An excellent shopping center within walking distance, which contains quite good shops.
I took off the stars for:
- there are a lot of schoolchildren on the food court who are just sitting on the phone, while taking up space, sometimes it is almost impossible to find a free table during rush hours;
- in some establishments on the 3rd floor, the price tag is too high, as for me, the price does not correspond to the quality of the dishes provided (cinnabon, shawarma city, pizza "patesserie");
- the cinema also raises the price tag a lot. A couple of times when visiting the movie, the seats were dirty, there was food on the floor.

Well, in general, there are a lot of empty pavilions for rent. Thierry's cafe is not bad with delicious pastries, coffee is normal. Parking is not very convenient and 90% of the time is occupied by 70 percent. But the main disadvantage is Sunday evening - parking spaces are occupied, there are a lot of cars, sometimes you can't park even under the overpass. If you suddenly get the crazy idea to go shopping at the palazzo on Sunday evening, it's better to put it out of your head and go somewhere else.
