Cocktails are straight aaagon! They don't save on alcohol
If you try hard, then, of course, you can get to the bottom of it. For example, crabs can be served with tweezers and a special picker :) but it seems that they are not Kamchatka, but average.. The claws are small, you can not finish eating..
Or take a tuna burger. Cool. You finish everything down to the last crumb. But it is falling apart :/ if you make a medium roast, it will not disintegrate so much

Sfb Minsk is probably almost the best place for food (fish) in the whole city. I managed to visit it twice during the three days of my stay in Belarus. Here, of course, you can bet that I have already called him the "best" in the city, but believe me, this is not my first time in Minsk.. and not even the second one.. (the third one at the time of visiting this institution).
In general, this is one of the most modern interior design places in the city. It's also very tasty and very fresh here! Pleasant waiters will tell you about the dish and ask you to share your impressions, mainly about the food, not visiting the city, but they can also be used.
I recommend scallop tartare, oyster set (with sparkling!) and one of the octopus species! In general, everything is delicious — you will not lose.

It's a very, very good place. In my top 5 in Minsk.
The only thing that, in my humble opinion, can be improved is to install more efficient hoods, since after 2 hours in the establishment, clothes smell like a chef's uniform.

As the creativity of people, I tried to look into every nook and cranny for the benefit of the inhabitants of the whole of Belarus. And I saw it. The products that I haven't even seen in Minsk. For example. The jubilee agro-industrial complex. Lard is cheaper than on Komarovka. Liver sausage. It reminds me of my childhood. And not the one that many people have today. They offer. But what about pork? Which has already been prepared. Immediately. In the sleeve. Just bring it home and bake it. Well, that's just great. They started offering me a turkey duck already cooked. I like to take such a product in my sleeve, there is no need to mess with it or anything at once, put the sleeve on a baking sheet and in the oven. And it turns out very tasty. I went to where the bread is. Because the bread is all in different heads. Counters with bread. And with sweet cakes, our famous gingerbread and with ears. And everywhere I wanted to try something. Some of them, though. The representatives represented their own. Products. I must say it's a bit expensive in my opinion. For example. Cheese. Fused - being there is a raw mass. With mushrooms, with greens . . ., ham, Well, in Belarus, in Minsk, it sometimes happens to be cheaper. I am very proud of this center. People say that it's too expensive there, for example, Belarusian shoes, but compared to the brand. That's it already. It can be seen that shoes are literally 50% cheaper there than Belarusian ones. Of course, I'm making excuses that the store has just opened, I need something to work in order to rent. Well, it's still necessary to decide, because people don't take shoes from them, they're too expensive for them. I also looked at the shoes and left. I can't afford that amount. They were poisoned by oysters!!!!Today, 08/16/2024, we were in a restaurant with a company of 4 people! This place was highly praised and recommended to us! We ordered oysters. 3 people ate oysters, 1 did not.and now three of them are vomiting for the second hour, they had to call an ambulance! Poisoning! Injections, ivs, treatment!!!I do not recommend eating oysters in this restaurant!!!!

A very good fish restaurant, perhaps the best in the city. Interesting menu, good wine list, wonderful friendly staff. I love this place both in the evening and during working lunches (excellent lunch menu). Of the minuses, I would mention the terrace (cars are constantly passing by, it's hot on a sunny day in the evening).
I definitely recommend you to visit.

We visited oysters on 28.06
It has always been one of Minsk's favorite places, but this time we are extremely surprised and outraged by the work of the staff. 6 oysters were carried for 30 minutes , the oysters were brought , the wine had run out by this point: ordered , the waiter carried it for 10 minutes !!!! I brought 1 glass ...... (divided into two, we were not ready to wait yet) the result! we started eating oysters 40 minutes after ordering.... The mood is spoiled, to put it mildly. We were served by 2 different waiters, and the girl who took the order confidently tried to "sell" the most expensive items on the menu.
I would like to turn to the management, when your price is above average, the service must match.

Delicious fresh seafood. Friendly, attentive and competent waiters.
We took fish from the "catch of the week" and the sea plateau. And you know, the plateau of that money (198r) is not worth it. There was nothing supernatural and we didn't eat enough for two at all, we had a snack more. And so the freshly cooked fish, which is butchered right in front of you, is above all praise.

A table for 4 near the window barely accommodates ordered dishes and glasses, high bar stools with a low back are not convenient for a long stay. A very decent restaurant with fresh seafood. There is a showcase with fish. There are oysters. The prices for Minsk are quite high. Beautiful modern interior. We took different oysters, octopus, nicoise, ceviche and tuna from fresh. Oysters match the price - more expensive, bigger and more tender. Served with 2 sauces and lemon. I liked the ceviche, the octopus has a strange side dish in the form of potatoes with mayonnaise sauce on top. The tuna was fried properly, but a lot of salty sauce was poured into the nicoise and we asked to redo it. The new one was brought quickly, but both salads were included in the bill. Unexpectedly good espresso.

At the moment, the best seafood restaurant I've ever been to.
Excellent menu, fresh products, attentive and courteous staff, affordable prices and fast delivery.
We went to SFB 2 times in one day. An amazing lunch, it's hard to even call it a lunch in terms of the level of dishes. The freshest oysters and the perfect addition to them, the sauce with honey, horseradish and celery is a discovery for me. Tart with cheese for dessert is just a cannon and a harmony of flavors. Very pleasant and refreshing lemonade, which I do not want to add anything.
Special thanks and a low bow to the waiters and the administrator. Everyone is polite, friendly, ready to help with the choice and prompt, work harmoniously as a team. There is no kind of imposition of dishes, but really help in choosing.
And, in my opinion, not a few important factors that show the level of the institution are free water and bread. And also a good extractor hood, for an open kitchen it's just a must have.
The waiter Arseny was wonderful and got into the heart, And his recommendation is just a new love.
P.S. As far as I understand, that place is popular especially in the evening. On Monday, after 19 o'clock, there was a full boarding, so it's better to book a table in advance. There is also a veranda.
