Nice hotel. For vacationers without children. The attitude of the staff is polite. Unnecessary services are not imposed, they are offered. One disadvantage: dirty sunbeds on the beach. The rest is great. There are two swimming pools, one of them has slides like in a water park. The beach is 500 meters from the hotel. The beach is sandy. The sea is clear.

The hotel does not meet the 5* level in terms of quality of services.
Half of the rooms face a noisy street. We specially ordered a room with a sea view, as a result, the view was obscured by another hotel, and we admired the small courtyard of our hotel.
It is not located on the first line, from the beach to the hotel there is a slide.
The territory of the hotel is small, it will not be possible to walk around it.
The safe is paid.
Furniture, bathroom, plumbing do not shine with novelty.
It's an inconvenient time to eat, I've met such a schedule for the first time in 25 years. Breakfast starts at 7:30 (it's late), flows smoothly into brunch and lasts a long time as a result. Lunch and dinner are short. Dinner starts early and ends at half past eight (too early). We didn't see a late dinner, much less a night buffet.
The food is plentiful, but the variety is questionable (for example, 8 types of salads are variations of cucumbers, tomatoes, onions and greens, in fact, the same thing). The restaurant has exactly 3 types of wine, tasteless champagne and beer. There is a choice in the bar, but I can't give an assessment, I almost don't drink alcohol. There is a large assortment of desserts, but I liked only 2 (!). Fruits of average quality, but for me they are more important than all the rest of the food. You will not stay hungry, something will please you, but in general the level is average.
On the beach, some of the sunbeds are black from time to time, the mattresses on the sunbeds are old and torn at the seams. The sand in the sunbed area (the hotel's area of responsibility) was never cleaned, only the garbage was shaken out of special pots. The strip of sand between the sunbeds and the sea (common to vacationers from all hotels and locals coming for the weekend) was also not cleaned.
A beach towel is issued 1 time for the entire stay, replacement is paid.
A huge disadvantage is that the streets around the hotels and especially the road to the beach are polluted with garbage, they do not get rid of the word at all.
There is nowhere to walk around the hotel except the beach line.
Among the advantages of the hotel: the hotel is 18+, so it is quiet, clean and peaceful. The staff is friendly, but the smiles of the maid, the sculptures of sheets laid out by her and our regular tips did not contribute to the quality of cleaning in any way. Close to Manavgat (shopping) and Side (ancient ruins and an interesting tourist recreation area right on the ruins).
Conclusion: if you are not very demanding and spoiled, the hotel is quite suitable for living. The village where the hotel is located is dirty and dreary.

We took 10 nights for 165 tr. in the main building with a side view of the sea.. From 18.10.24 to 28.10.24.We arrived at the hotel at 8 a.m. They immediately put on bracelets and sent them to breakfast. After breakfast, we checked into the anex across the street, as there were no empty seats
The next day we were moved to a room with a sea view on the fifth floor plus a free safe. The food is good, the beach is close, alcohol is acceptable. The room is in good condition.For that kind of money, great!

They were at the end of July 2022. The room in the main building is nice, clean, cleaning was daily and stopped two days before departure, the food is good, more varied than before in Turkey: beef, lamb, chicken, turkey, side dishes everything possible, 4 types of fish, vegetables, tortillas are just great, fruits, watermelons, melons. Alcohol is scarce, cocktails are scarce, bottled wine, tuborg beer is average. It is not a very pleasant road to the beach, especially back to the hotel, up the hill, in the heat, dodging Turks flying in cars, the road is 200 meters. In the end, we walked along the path along the buildings of the reservation. The beach is dirty, tired mattresses for sun beds, but there was enough space for everyone, there is a bar on the beach where you can have lunch, drink water, soda and beer. Beach towels are changed for 1 euro. The entrance to the sea is beautiful, gentle, sandy.
Bottom line: you can go, the attitude is neutral, no one offended, rested quietly, a hotel with the concept of 18+, quietly, peacefully, not poisoned. We went shopping in Manavgat by minibus for 1 euro to Novomall, I advise you, very good prices. They paid everywhere with the mir card at the rate of 3.45 per lira. On the beach, if you go to the right along the seashore, you can see an amazing river with huge sea turtles.

