I ordered lamb shashlik & chicken kebabs. Lamb kebab disappointed me because most of it was bones & fat. Chicken was juicy and ok.
Salads were delicious. But the service sucks. We had to call the waiter and wait for a long time.
For the small plate of watermelon it was way overpriced considering its watermelon season.

My favorite cafe in Tashkent.
When I am in Tashkent, I often visit and bring friends.
All the dishes I've tried are very tasty.
I really like different samsa, rib kebab, shurpa.
They serve well, quickly, they constantly come up and ask if there is anything else they need. Very tasty tortillas that are baked by themselves. The prices are very affordable for such delicious food.

Everything was delicious, the kebab is good, but there are drawbacks, once it was not very fried, probably because of the speed of the service, because the waiting time is minimal, the samsa is delicious, the shurpa is excellent, the cuisine is excellent. Usually the hostesses are girls, but here a dark-skinned man, which was very much surprised, even more surprised by his knowledge of the Uzbek language)

In principle, the usual menu, But everything is delicious, and most importantly, the factors why I set the highest posture are they work around the clock, usually in Tashkent any institution is already closed before 11, even nightclubs work there until one in the morning, rarely where you can have a snack, they are always open, the waiters are friendly, you can quickly have a snack if you arrived on a business trip at night or just entered the city So that's a big indicator for me.

Today I visited this place again (3 times a week). I was once again convinced that this place is one of the best in Tashkent. The interior, the service, the kitchen, everything is on top. The abundance of types of kebabs makes your eyes run away, you want to try everything. We have not forgotten about unity with nature, you can watch the birds and listen to their singing. As a guest of Tashkent, I will definitely come again.

I've been coming here steadily since the opening. I really liked their Samarkand shurpa. But over time, prices rose in price, and the quality of food deteriorated. The last straw was a super-fat shurpa, it was impossible to eat, the meat was the same for him and it was unclear what kind of place this was and the meat itself was falling apart. But before they had elastic meat, transparent and delicious broth, potatoes and carrots sprinkled with herbs. The photo shows how fatty the broth is and what fatty meat scraps are on the right.
And the kebabs were not surprised, for three. And I could safely put a deuce, since the word "Shish kebab" is present in the name of the institution, but the shish kebab is so-so.
I was only pleased with the Alat samsa!!!
UPD. I was there last weekend. Of the advantages, I would like to highlight that the taste of the kebab improved, there was delicious okroshka and a clear salad of crispy eggplant. Of the minuses, the waiters are a little "slow"

Samarkand cuisine. Shish kebab and samsa are delicious. The place is well maintained, clean. It's a little cramped for me. The service is good. The guys are responsive. Previously, there were cases when you order 5 sticks of shish kebab, but they bring you 4, and put 5 in the receipt, but now everything has been stabilized. Fish kebab is very tasty, but always look for readiness, sometimes it happens that it is undercooked, it's not scary, just put on fire for 2-3 minutes, or make a new one. Salads, if you don't like something, you can always ask the waiter to clean it, and the kitchen will do it all. Warn in advance about your allergies and tastes - there will be no problems. Delicious soames and my favorite is shurpa, the tastiest broth. I've tried it everywhere, but I liked it the most here. The staff is very polite. If you have a small child, you can ask for mashed potatoes for him and order him a ground barbecue. The child will eat with great pleasure. Without unnecessary spices and harm to a small body. The best way to give the younger generation a taste of meat.
