Кухня не то что раньше, ходим с друзьями и с детьми. Если хотите что то вкусненькое поесть, то не все подойдёт.
Персонал чаще всего не приветливый, долго придётся ждать. Кажется хозяева сильно экономят на персонале. Есть места, где администраторы чуткие и внимательные, хотелось бы тут видеть такого спеца.

Побывал по несколько раз во всех точках данной сети, но здесь был впервые. Атмосфера, время ожидания, еда, интерьер в норме как и везде.
Не понравился персонал:
при уточнении свободных 2 столов сказали зарезервирован на 17:00, но на одном до 19:00 так и никого не было, на второй посадили семью по их просьбе в 17:30;
при уточнении заказа официанта предупредил, что возможно не весь десерт будем есть и дополнительно сообщим, в итоге вынудил и поставил перед гостями в неудобное положение.
Ничего личного, но я за подьем уровня нашего сервиса обслуживания.

Ужасное обслуживание! Заказала банкет на 40 человек и было ужасно стыдно перед гостями. Блюда выносили с опозданием, пришлось бегать за официантами, за админом и самой убирать и таскать тарелки. Чай подавали через 40 минут! Хотя меню и время выноса блюд и чая было обговарено заранее. Кухня оставляет желать лучшего. Нашла стекло в рисе в рыбном рис-гриле. Не стала возмущаться при гостях, так как и так неудобно было за весь это цирк. Админ Айдана вообще отдельная история, таких неквалифицированных, грубых и безтактных людей не встречала. Если не хотите позориться перед гостями не советую там что либо отмечать!!!
