I am extremely dissatisfied with the service. I came with a phone whose microphone stopped working. After describing the problem, they gave me a fork in the cost of the work. And they sent me to wait for the call. Without waiting for the call, I dialed and found out that the amount for repairs would be higher than the previously agreed cost. I agreed to this amount, and was again told to wait for a call when the phone was repaired (about an hour or two). Without waiting for the call, I dialed again and was told that everything was ready and I could pick it up. When I came to the service and checked the microphone, it turned out that the microphone at least worked somehow, but during the conversation half of the words just disappeared (it is difficult for the interlocutor to make out what I am saying). They offered to redo it under warranty. There was no call from the service for the whole next day, it was impossible to get through to the specified number. They answered only at the end of their working day. They said that this time everything is ready and you can pick up the phone. When I came back to the service, it turned out that the phone's condition was the same as it was. When asked why I needed to go here if the problem was not fixed, I was told that the master did not have time to check better than he does. They offered to leave it again, this time changing another microphone. Accordingly, for which you need to pay again. When asked why I was not warned about the possible repair of two microphones, they could not clearly tell me anything. And in general, they cannot name the exact reason and everything needs to be checked from their words "by trial and error" for my money. They said they would call back if they came up with something. Soon a month will pass and there will probably be no call.

I bought myself a brand new iPhone here, activated, configured and transferred all the data from the old one. The old one was immediately taken into account for the trade-in. There was a problem with the iphone 7, I dropped it during a bike ride, the result was a spider web appeared on the screen, and the camera stopped working. I called to ask if laptops were being repaired. The brightness of the screen is not adjusted. I thought it could be an update, a loop, a matrix, a bios. The master asked what happened and under what circumstances, said that it was most likely a wire. I calmed down, the wire tolerates, but the trouble-shooting is excellent. I was here yesterday. It was necessary to replace the micro USB connector with xiaomi redmi 5 plus. It just went bad for me, perhaps because I sometimes carelessly inserted the cable. And as a result, the phone did not charge if you just plug in the cable. It was necessary to find a position and take it out several times-insert the cable and pull it back and forth. I don't remember the name of the guy who served me, but he politely and kindly took my phone and the situation was fixed in an hour. He even gave me a dialer to keep me in touch. I gave him 30 rubles., he even offered me a discount on the installation of protective glass, but unfortunately I did not take it because there was no money:(( In general, the establishment is good, it is being repaired well, so far everything is working and the warranty is for a month.
