The hotel is in the very center, all the sights are at hand. The room was cozy, spacious, comfortable bathroom, air conditioning is well located (and cools well, and does not blow directly on the bed or in the back when sitting at the table). It was possible to connect a laptop to the TV via hdmi and conveniently watch a movie. The breakfasts are not very fancy, but very good. The food at the restaurant is wonderful, but it is very popular for weddings, so there is always a chance that you will not be able to have dinner there.

Great place! The hotel is very atmospheric, in a historic building, the rooms are large, pleasant interior, attention to detail, there is everything you need, very attentive staff! Excellent breakfast and, most importantly, very comfortable beds and white linens, of good quality! There is its own Parking, the very center (there is nowhere more central :)) all attractions are within walking distance. There are a lot of cafes and restaurants around. Behind the hotel (you can exit through the courtyard) is the main pedestrian street. Wonderful impressions. It's expensive, but it's worth it. We recommend it!

We stayed in Grodno in September 2024 in this hotel for 3 nights. It is located in the historical center of the city. The main attractions are within walking distance. There is parking for a car, you do not need to book in advance. The room is cozy, cleaning every day. We were not interested in the view from the window, there was a courtyard and a wall. Breakfast: buffet (very hearty and delicious). The staff is friendly, always greeted with a smile. It's nice to be back during the day. If we are still in Grodno, then the choice of a hotel is obvious.

I recommend: a beautiful stylish hotel in the very center, within walking distance from the main attractions and points of attraction of the city. We had a deluxe room with a magnificent view of the square. We are absolutely delighted with the room and the view from the windows! The room is very spacious, it has everything you need for a comfortable stay: snow-white quality linen, bathrobes, slippers, tea corner (kettle, capsule coffee maker), dishes, mini fridge, safe, 2 TVs, spacious bathroom... The cleanliness in the room is perfect.
The only disadvantage is the uneven supply of hot water in the shower (sometimes hot, sometimes cold). The hotel administration should pay attention to this.
The hotel staff is friendly and helpful. The check-in was quick and without delay.
The breakfast was good: pancakes, cottage cheese, sour cream, vegetables, fruits, salads, juices...
Our family had the most pleasant impressions about the hotel.

We were in Grodno for the first time. And we were not 100% wrong with the choice of the hotel. Excellent clean and comfortable rooms. A very tasty and varied breakfast that will save time searching for a place to go. In the evening, the restaurant will also help with a place to spend time. I don't know what I liked about the hotel ... we checked into a room of 90+ square meters.m. it all started with the fact that we were sitting playing with families with children in the UNO, they called twice that we were making noise and the guests from the next room were complaining - that is, there was no sound insulation! Although we were just giggling and playing! Next, we go to bed, turn on the TV, and we can't find the channels because the TV isn't set up! Next, we want to drink water, but there is no water in the room, the reception bell rang, and the water was quickly brought. Next, there were two empty bottles of bonaqua under the sofa, meaning there was zero cleaning. Next, the mattress is the cruelest, sleeping is so-so. If you really want to find out, the key to the room is like a key, not a card, that is, you carry a key with a keychain. The mattresses are super hard, like on a slipper. Next, the lighting in the room is blue and not of high quality, as in the office, for working with a computer, not for living. We haven't had breakfast yet, but we'll evaluate it tomorrow. I remembered when I checked in - we came to the hotel building, drove with a suitcase to another building, checked in and then drove back to the same building through the thresholds and so on... In general, I don't understand why they give fives! This is absolutely unjustified!

I liked the hotel. An old building in the very center! The room has a kettle, refrigerator, safe, excellent breakfasts, varied selection, delicious food. There is porridge, you could put less sugar in it anyway!! on request, eggs are fried, the omelet in the tray is tasteless, there is a coffee machine, the coffee is medium, but you can drink it. We stayed at the hotel in 2024. I liked the location of the hotel and the room, which corresponded to what was stated on the website. That's why we decided to stay there in 2025. Three months before arrival, I booked a standard apartment with 2 beds and made an advance payment. The day before check-in, I received a message from the hotel "two double beds or two beds". I decided that I had not specified the size of the beds correctly. In fact, it turned out that the sleeping places are a bed and a sofa. The sofa is positioned in such a way that when getting up, you need to be very careful not to hit the ceiling because the attic floor. I said that I was not satisfied with the room, and they told me that I needed to find out if I had indicated at the time of booking that I needed 2 beds in the room. After checking the reservation and my indignation, the number was replaced. The second number: it did not correspond to what was indicated on the website; from the window there was a view of the blank wall of the building; getting out of bed, there was a great opportunity to hit my head on the ceiling (room 404). It turned out that in order not to be accommodated in such a room, it is necessary to write a comment on the booking in great detail. I will not stay at this hotel anymore because there is no complete information about each room of the same category on its website, which makes it impossible to write a comment on the booking that suits the hotel staff. Therefore, in order to avoid accusations against myself and negative emotions, I will choose another hotel.

