Superb hotel for their prices.
Standard room was always clean, fresh and quiet any time of day. Pls
When the staff found out that my wife and I have been married for 25 years, they brought a bottle of champagne, sweets and left a warm congratulatory message in the room.
Drinking bottled water and Nespresso machine with capsules are always available and refilled whenever asked for.
Fresh various meals are served for breakfast.
My wife agreed to stay in Sheraton despite my night snoring. )

The hotel is gorgeous. Excellent location. The staff is responsive and polite. The breakfasts are delicious. But, I will note 2 points:
1) as soon as I entered the room, the coffee machine did not work. But I called the reception and everything was fixed within 15 minutes. It's super
2) the swimming pool with Jacuzzi did not work for a week when I was staying at the hotel. It was because of the pool that I chose the Sheraton. And it's strange that the spa center is just down the hall. And you walk past conference rooms in a bathrobe with slippers, where big agashki decide something or information gypsies present something)

I have been to Astana twice and stayed at the Sheraton Hotel twice. Very good location, great views from the rooms to the most beautiful part of the city, great breakfasts and decent restaurants in the hotel, an exchange office is within walking distance, which is important for foreign tourists. The staff is friendly, Russian-speaking, ready to solve any problem. Special thanks for the SPA area with pools, Jacuzzi, bar, sauna. Be sure to take a swimsuit with you and visit, you won't regret it. I want to return to this hotel, and this speaks for itself!

My favorite hotel! All the time I dream of a bag like Hermione Granger from Harry Potter, where I go there and the hotel! Everything is at the highest level, you can write so much, it's better to see and feel these most comfortable beds with your body once, go to the spa and relax after the bathhouse! I stayed at this beautiful hotel in February. I'll start with a good one) The hotel is really beautiful! The lobby, rooms, restaurant, spa area – all this is the result of the work of designers and architects who thought over and worked on every corner of the space.
Of the good things, I will also note the breakfasts, which correspond in the best sense of the word to the stardom of the hotel – variety, taste, freshness! A large selection of hot dishes and cold snacks, fruits, vegetables, drinks. Even the most fastidious guests can be fed at breakfast at this hotel)
Perhaps I will stop praising further… On the day of our arrival, there was no hot water in the hotel, from the word at all. The water appeared only at the first hour of the night. I do not know if it is the fault of the hotel or the city administration, but it was not and it is not good)
The hotel's service is also decently lame. Management and staff respond weakly, lazily and slowly to requests and questions. The coffee machine did not work in our room, when asked to do something about it, the reception promised to sort it out, but during the day no one wanted to do it.
The room is terribly hot and stuffy. I understand that Astana freezes in February and hotels have switched to winter mode of operation. What does it mean? This means that the central air conditioning in the hotel does not allow you to control your room climate.
Well, imagine that when you check into a 5-star hotel of a well-known chain, you are in it without hot water, suffering from stuffiness and heat, with a broken coffee machine and staff not responding to it in any way. It's not a level, it's a pity(

My stay at the Sheraton Hotel was just great! From the warm reception at check-in to the cozy rooms with beautiful views, every moment was filled with comfort and attention to detail. The service is so excellent that I felt at home. The incredibly polite and professional hotel staff did their best to make my stay unforgettable. A good hotel. A great breakfast. Not without flaws! Everything is nice and chic in the room, but the windows do not open and there are no rooms with opening windows. The SPA area is very remote, you need to overcome a bunch of corridors to find it, and in the SPA area itself there is a long transition from the sauna area to the pool and Jacuzzi, until you get there, you freeze. Доброе утро, Астана! Была в вашем прекрасном, чистом городе с 3.08 по 8.08.2023 и жила в Sheraton Astana Hotel. Сам отель и номер просто чудесные. Спа с несколькими бассейнами, один джакузи. Если позволяет погода, можно выйти на террасу и позагорать. Там же можно перекусить и выпить различные напитки. Халат, тапочки и полотенце с собой брать не надо. Всё выдают- при помещении СПА. В зоне СПА, находится фитнес зал. Работает 24/7. В СПА, вы можете спуститься со своего этажа на 3, не проходя через зону рецепшн. На втором этаже, чудесный зал, для обладателя клубной карты, где вы можете очень вкусно позавтракать, съесть суп дня на обед и поужинать. Но ужин заканчивается достаточно рано, уточняйте время. Я приезжала на интервью в консульство США. В отеле есть сотрудник, по имени Алишер. Очень отзывчивый и добрый молодой человек. Так как я переносила интервью из Алматы в Астану, моё заявление не пришло. В консульстве попросили заполнить новое и отправить на адрес Астаны. Алишер согласился мне помочь с заполнением заявления и был на связи всё время, когда был нужен. Спасибо ему большое за это! Если Вам реально нужна помощь от отеля, очень рекомендую этого молодого человека. И спасибо отелю за таких сотрудников!

Polite and tidy staff, reasonable prices, besides, due to the lack of a room that I booked, they gave me an even better room and made a discount.

Ожидаемо хорошая гостиница для своих 5*. Номера хорошо и по современному обставлены, Санузел в очень хорошем состоянии, кровати широкие и удобные + софа желающим полежать у большого окна, если повезет с видом. Очень хорошее освещение и управление им по всему номеру.
Порадовала капсульная кофе-машина в номере. Завтраки одни из лучших из тех, которые я ел в сетевых отелях в последнее время.
Шумоизоляция в номерах страдает - слышно что происходит в коридоре. Хочется занизить рейтинг за отказ принимать российские карточки МИР.

This hotel has a swimming pool (and not one, but 3 pools), 3 saunas, one larger (communal) one in a smaller men's locker room and one in a women's locker room, also smaller, there are also 2 shared wet steam rooms and in the men's and women's locker rooms there is one such steam room, near the shared sauna there is one ice generator (it started working when I went to the sauna), there is a spa, the breakfasts are very tasty, the rooms have a large TV (53 inches), panoramic windows, the rooms are warm.

Отель превзошел все ожидания! Очень свежий, в номерах столько электроники, что до конца за два дня не разобрались. Ко всему прочему, в номере есть капсульная кофеварка! Воду ставили каждый день. Прекрасный сервис на этажах, моментально решают все вопросы.
Спасибо специалисту по имени Гайса на ресепшен, что нас принимал. Как мы попросили, нам дали максимально высокий этаж, виды обалденные.
СПА - отдельная тема. Просто класс! В бассейне реально можно поплавать, большой джакузи на много человек одновременно. В общей зоне классная сауна, с правильной температурой. Хамамов аж три! На любую температуру. Вода с лимончиками всегда стоит. Халаты брали в номерах, через третий этаж попадаешь в СПА, никого не смущаешь своим видом. Очень грамотно!
В целом - один из лучших отелей на моей памяти!

Обслуживание без нареканий, расположение удобное в центре города, номера шикарные, персонал приветливый, вежливый, завтраки просто шикарные, ассортимент огромный, каждый найдет себе по вкусу, спа есть, в номерах и на всей территории гостиницы чистота, бассейн шикарный, парные просто нет слов. После финской бани есть ледяной бассейн. Очень понравилось, по сравнению с Московскими отелями, Астана на Sheraton на высоте.
