The hotel is partially dilapidated. The rooms are old, the air conditioners, sockets and other household items are worn out. Almost all the doors have broken locks. The service leaves much to be desired, upon check-in they were given only cards for towels, water, brushes and other consumables were not in the room. The Room Is Dirty. It takes 10-15 minutes to walk to the restaurant, 20-25 minutes to the beach across the street. The territory of the hotel is large, the housing stock consists of townhouses, they settled almost at the very end near the water park, took them by transfer, 8-9 minutes on foot to the lobby, it did not work to change the room, everything was busy, noted that foreigners were settling closer. The room was cold in the first days, the floors were cold all the time, there were no heaters and slippers, perhaps this was how acclimatization took place, because after 4-5 everything became normal, as well as the weather +32. Entrance cards were often demagnetized, cleaning almost every day, they did not leave water a couple of times (two and a half rubles a day - to brush teeth and wash fruits) and they had to go and beg for a prescription, they did not respond to the call, there was nowhere else to take water, except for a glass in the bar. There is an on-site bar in the lobby and by the pool, poured mainly into paper cups, rarely into glass in the lobby. Of the drinks, brandy and sometimes beer with wine (semi-dry) came more or less, rum is not very good, whiskey and gin are disgusting. The breakfasts are simple, there is something to choose for lunch and dinner, especially I checked out the soups, they are liquid on beef broth, I once had seafood, even caught a crab. It's a strange story with the replacement of beach towels, there is no replacement by cards, they need to be left in the room and they will be changed during cleaning, but when cleaning takes place we are already on the beach... as a result, 10 days passed with the same towels). The beach is better than what is in the hotel, and in all the charm if you come with children, go to it across the street, through the hotel Fayruz for 8-9 minutes, 800 meters wide, there are a lot of sun beds, the entrance is shallow, the bottom is sandy, caralks are not needed, while there are live reefs within walking distance, many different fish as I gather, so do the corals. Only soft drinks are free at the beach bar, the rest is for a fee. Swimming pools, there are 8 pools on the territory, but only two deserve attention - a small heated one and the main one, but it is not heated, why it was not made heated during renovation is not clear.
