposed to be from the hotel. They told me: you will be decorated for dinner and given a cake. In fact, fruit and wine were brought to the room. And when we went to dinner at the agreed time, it turns out that our holiday was forgotten! The next day, it took a long time to figure out whose mistake it was - it turned out to be a restaurant. The maximum that was offered was to set the table the next day. What for? The baby's dr has passed! Of course there was no cake…
Entertainment - there were only interesting shows for children! The children liked it!
The pools are cool and big. But there is no sunbed near the main building. And by the evening, the bottom is already slippery in it.
The sea: they wrote that the sandy-pebble beach, here it is more pebbly than sandy. The first days it was very difficult to go into the sea, very sharp stones. Then either the legs got used to it, or the smaller waves washed up the stones. But many people wear aquasocks.
Aquapark: the sprinklers in the paddling pool began to be turned on only by the middle of our vacation
In general, I would not recommend the hotel! Not worth your stars and money!

A good 5 star hotel. The staff is responsive, the food is standard for 5*, without frills. The territory is well maintained, the rooms are clean, the cleaning is decent. There is a beach with a pier, there are enough sun beds.Live music in the evening. We were unable to visit the spa area, the sauna and hammam did not work (therefore 4 out of 5).

Good afternoon.I had a rest on 26.09.-07.10.2022.The hotel is nice, all the furniture and decoration in the room is new.The food is ultra justified, there is a lot of food and varied, as well as booze.Discos in the evening, cool events in the afternoon.Everything is provided for children.The beach is cleaned, the sand is rammed in the evening and leveled.I'm betting 4 for umbrellas on the beach.There are no awnings, the umbrella is small and this is a big problem, it is impossible to stay in the sun for a long time.I brought it to the management, they said they would make an awning next year.Also, if we talk about the beach, there is a stone slab at the entrance to the sea at the bottom, you hurt your legs.There is not enough music on the beach. The gym is well equipped, but there is no air conditioner, I couldn't work out in such heat.There is a service, if you visit this hotel for more than 10 days, you can visit various restaurants located on site.It's not a bad idea, but the food is so-so, the service is no good.Room cleaning is good, towels are changed every day.She did not live in the main building, but in houses.If you are on the 3rd floor, it is very difficult to lift bags up the spiral staircase.The air conditioner in the room is on/off, but it blows normally.

Now we are resting here 11.06.23-20.06.23. Previously, we rested here several times under a different name silence beach. It is now called selectum family. What can I say? In my opinion, it has become even cooler. Namely, children's animation is just on top. A complex for children was also built here. An entertainment program is held for them daily throughout the day. In the evening there is a disco and a show program. A lot of entertainment, cars. It was very important for us to have two children of three years old. They were just waiting for us to come here. Magicians, balloon shows, big life-size dolls are cartoon characters. Everything is very good. Plus, there is a meadow park, all attractions are included in unlimited quantities. There is a separate water park for children. There is also a large water park for adults and children. And near the main complex there is also a room with animators and a small pool with two slides for children. There are a lot of locations. We like it very much. I definitely recommend both with and without children, because there is still a show in the amphitheater, but we haven't been there yet. For us, it is important to have fun with children. 😉

The word "no" is not understood. Even if you change locations, you will still be found. At first it may seem cute, then that there will be all sorts of gifts. In the end, you will just get tired of this attention. The staff at the hotel is TOO arrogant and intrusive. By the way, you will be 100% invited to get married.
If you want to marry a Turk, then the hotel is very suitable for you.

The hotel is very old, the whole is bursting at the seams, the view is depressing all around. The food is standard for Turkey, lamb, goat meat, seafood, etc. do not wait).

I don't understand the rave reviews about everything super.... Any people have not rested in a good hotel or this hotel is for them for the first time.

We rested from 17.07 to 26.07.2022. The hotel is under reconstruction because it has moved to the Selectum network. The service is poor, the staff mostly does not understand Russian and English. The food is delicious, but the assortment is small, especially meat dishes. There are a lot of fruits, but oak ones. The territory of the middle class, there are green and shady areas, there are open ones. Bottled beer, excellent quality. Cocktails are best made by the main pool. There is a bar on the beach, but only beer and water juices. The beach is sandy, dirty and rarely cleaned.The entrance to the sea is pebbly. There is a rocky slab to the left of the pier, be careful because there have been cases of leg injuries. The depth is about five meters from the shore. To the right of the pier, the entrance is without stones, but the depth begins earlier. Evening annimation for adults is a great way to relax. There are no questions here. The room was located in the main building overlooking the main pool. The room is renovated. In general, we expected the best because there is something to compare it with. Maybe they were unsuccessful because the opening was 07/01/2022, so there were shortcomings and construction work. Nevertheless, the impression was formed and I will never return there. I do not recommend it!!!

The hotel only opened in 2023, or rather, it was renovated. The work on updating continues, but the rooms are already new. A hotel for families with children!!! Unfortunately, we are leaving today, we have been there for 10 days. Everything is SUPER! We had a vacation with children 3 and 5 years old. Thank you kids club for the care and attention to the kids, especially the animator LALE, very pleasant and friendly! As for the sea, it is still cold, although someone is swimming)) there is one warm indoor pool. There is a children's pool outside, under a canopy, the water is cold, but the children are splashing, riding down the slides. The weather has improved now, it's hot in the afternoon. I think there will be warm water soon, I don't want to leave. We definitely want to come here again!!! Thanks to all the organizers and staff for everything!

3) poisoning or rotavirus on the 5th day of your stay, and accordingly vomiting, diarrhea, fever for 3 days. Half of the people in this hotel also had rotavirus in my time. October 2022.

Cons: the hotel has recently been renovated, but over the year the rooms are in terrible condition, the rooms are not cleaned, the floors are not washed at all. There is no ventilation in the bathrooms, linen and towels are changed every 3 days (the website says every day). The food is monotonous, average, usually you will not stay hungry. There are both local and imported drinks. It doesn't match for that kind of money. There was no desire to return and advise.a huge minus, the Anex tour operator behaves brazenly in the hotel. It doesn't help, the main thing is to sell the ticket. We arrived by individual transfer, we didn't even tell you where to go.

The toilet was leaking when flushing, they left a request ... no one came ... they cleaned the water themselves with towels. Dirty plates and cups came across a couple of times. Vegetables, watermelon and melon sometimes came across sour....There are no cherries, strawberries, bananas, The Children's menu is weak- practically none, there are no children's juices and purees, soups are not for children....vegetables from breakfast are served in the evening in the form of salads or poured with soy sauce.... Knocking down the sour taste.....The water park is dirty.... The steps are terribly dirty... mud flows into the pool... no one is watching the children rolling… The reception is not ice, there was an agreement on early check-in ... no one cares about the scandal at 15:00.