The room was a suite with two bedrooms, a huge living room, a dressing room,. Everything is great. It is very convenient to move around the city, there are many buses, trams, taxis are inexpensive.. We stayed at the Semashko apart-hotel during the May holidays. Since almost everything was occupied, our accommodation was connected with the move. We stayed in an apartment for a night, then moved into a regular standard room.
I didn't like the apartment. A hard bed, the shower doesn't close completely, only partially glass, splashes still fly into the bathroom. The windows overlook the church, so you can hear it when the windows are open, plus there may be a cheerful company under the windows that will make noise until the morning. There is also a very strong audibility in the rooms themselves. We were a family with children, and it was very audible how the children were rushing around the room. The large room is huge, it even has 2 tables and 4 chairs for each table, but at the same time there is a closet compartment where you can hang things on hangers only 30 cm, no more. We still haven't figured out what the joke is.
But standard rooms are a completely different matter. The windows overlook the courtyard, the church is completely inaudible. The shower room is fully enclosed, the bed is not rigid, very comfortable. A normal-sized wardrobe. Only the second chair is missing, it is the only one in the room.
The breakfasts are varied, there is a choice, but the service is very lame. The waiters are boiled, they don't have time to clean the tables during rush hour, and you shouldn't even dream of wiping.
In general, I recommend staying in standard rooms at the hotel. Location - the very center, Parking in front of the hotel and in the courtyard. There will be places for everyone.

Great Hotel. In the center, which is convenient. Nice rooms, nice interior. It can be seen that everything has been done to the highest standard. The breakfast is delicious and varied. It would be nice to add a coffee machine. The exit from the Kitchen to the restaurant is a little hindered and vice versa, guests interfere with the staff., but apparently this is due to the fact that the building is historical and there is no other way to make a restaurant hall. I will also recommend that the owner remove the sign with information about the entrance at 00-06 (or make it smaller)., it disorients people to go to the square instead of the second entrance., I have observed this a couple of times. Overall, a great place, if the budget allows. It's beautifully decorated for the New Year. I recommend it!

In general, it is normal. The view of the square is beautiful. The room was clean. Not particularly tired. There was breakfast. The food was hearty, but without exclusives: omelette, sausages, salads, coffee. But the entrance and parking can be passed right away. It is not too obvious to those who are new to it. of the disadvantages I would like to mention the bed 😐 we rented a junior suite and instead of a double bed we had two single beds attached to each other, i.e. there was a hole in the middle. after sorting it out, I realized that I could indicate a wish for a good double bed (I did not do this), but again, there is a clarification that this wish is not necessarily fulfilled (for example, if there are no free good beds, then it will be what it is)... it seems to me that you can make a fuss with the beds in such a hotel 🙃 well, there was also a funny thing - our hair dryer exploded 🫣 no one was injured if anything))) the hair dryer was obviously old, I think it's also worth checking it in advance and changing the old technique

Especially in contrast to the scene in one of the cafes nearby, which we observed on the day of arrival. A woman came in from the street, asked to let the child go to the toilet, the girl took the boy by the hand, poured her mother a large glass of water at her request and refused to take payment for it. Coolers with water, especially in the heat, are not a privilege, but the norm for museums, medical centers, and hotels...A plastic cup with water from a cooler in the most expensive and high-status hotel in the city turned out to be a luxury for me. We stayed at this hotel from April 26, 2024 - April 28, 2024. Apart-Hotel Semashko - In one word, "Delight".
The apart-Hotel is located on the central square, the entrance to the hotel is from 4 sides, which is very convenient. There is a cafe nearby, an old pedestrian street, a bookstore nearby and many other interesting things.
The friendly staff greets you at the reception and tells you everything in detail. We lived in a Deluxe room - huge, chic, with a balcony and an incredible view of the square, and with panoramic windows. The bed is large and comfortable. Every day, we updated personal water in a bottle of bon Aqua, toiletries (gel, hair cap, shampoo, cotton swabs), slippers.
I can't say about the other rooms, the Deluxe had bathrobes, soft and pleasant to the body. There was also a kettle, two cups, and tea in the room. There are lamps near the bed. The room has a TV (never turned on), a sofa, two armchairs, a mirror, a table, a wardrobe with 4 hangers, an ironing board (if you need an iron, you can ask at the reception and give it).
Breakfast buffet is served in the restaurant downstairs. The hotel staff monitors the replenishment of all dishes and does not allow empty plates. The dishes changed every day and everything was delicious, especially the pancakes with chicken, orange cake 🤤
Upon check-out, you can leave your belongings in the luggage room for free and enjoy the city for the last time.

