I wanted to change the left steering tip (the right one was replaced last week) and make a camber, also make an adaptation of the electric parking brake after replacing all the cables (the work was also carried out at another service station in another city). As a result, I listened to the monologue of the master, full of indignation, that I belong to the category of cunning...ask the owners who will do a piece of work there, then there and that you need to contact one service with the problem, so as not to redo it for others. As a result, there is no point in changing one tip, since they do not do a camber, and according to the handbrake, the electrician is loaded for weeks ahead. Something like that. Thank you. I give 3 stars, since there were no complaints about the work performed before.

I dealt with this service (((I really do not recommend it,my car was there for a long time, a few days,I dropped off a lot of money, my car was never made,when I arrived home, the master looked at the list of completed works and was very surprised, half would not have been handed over, and the money was paid.Upon arrival home, the car broke down altogether, so I do not recommend it!Maybe I'm just unlucky, but I'm sharing my sad experience of communicating with this service!

The steering rack on the Skoda Fabia 1 flowed. After the repair, the steering wheel became more difficult to turn and a steering error pops up, although before that everything was without problems.they offered to replace the steering wheel rotation sensor, and at my expense! One was done, the other was broken. Okay. Replaced. The problem has not gone away. So what do you charge money for? So this is a simple car, but if it were some kind of Merc or Audi.. Specialists of course yes.

He has no idea that there is an Internet connection and there are books on car repair. It feels like a freshman student was working. And they took the money as for the overhaul of the car. Also, claims on the cost, for example, the repair of the pins was promised 400-600, in fact 700, the footrest (brew) was promised from 80 rubles, 282 rubles came out. Obviously, when you give a car by bank transfer, a huge cheat begins. In fact, the steering wheel, handbrake, pin and footrest cost 2,100 rubles (the price of a Gazelle of this year). Therefore, I would like to be more attentive to clients regarding the cost of work. Perhaps if you apply for fewer transactions and for cash, it will be better. There is no loyalty system and they did not even thank you for the order. The girl from the accounting department treated me to delicious coffee. I hope the management will draw conclusions.
