Nice hotel. The staff is friendly and tries very hard to satisfy the guest. Two restaurant options are traditional and a balcony. There is also a spa, gym and other facilities where you can spend time.
Parking is available. Access to the hotel is possible from two sides, which is convenient for drivers.

Overall, it is clean, cozy, friendly staff. The standard rooms all overlook the blank wall of the neighboring building and the construction site. The breakfasts are continental, this should be indicated in the description. There are no hangers for trousers in the closet. When using the shower, water flows over the floor of the entire bathroom, absolutely not thought out by those. moment. The ironing board (brought to the room on request) is huge in size, taking into account the location of the outlets, it is not convenient to use. Besides, the case is very dirty. The cost of living clearly does not correspond to the category of the city, moreover, it is far from the center.

The price is high, the level is average. In my opinion, it could have been better. Arrived earlier, check-in after 14. For an additional fee, they refused to check in earlier, allegedly there were no rooms. I asked if possible to check in because I was late for an important event. They said they would settle in at 13. As a result, number 13 is still not ready. Considering that the room costs 80 thousand tenge a night for two.. The rooms are small, but there is a bathrobe and accessories. The coffee is disgusting in the room.
