«Шик. Блеск. Вкуснота!» - так можно перефразировать известную цитату. Это действительно ресторан №1 в Ереване. Всё по высшему разряду: безупречное обслуживание, красивейшая подача и вкуснейшая еда. Что брали: крем-суп из брокколи, фирменная лопатка ягнёнка (огромная порция, на 4 человека), стейк из форели, говядина в сл. масле (хол. закуска на первой странице: необычно, но чуть суховато, хотя вкусно), хачапури по-мегрельски. Отдельного внимания заслуживают десерты. Вы такого нигде не пробовали! :Р «Эскимо», «Разбитый горшок» и красота, похожая на безе, которую при вас... Впрочем сами увидите ;)
Расскажете впечатления управляющему - получите комплимент от заведения (но это не точно).
И не ленитесь бронировать, всем от этого будет лучше 🙏

The place was recommended by friends, recommended primarily because of the cuisine. It is necessary to book a table in any case, there is no chance that there will be free ones, unless during the day on weekdays, and that is not a fact.
With regard to the kitchen, we ordered beef steak, lamb kebab, grilled vegetables, khinkali, soup (I don't remember the name), desserts. Vegetables are on fire! Meat is not chewed at all, neither beef nor lamb. Good desserts, my friends liked the soup, they said it was a solid 4, I didn't try it myself, I can't evaluate it. Khinkali is also not a delight, it is edible, but not "you can lick your fingers." Once again, I am convinced that we need less pathos, friends :) I'm sure in some cafe away from the "red square" it would be delicious, and mentally, and budget-friendly.
Another unpleasant moment, human, but still dry for you: when you sit in the hall, you see the kitchen and the cooking process, I will not say specifically who did what, I do not want the person to have trouble, but I witnessed the following: an employee sneezed, took a napkin, blew his nose, wiped his nose with his hand, put it in Put a napkin in my pocket and not my hands continued to work. To be honest, it's unpleasant, considering that it directly has contact with food, and does not interfere with the soup ladle.
I cannot recommend mandatory attendance.

Праздновала здесь День Рождения, очень понравилось. Интересное решение - лифт в гардеробной. Очень приятная атмосфера, живая музыка, все блюда действительно вкусные. К детям все очень доброжелательны. Расположение отличное, в самом центре.
Рекомендую!

Вкусно! Вежливый персонал. Желательно предварительно резервировать столик. Атмосфера релакса. Ненавязчивая музыка, создающая фон для отдыха. В уентре города, можно пройтись по парку в ожидании заказа.

We settled this restaurant on 01.01.2024!
On the plus side, this restaurant was open on a holiday (most were closed until 02.01)
on the downside: having decided on the choice of dishes, it turned out that there was no FLOUR in the restaurant, so all flour dishes (khinkali, khachapuri, and we wanted to order them) were missing, which we were not warned about in advance by the waiter!!!!
I had to change the order "on the run", which was a mistake…(((
The ordered beef stroganoff was already so dried, tasteless, and the potatoes were overcooked, so the dish had to be returned almost in full to the kitchen.
But the administrator decided to "make amends" with ice cocktails of unknown composition (although they drank another drink) and chat.
They do not yet know about the deletion of a "tasteless" dish from the bill or complementary desserts in this place....
There is something to work on!!!!
I would not go to this restaurant again

Огромное спасибо всем сотрудникам ресторана! Мы с женой приехали в Ереван посмотреть ваш великолепный город и отметить 20 лет брака. Наш гид порекомендовал ресторан Шереп для того что-бы отметить наш юбилей. Кухня великолепная, а отношение коллектива это отдельная тема. Мы были как в окружении семьи! Ну и когда заиграл марш Мендельсона и нам вынесли вино и фейерверки, нет слов! Мы прослезились! Спасибо огромное всем! Мы вас любим!!!

Прекрасное место!
С выбором блюда и подходящего вина помогли (а хотелось чего-нибудь из национальной кухни), отлично обслужили (за неделю в Ереване повидала разные заведения). Отдельное спасибо одному из администраторов за советы и вовлечённость (к сожалению,не знаю имени, поскольку все бейджи на армянском. Моё основное блюдо было хапама с овощами и говядиной - потрясающе вкусно!
Современно, но с национальным колоритом.Полная посадка и бронирование даже на вечер понедельника оправданы. И нельзя не отметить очень адекватный ценник.
Действительно лучшее, что посетила в Ереване, остались только приятные впечатления.

Оооочень вкусно, атмосферно, обслуживание на ура, официанты доброжелательные, быстрые, с шутками, юмором, куча разнообразных коктейлей, из приготовления которых, официанты устраивают целое шоу! То же и с десертами. Приятный, живой звук, джаз.

Модный ресторан, рекомендую бронировать столик заранее. Мы не бронировали, пришли в ресторан около 17 ч, пришлось с полчасика подождать, пока освободился стол. Обслуживают очень быстро, всё вкусно: кавурма, люля, каре барашка (новозеландского почему-то😉), салат из помидоров, свежевыпеченный хлеб. Потрясающий коктейль "Помегранате", подача очень красивая, и коктейль вкусный!

Классный ресторан, ходили всей семьей, все остались довольны. Готовят восхитительно. Интерьер очень нестандартный, впечатляет. Только в последнее время, чтоб попасть туда, приходится бронировать за день или за два, из-за большого наплыва туристов.

I visited this restaurant in 2020 and finally visited it again, but not with my mother, but with my husband. The most delicious meat is here! Take a fillet of beef and you will not regret it! Homemade wine is beyond praise. The service is excellent.
But if we compare with 2020, the portions have become smaller, the prices are much higher (unfortunately, it's everywhere, but only in Sherep), but the food is just as delicious, and the waiters are very kind. A favorite place in all of Armenia!

Однозначно лучший ресторан в центре Еревана! Были удивлены качеством блюд и их невысокой стоимостью, по сравнению с остальными типа пафосными ресторанами города. Впервые официант отговорил нас голодных от лишнего блюда, и был прав! Мы и так всё не доели и забрали с собой! Обслуживание выше всяких похвал, десять с плюсом! Молодцы ребята - держите уровень, вы лучшие!

Отличная еда и прекрасная атмосфера. Очень понравилась стерлядь на гриле. Пальчики оближешь. Обслуживание на высшем уровне. Чтобы поужинать надо записываться заранее, так как желающих очень много и попасть просто на удачу просто не реально. Но попасть туда стоит обязательно! Вы не пожалеете!

It is strange to see a high mark at this institution. Maybe, of course, others were luckier than us.
Let's start with the service. Just at zero. The waiter could not suggest the dishes, did not know the recipe. The service is slow. It's just a disregard for guests without friendly hospitality. Just performing the "bring-take-away" function. When they left, neither the waiter nor the hostess said goodbye. It is clear that no one is engaged in staff training.
For food. We took a veal kebab, 70% of the plate is greens ... almost with roots and 4 pieces of hard meat. The chef has a strange idea about barbecue. The national soup is also an amateur. Each dish was not finished, and again, the waiter did not ask such a classic and elementary question: "did you like everything?".
It is a pity that the acquaintance with the national food in Armenia began from this place. A complete disappointment!

In general, it's not bad, but given the pricing policy and pretentiousness, I would like a better service, namely:
1. I booked a day in advance (+ confirmation in two hours), but when we arrived, I had to stand at the entrance for 5 minutes while the hostess went to look for a place for us.
2. The tables on the second floor are very close, when a dish is brought with a serving, it is placed very close to those who are sitting next to it. It's not very pleasant considering that some dishes are set on fire when served.
