I am happy to go, a very cozy place, authentic cuisine and a wonderful chef.The menu is decent, without any kitsch.The quality of the food is almost homemade, although there are plenty of Georgian eateries around.A great place for a quiet family celebration. In the evenings, a pianist, so a cheat sheet could be inserted into the repertoire. Prices are slightly higher than the average in the city, homemade wine is expensive, other restaurants give a jug for the price of a local glass. The quality is the same.

Constant staff turnover. The waiters are always different. I visit the institution 1-2 times a month and there are always new faces. Very often they are inexperienced. Today, the khinkali was served for 50 minutes, but they could not make khachapuri because there was a problem with the supply of cheese. One waitress is inattentive and inexperienced, and the other is a rude snob.

I liked the atmosphere, it was cozy, calm, like at my mother's house. Food for a solid 4. The staff is polite, I didn't have to wait too long for food, everything is within the limits. The service is unobtrusive, but they did not forget about us. It was my mother's birthday, she liked it in principle. Honestly, I did not expect that there would be such prices, but in fairness, there are more expensive ones. In general, a solid four, I advise my friends to come to Shavlego at least once.

An atmospheric place. Not polished and polished to a shine, but with a touch of antiquity and history (in every sense). The interior is full of antique objects and it is interesting to view them as in a museum. But the dust should still be wiped more often.))) Homespun rugs are also questionable in terms of hygiene.
In terms of cuisine, the dishes are on the level. Wine too. Well, Georgian music creates a good mood.
The trick is candles in wine bottles on each table.

Excellent Georgian cuisine, with attentive staff. Khinkali, khachapuri, homemade wine from Georgian family wineries. It's all there and it's insanely delicious. I especially recommend the wine in the photo, even though I'm not a fan of red wine.
There is a summer veranda, or if you want to plunge into the atmosphere of a Georgian restaurant, sit down at the table inside the establishment. Quiet, calm, delicious.

We went in to drink a glass of homemade wine, eat a salad and took more khinkali. In general, I liked everything, the only drawback was only when serving khinkali, they lay on their side, so the piles ended up in the broth and were constantly hot to take with your hand. If you take out the khinkali with the tail to the top, so that they cool down and you can take it comfortably.

The restaurant's name and prices are restaurant-like, but the service and cuisine fall short of this title. We came to have dinner with our family. The waiter was alone in the entire restaurant, accepted the order and did not duplicate it. The first signs that something is wrong: he served the dish to the wrong person that he ordered. Salads and hot dishes were served alternately: he brought me hot and only 30 minutes later he brought eggplant salad instead of beetroot and 45 minutes after ordering I received an iced beet salad. He just forgot about it. He complained that the cook did not have time, although they had only 4 tables occupied. My brother had a meat dish - one fat and a couple pieces of meat. Mom was brought a salad and she waited for almost an hour for hot food (chicken tobacco) - very little meat, only bones. We did not wait for Tashkent tea, when we asked, it turned out that we asked for it after the wine, although none of us had said that. The waiter was indignant for a long time and then did him a favor - crossed him out of the check. They tried to call the administrator - the waiter said that the place was too small and they did not have an administrator. We regretted that we did not go to Vilka nearby, there would have been a check for 10 thousand cheaper and everyone would have been full and satisfied. The evening was ruined.