We rested at the hotel from 10/26/2011 to 11/03/2011. We liked the hotel very much in terms of price-quality ratio. The check-in was quick without any additional charges. The room is on the 4th floor with a sea view. We were lucky with the weather, the air is 23-25 degrees, the water is 24 degrees. we swam and sunbathed every day. The entrance to the sea is gentle, the bottom of the sand is not deep. the water is transparent. I liked the food. the food was served by themselves. there is a cafe with cakes. The hotel is beautifully decorated. This is the worst hotel I've ever stayed in. There are dogs at the reception who can't be asked any questions. There is no WIFI in the rooms!!! When I asked where the WiFi was, I was told, "if you don't like it, you can leave tomorrow." Very rude staff! They don't respond to requests at all. I asked for a blanket, but they didn't bring it. The air conditioner blows right into the bed. She was covered with some kind of thin blanket. Even in 3-star hotels there are mini shower kits (shampoo, shower gel, cotton swabs, etc.) there is also no such thing here! Towels went through the Afghan war, they are just black, washed, and even they are not changed during cleaning! A very old, tortured hotel. Treating you like trash.
There is enough food, the restaurant has normal staff. The beach is dirty , the water is dirty with mud. The hotel is definitely not 5 stars. It is better not to approach the reception, rudeness is like in our free clinics. Don't believe the pictures on the Internet - reality is very different from photos! I'm not going to Turkey anymore!

Great hotel, I liked everything! We rested from 25.07 to 3.08.2021. Good food, quite varied, lots of meat (beef, lamb, chicken and turkey), excellent beach. The room is clean, the maids cleaned it regularly. The staff is polite, they don't understand Russian well...but they still somehow guess that they want them). Of the disadvantages, I will note the animation - in my opinion, it is boring... for an amateur.
Overall, very positive impressions.

The hotel is 2 in total and 0 in comparison with the European most unpretentious hotels.
Don't get fooled by reviews of a variety of food. There is nothing to eat from the word at all. Everything fried is fried in engine oil in the third round. Even the vegetables managed to spoil - with mold and a taste of a noisy highway. There are flies on desserts, and leftovers from previous eaters on "clean" plates.
There is no noise insulation - we listen to the cleaners from 8 am through two walls as if we were sitting face to face.
The clean sea is the merit of nature, not the hotel.

We arrived at the hotel after dinner. We were first fed, then taken to a room with a sea view) I was happy! The room is on the 6th floor, there are 3 elevators, one of them is glass with a wonderful view of the sea. They give slippers, shampoo, shower gel, soap. Towels are changed every day, the bed is made and cleaning is also done every day, even on weekends. Wi-Fi is free, it catches everywhere, even on the beach (worse than in a hotel), sometimes it just disappears completely. The beach is 300 meters from the hotel, it is better not to walk from the front entrance, it is closer. There are drinks on the beach, they are fed according to the schedule. They give you a beach towel for free 1 time, it is already paid to change it. The food is delicious, I really liked fish. The staff is friendly, but they don't speak much Russian. If you really need to, they will always find a Russian speaker and understand what you want to say. There is a free hammam and sauna, the work schedule is only not very intrusive and they offer paid services. In general, I liked everything very much.

We went from 08/24/22 to 04/28/22 from the Bible. Meeting and departure, I will not say ... check-in at the hotel, arrived at 9 a.m., put on bracelets, sent for breakfast, no questions. The room is an economy option, they settled in without money at 12.00, although they offered money, they refused. The hotel is solid 3+. Nothing is poured on the beach except beer, fanta, sprite. They give Ayran, on the condition that they burn in front of the Russians when they give it to the Germans. And so they constantly tell you, the finish ... the economy rooms are good, there is no claim, but this is a separate rental standing closer to the sea, go to eat and drink in the lobby bar, have breakfast, lunch and dinner, you have to walk about 30 steps. These rooms are completely unsuitable for pensioners, although there is a quiet quiet, its own mini area. The room cleaning was excellent, the only thing was to ask for blankets, and a tea set, because they were not in the room. There are no extra pillows, no toilet kits. Soap and gel in dispensers. Water 2 bottles of 0.5 are put every day. As for the food, you will not stay hungry, but there is absolutely nothing to eat.... There is no lamb, beef is rare, chicken is welcome in any form. French fries all the time, there are few side dishes, olives and pickles, you will not eat. Although how can they be spoiled. The hotel did not spend its money, although + for the sea and the beach, there are enough sun loungers., but.... The best ones are occupied by a mattress carrier for Germans, every morning. What surprised me was that the beach towels are changed every 3 days. Or for 1 euro, it's just an achtung. Even in Egypt, the 3* is changed every day. In the bar you will be Russian, they will pour beer into plastic, Germans into glass, they deserve the best. The staff does not speak boom boom in Russian, or they pretend that they do not understand. The attitude is so-so.... For 2+, you don't even want to tip them. At lunch and dinner, you can't wait for drinks, you have to go to the bar yourself and ask for a pour, and they will say there are no clean dishes, wait. Wi-Fi works only in the main building throughout the territory, there is simply no Wi-Fi in the economy room building. The only plus of this holiday is a nice room, a condo, a beach and the sea. Once again, you won't even go to the bar for lunch and dinner because of these stairs. A maximum of 3+, the hammam and sauna were not used, because you will not get there just like that without a procedure, although it is free. And yes, I forgot to write, the anti-sanitation is complete, that breakfast, lunch and dinner, forks, plates are all dirty, plastic cups are all dirty, take a drink tube.

