I did it in 15 minutes, brought it back - they put it on, everything works. Garmaza tells me for 1-2 months, works without problems for the second year. Then there was a noise in the stove, they said to replace it. They installed a new one, but I asked for an old one. I cleaned out the garbage, oiled it: it works like a watch. Next, the replacement of the handbrake cables (900r). There were no cables available, I traveled around half the city until I found it. When I arrived, it turned out that they had put the spare parts together with the used brakes in the trunk, naturally all the bad things were thrown away. I had to look for spare parts to install the handbrake all over Minsk. After 1-1.5 years, they speak for a replacement. I took it away again: oiled, the cable runs like clockwork. Isn't there a lot of jambs for one car. I understand that it is possible to divorce women. I was silent. I understand everyone wants to make money. But Pavel Viktorovich Garmaza, with his arrogance and inability to communicate with clients, caused me negative emotions. The management has not been contacted. A month of silence has passed, the management is not interested in anything at all. He doesn't even want to figure it out.

The person disassembled the wheel did not see the patch from 20 to 15 cm or did not want to see ....

Restored the turbocharger (turbine ) on a Mercedes sprinter, after installation, the car crashed due to under-inflation and there was a terrible sound, after providing the car to the service station and checking there, they said that it was worth removing the turbocharger, they announced the cost of about 250 rubles, because there was no question of compensation. The turbocharger was removed and taken to a third-party organization (that's why from the very beginning they said that they did everything efficiently and they constantly said everything that could happen a lot of things and it was my fault, although there were no problems with the engine, oil pump or other nodes, the turbocharger was being repaired due to whistling and I also forgot to write that they took the maximum amount for repairs, although they said there was nothing critical when there was a defect).When checking with a third-party organization (the chat service was informed about this), they immediately said that the turbine operation was incorrect and one of the nodes was not restored, although they took money for it! Upon presentation of a claim to reimburse the money spent and 50% of the cost of removing the turbocharger, which was announced at one hundred and fifty (125 rubles, which I consider justified), I did not ask for a penny for the time, nerves and fuel that was spent. They agreed to reimburse only the cost of restoring the turbocharger at another service station and only after a written claim, but the money was never returned, although three weeks had already passed. There is 0 contact , so deservedly one star and they were also outraged that they took me to a third - party organization for diagnosis , like this is not allowed, although according to the law everything is possible . It's a shame that the management allows this, because of this we have so little high-quality service, in fact they did it badly and did not want to admit it and did not do the work to restore the node in the turbocharger , but they took the money and this is already a deception