A very nice hotel in the heart of Grodno, gorgeous views from the windows. Very friendly and intelligent staff everywhere. Good breakfasts, cozy atmosphere. We lived in three different rooms, everything is clean, everything is shiny. Comfortable and beautiful. Linen, towels, bathrobes - everything is snow-white.
On the downside, none of the rooms had a luggage stand, although there was enough space in the hallway.
One of the rooms was Romantic - it's a room with a transparent bathroom and a bathtub in the middle of the room. Beautiful and stylish, but for an amateur. You will not be able to retire to the bathroom.

It is very well located. A beautiful hotel. With a claim. Large rooms. Free even in the bathroom. Nice bed and bed linen. Very clean. However, there are some disadvantages. There is 1 chair in the room. If you drink tea, there is a kettle, then the second one will drink standing up? There is a sofa, but there is no coffee table in the room and, accordingly, the cup can only be placed on the floor. According to the project, only 1 window should open in our room. But the handle is broken on it!! It can only be ventilated through the toilet room. But then it's cold there and it's just impossible to wash or sit on the toilet.
Breakfasts: not bad, fresh food, the choice is normal, not very big, but it's understandable, there are few rooms.

One of the best hotels in Grodno. In the same building as the Semashko hotel, only in the apart-hotel there are just a little more rooms (we had a 3-room suite). There are questions about the room, since the doors are all transparent ;-) well, okay. Otherwise— it's a great hotel. Cons: the room has a view of the prison, the Parking is small, there is no fan in the bathroom, the room has a kitchen and dishes, but for some reason there is no frying pan. Listening to the barking of prison dogs and watching the movement of guards is a weak pleasure. At the reception, the pretentious story about the norms of behavior in the hotel struck with its stupidity, a lady with an intelligent look told the aborigines from Africa that it was forbidden to smoke in the room, etc. Only one phone was connected to the hotel network, the second code did not come, and connection attempts ended, the service offered to connect in a week :). The laptop did not connect, it's good that you bought a SIM card with the Internet in advance. The cabinet door closer where the refrigerator is is broken, to get into the refrigerator you must first open the door where the trash can is. In the shower, a Rain-type watering can is clogged with dirt, when turned on under water pressure, it almost flew off the mount, washed using a regular watering can (put fine filters and solve the problem). Conclusion: there are a lot of show-offs, but they are all cheap and designed for local peasants from the villages.

Good afternoon, the impression exceeded all expectations. Ideally located in the historical part of the city. The room was nice, the Windows overlooked the courtyard - it was not noisy. Good blackout curtains and a comfortable bed have created conditions for a healthy sleep.

The Semashko Apart-Hotel turned out to be a real find. While searching for a hotel in Grodno, I was faced with a limited choice, where apartments or hotels at a distance from the center were not quite satisfied. But when I accidentally stumbled upon this hotel, I was pleasantly surprised.
The hotel is located in a historic building with characteristic architecture. The rooms are clean and comfortable, and the location in the city center makes it ideal for those who want to be in the thick of the sights. The only thing worth considering is that it is better to look for the entrance from Oktyabrskaya Street, since the passages from Kalyuchinskaya Street can be a little confusing.
The rooms and apartments are located on the same floor and offer the same set of services. I chose a room, but next time I will definitely try the apartment. On the ground floor there is a restaurant "Muravyov", where breakfast is served and in the evening you can order a cocktail, which you can take with you to your room.
We spent two nights at the hotel and repeatedly passed by, which confirms its excellent location. I recommend it to anyone who is planning a trip to Grodno. The only wish of the hotel administration is that it would be convenient to have two room keys.
