I was in this place for the first time.
I noted the following advantages for myself:
- it's quite spacious
- unusual and unique interior, well reflects the identity of the institution
- delicious cocktails (I advise you to try the cocktail "Lust" IT is DIVINE
- very quickly remove garbage from the table, speed without limits😂
Of the cons:
- there is not enough space for a dance floor
- they brought my tea to me for a very long time😞
As you can see, there are more pros than cons, so I advise you to visit😉

We were in this place with a noisy company one languid Saturday evening. The service is perfect, the staff is polite and courteous. The food is delicious, the hookah is decent, the disco is incendiary. What else is needed. A little more democratic is the price of alcohol - there would be no price for them!

We celebrated my sister's birthday.

It is declared as a restaurant for some reason , but in fact an ordinary hookah bar. We went with a group of girls, to be honest , I didn 't like it... The room was lit incredibly, this is of course understandable in a hookah bar, but the hood was turned on extremely rarely, so it wasn 't very, it hurt my eyes . The nutrition is also so-so, the Caesar salad is of course amazing))), it is stated with a shrimp, but in fact the shrimp did not even run next to it))) . And the meat is generally funny, weighing a hundred grams in total, if the weight is as in the menu, then it is most likely with a wooden dish together :))). And of course she killed right away , this is a dressing room, stupidly behind an improvised wall a couple of hangers , on which everything is in a pile and no one is looking at it , it's creepy.The only thing that is excellent there is a very pleasant staff. In general, we don't set foot there anymore.

Initially, our friends visited the "Cones" on Prytytsky. We ordered Jim Beam, but after drinking we realized that it wasn't him at all. After asking what the bartender poured, they answered briefly "Jim Beam". After the bartender realized that people understood what they were drinking, they apologized and paid for alcohol, which was simply diluted and replaced with cheap. The second situation occurred at a birthday celebration at Derzhinsky 57. Initially, we ordered a whole bottle of Jim Bean for the company, we opened it ourselves and there were no questions. After a while, we ordered 200 ml, which were brought in a decanter. There was no smell, comparing the two drinks, we realized that they were trying to deceive us once again. The situation was not settled in any way, but they simply said "We got it mixed up, poured Jameson." The mistake was also not immediately recognized. Dear heads of Bigwigs, please note that such situations are repeated.
P.S. In the end, as a result, the bill was recalculated 3 times, with completely different prices each time, but it was already a matter of principle, as you understand.

I booked a table through relax.by for three people in the shishka establishment.
She indicated both the time and how many people there would be, a mobile phone .
An SMS with the following content has arrived (We will send a response with the result of the booking in the near future).
The text message never arrived.
The administrator of the institution called back, and started asking everything again, and the time and how many people and what date, the mobile phone.
Why did I enter all the data through the site, and then, as a result, I said it all over again.
This is strange and incomprehensible to me.
The staff is polite at the establishment.
According to the menu, I wanted more variety.
For a long time I did not know what to choose to eat.
I chose a rizzota, it doesn't taste bad.
But the ice cream failed, it was not in the assortment as in the menu. They just brought the usual white ice cream.
But at the same time, when I made an order, the waiter did not warn me that there was only one ice cream left.
Well, I had to eat what they brought.
The mood was NOT spoiled.
But I would like to be warned if something is not available.

The first time I smoked a pure hookah for tea — there are no questions, everything was clear.
For the second time, I called my friends to the DR and the Bump let me down: the waiters approach for a long time, do not warn about the time of order readiness (and when they clarified, they heard 10 minutes, which in fact turned into all 30) + they carried wine for a long time (it would seem they took a bottle, glasses and carry)😵💫
There are no questions about food, it's delicious. Something needs to be done with the waiters
But it is worth noting how quickly the empty glasses were filled

The new menu is very small, it was difficult to choose a dish from our company, but it was delicious. The cocktail card is terrible. We tried half of it, there were many questions about certain positions: they brought mixed water with vodka and protein (the waiter said it would be sweet and sour), served cocktails with some chocolate powders, which, when mixed with a cocktail, it is unpleasant to drink because of the pieces of this powder, the cream curled in white Russian. It was impossible to pay with a card, but when applying the card, the terminal did not beep and there was no receipt with a refusal from the bank, I had to pay in cash.
Hookahs are super. There are no questions about the taste and approach of the hookah maker.

We celebrated a corporate party in this institution, we were very disappointed and I do not recommend it for visiting. We ordered 3 bottles of 0.5 martinis in deposit (it was agreed in advance). As a result, we came and there were 3 bottles of 1 liter each, no one paid attention to us, we thought we had mixed something up and so it should be. After all, we were billed a huge amount for these bottles, although we did not order them. Very beautifully deceived. When we wanted to resolve the conflict, we were very rude. Thanks for the ruined corporate party☺️
