I really like to visit Egypt, and who doesn't love this beautiful sea.We were in October on the 19th of 2024, upon arrival we were not settled immediately, although they checked in at 14, and we were on site at 17, we were issued for a very long time, the room was given a bad one with a non-working faucet and quite shabby, only after contacting the guide on the second day of arrival we were changed to a room, which after say cosmetic repairs.The hotel is large and if they settle far away, then, for example, it will be difficult for elderly people to leave, and with young children, too, in the heat, cars do not drive, although they are on the territory.You won't be hungry for food, but there were long queues, to be honest, I was surprised, there are suitable menus for kids, but it's not very convenient to take a table on time and stand in line.The sea, yes, this is the second line, but go from reshepshin for five minutes, cross the road, but it's very good, sand, although they occupied sun beds, but they could find free ones.There are a lot of palm trees on the beach, there is animation, fish can be seen, but there is no good reef, they do not feed on the beach, and this is another minus, since children always want to have a snack after swimming) but you can buy everything, everything is very good at prices, there are also a lot of water rides on the beach at adequate prices, with On the first line, you can walk to the Old Town and buy mangoes and other fruits, and in the evening it's a pleasure to walk along the embankment with a bunch of cafes. I will immediately write that we are not particularly picky tourists, and this is not the first time in Egypt. So at least for me in all of Egypt (well, maybe with the exception of the top expensive hotels) the service is, to put it mildly, poor, this hotel does not seem to know this word at all. More or less bartenders, sew up but serve. There are a lot of managers in the dining room, and 2 cleaners who clean first of all with their own, running from one corner of the restaurant to another. There are tables for cutlery, but there are none there, you need to look for the person who carries them, but he seems to be working as a spy, try to find it. Next, cleaning: the balcony is never cleaned, the towel is changed (well, at least in our room) at 18-19.00, just when you come from the sea. And we have a villa room for 4 adults and two children of 1 and 3 years old. This is inconvenient. Our friends were not settled until 15.00, although the same dessaulay or dream beach is quietly settled at any time. They also said that the eviction is strictly at 12.00 with the cutting of bracelets, which does not allow not to eat, not to go to the sea. Like pay extra.
