We had a rest from October 14 to 24, 2023 with a family: two adults and children (11 and 12 years old). The hotel was booked separately at a travel agency and separately bought Victory tickets from Perm, so it turned out much cheaper. And we ordered a round-trip airport-hotel transfer through a travel agency, which also turned out to be cheaper than on the spot. The room was booked as a one-room standard, but on the spot they asked for a two-room bungalow with an additional fee. First they asked us for $ 400, we asked for less) and asked how much in lira, 3000 lira came out, that is, 13,000 rubles came out. A 2-room room in a dali bungalow with a good repair, on the 1st floor with access to the bessein. The mini-bar was replenished every day, the cleaning is good every day. Beach towels can be changed there during the day. In general, all photos correspond to those on the site. The food was good, the alcohol was different, the first five days there was a large selection of imported: Chivas 12 years old, Jack Daniels, Baileys, Balantyne, Jim Beam bourbon, Martini, Egermaster, Omega tequila. Champagne, aperol and others. But then the imported one began to disappear. Many complained, but the administration said that the end of the season and the problem with supplies in general, which of course is suspicious. The sea was very warm 27 degrees, clean, mostly calm, beautiful. Entering the sea are small pebbles, sand, sometimes there are large stones, but we always found places where we entered without problems. The beach itself is sand. Nice sun beds, umbrellas. It's all clear. There is a pier. The children and I and many others went barefoot into the water without any problems. Very beautiful, green area, lots of recreation areas, bars, several cafes. The most delicious coffee in the lobby bar. Although the bar in the bungalow area is also normal. The tea is delicious. There are juices in bags, there are in machines. Ice cream is a good choice from 12 to 17. Sausages and sausage are not delicious in Turkey. And the meat: chicken, beef - super, in different forms. There are mini cutlets delicious and different. It is normal in general for the choice of food. A lot of sweets are also delicious. There is a restaurant on the street near the beach, cozy 24/7. In the pools, the water is much cooler, mostly everyone bathed in the sea. There are cool water parks: children's, adult. Lunopark is included in the price, it works from 20.00, it is very beautiful there. Both adults and children can ride. There is a club for the little ones. In the evening, a good disco every day (DJ and live sound) at the stage from 22.00 to 00.00. At 21.30 there are different programs in the amphitheater. There is also a disco indoors at night, but it's very stuffy there. A la carte once for free, but you need to sign up on the 1-2 day of arrival. We drove to the hotel by private transfer for an hour. There is a pharmacy and a market near the hotel, but the prices are expensive, the pharmacy is 2-3 times more expensive than in Perm. There was also 1 cool laser disco show at the beach on the football field, I really liked it. I recommend the hotel for holidays with children and without children, but for younger people without children it is probably better to go to youth hotels. The weather is very comfortable on these days of October. In the afternoon it was 27-29 (it's in the shade), and after 19.00 it was about 23. At night 18-20. We took a jacket and trousers with us, but my husband was in a T-shirt in the evening, like many others. A decent hotel. We are happy with everything. It's not the first time in Turkey, before that we were also in 5 stars, but the hotels were smaller in terms of territory and assortment of drinks and food. The territory of the hotel is very large, there is a fairly large water park, so there is also a children's water park where you can play for a child about 2 years old. We rested in it in 2022. The hotel was only just renovated. In general, everything worked out! There was a lot of entertainment for children and adults! Discos until 2 am.. (for some it is good, for others it is not) we were with the baby for up to a year, sometimes it was annoying, but fortunately the room was remote.
the food was delicious! Chef Oscar is wonderful! Attentive! He always noticed us in the crowd and greeted us! I could cook it separately if I was asked for a baby. It was clean, the room was cleaned every day, the bins were constantly cleaned on the beach, there were a lot of staff.
Only now, a year later, did we realize that it was good there 👍🏻
Now we are looking for a hotel and many do not fit our criteria.. and the cost is too high this year, for the same selectum.

- very stuffy corridors without air conditioning;
- a lot of people;
- the dishes are not clean, you have to choose))), even the children's;
- few spoons for children;
- the main restaurant is quite busy, because there are a lot of users, if you do not come to the beginning you will have to stand in queues;
- the fish in the main restaurant is overcooked, a little dry, the shrimp can also be harsh;
- the areas by the main pool are unpleasantly dirty in the evening;

Vacationed with my family in early October 2023. We were lucky with the weather: there was no sweltering heat during the day, the evenings were comfortably warm. The hotel is mainly made for families with children: a beautiful area with luna/aqua parks, playgrounds and a club where classes and entertainment take place, performances and animation in the evenings. The kids are delighted! The food is varied and delicious, they arrange evening dinners with dishes from different countries. There are many bars and cafes on the beach and territory (all inclusive). The staff is friendly. The rooms are cleaned and linen and towels are changed daily. If anyone writes about shortcomings, then they can be found in any hotel, even the highest class, so you need to positively tune yourself to rest and see only the good! Nice, family-run hotel!
The hotel is divided into 2 parts:
-the main one is 7-8 floors,a large swimming pool, slides, closer to the sea and food.
-the second part is more homely and there are a lot of things for children.

There were 3 nights since October 28. The hotel is on a solid three.
What did you like:

What needs to be improved:
*check-in process: we were asked to take a walk in front of the room, in the end we come back - nothing is ready
*update the renovation in the rooms. We lived in houses on the second floor: the walls are scratched, the skirting boards are swollen, the curtains are unwashed, the railings of the wooden stairs are shaking, the rooms are very tired, the water goes out slowly in the shower.
*navigation in the hotel. The territory is huge, if you arrived in the evening, lay down + 20 minutes to search for what is where.
* washing dishes and appliances and, in general, service in the dining room (I can't call it anything else). The plates are dirty, the tables are not properly wiped, the waiters are always scurrying around with rattling dishes and carts. I had to look for clean forks/spoons myself.
*variety of dishes. In general, it feels like everything is surrogate and superimposed in a heap. There is no coffee beans in the dining room, instead of nutella, just a black mixture, meat is only near the grill in the canteen and in the restaurant 24/7: they took a jacket and chicken kebab and pizza. Of imported alcohol, only the red label. If UAI is given to hotels for this, then ok, maybe such criteria. There are queues of 10 people at the lobby bar for a grain coffee/cappuccino. Melon, grapes and plums are made from fruits. Vegetables are standard, there are greens, but there are no red peppers and nuts.
*queues are everywhere, and the hotel staff does not regulate it in any way, although it is possible to hire more people / work on efficiency, etc. On request, the waiters do not serve at all. If you order wine at dinner, they bring it in 15-20 minutes
*issuance of towels - make a reception / delivery point on the beach at last, it is not clear why people drag themselves with bags of 300 or more meters in the heat from the pool area
*entertainment for children - there is no centralized animation. In other hotels, children are usually gathered for activity at breakfast, this has not been seen here. Maybe they didn't approach us.
*incomprehensible maintenance process in general. The staff does not have the information. We booked and paid for the room on the hotel's website, as a result, after 2 days after arrival, we were asked to show a confirmation from the bank. No synchronization.
Conclusion: we have been in a variety of hotels (fours, fives AI, UAI in Turkey from Istanbul to Izmir and from Fethiye to Alanya, but we have not seen such a mess in a hotel that positions itself as a 5*UAI anywhere.
