Only negative emotions remained from visiting this place (05.11.2021). Sluggish waiters who can not be seen for half an hour, and as a result, call and place an order. We would have already made a button, since you have such problems in the absence of a huge workload. Moreover, when the waiters passed by the tables, it was apparently not customary for them to clean up the dishes with guests, because the table was filled with empty plates, and glasses too. An administrator who just stands in prostration at the reception and does not solve conflict situations.
The disgusting cocktail list. Specifically, I do not know how the bartenders of this institution work, but there was no alcohol in the cocktails at all. Serving these cocktails is also clearly not fun when you actually pay for a large piece of ice with their logo. The only thing that was normal and good were hookahs, so the hookah maker worked well on this shift.

We were celebrating a friend's birthday, there were 90+ of us. The waiters are very attentive, everything superfluous was quickly removed. The hot food was brought at the agreed time. Even the service and music were extended for an hour at our request. Thanks to Roma for that!

The service has dropped a lot. The previous two times (4 hookahs) were VERY strong, although they asked for below average. It was impossible to buy. The last time (08.01.2022) I asked for a hookah and waited 25!!! Minutes. No one came up to me. Although the hall was well loaded, if by 30%. They were standing at their counter, doing their own business.
I will not come to this institution anymore, although it used to be very nice here.

We were in this place for the first and last time!!!! My husband had a birthday, I booked a table in advance! She asked me to congratulate my husband! Take out a piece of cake ! As a result , they forgot everything ! The hungry ones left when the waiter began to take the order, most of the dishes were not on the menu (The salad that one ordered was greens (The only plus hookah was great! In general, a spoiled evening! We were hoping to have a good time with my husband ! As a result, the hungry left (I do not recommend this place!!!!! The kitchen is just awful!!!!!!!