We stayed at this hotel from 15.082012 to 23082022. This is the worst place in all of Turkey. The rest has been ruined since day 1. The room for 3 was given a 2-bed, and they tried to put 3 beds in, there would be no passage at all. Russian Russian is a problem to solve the issue with the administrator, Boris, who poorly understands Russian and seems to hate Russians, was rude and left, as a result, they gave a 3-bed room, for 3 adults one 2-double bed and 1 child's bed. It is very far to the beach, the road along the roadway is past piles of garbage. There are a lot of locals on the beach in their clothes and a bunch of kids. The memories of this hotel are all the worst. The food is monotonous, there have been soured salads more than once. Shampoo and gel were brought to the shower on the 4th day, for 3, 2 scanty bottles, cleaning 1 time in 3 days. A towel for the beach was issued on the day of arrival and if you want to change it, everything is paid. It's not 5+!!!! Weak "three"

There are two swimming pools on the territory of the hotel, each pool has bars with decent alcohol and cocktails. The biggest plus is that the hotel is 18+!!! We went to the hammam, super! The boys do the massage perfectly, I don't remember exactly, my Archie is the name of one of them, thank you! There are a lot of shops near the hotel, there is something to buy! I recommend it to everyone, I'm going to visit it again!

I had a vacation here in June 2019.
The design and architecture are very beautiful, the food is varied (all inclusive), the rooms are clean. There are 2 swimming pools, a bar. The hotel, and Side itself, is for a relaxing holiday. If you do not like a lot of screaming children and fuss, then you are here. The hotel is 18+.
It takes 10-15 minutes to get to the beach from the hill on foot, although you will have to walk back to the hill, but it didn't bother me at all. There are also sun loungers under the canopy and a cafe on the beach.
Of the cons: I personally didn't like the animation. It's more for people over 40. It was only an interesting foam party. There is a club, but I usually did not observe people there and did not hang out (music again for another age category)

I've never had such a disgusting vacation in my life.
I bought into the 5* and the positive reviews, like many. Who writes such reviews is an outright lie. Everyone I talked to at the hotel was shocked, so I'm no exception.
I'll give you examples, if you don't believe me, you can go yourself and see everything with your own eyes.
I arrived at the hotel at 20.30 – the restaurant (or rather the cheap canteen) was already closed. I tried to eat something in the LOBBY bar – there is nothing to eat. Generally. I was immediately offered a beer, I said I would drink wine. 10 euros. Then, of course, it was free, but the staff took advantage of the fact that I was tired, shocked and decided to just sell me for 10 euros. And suddenly it will roll.
About this bar – all drinks, without exception, are diluted so that it is almost impossible to drink it. They even manage to breed beer in some way.
The room is furnished with old furniture. The plumbing is all dead, my shower stall never closed. So do others. From soap accessories – only diluted gel. The word diluted is in everything.
In the room, only the mattress was good, the pillows were stone. It's not possible to sleep on them, so I slept without a pillow for a week. Towels have never been changed, bed linen 1 time. Just before leaving, apparently, so that the new tenants do not change. The safe in the room is firstly paid 2 euros per day, and secondly – a huge iron cabinet with a real barn lock. You just don't understand where to put it😊)). There are two Russian channels – one is advertising, the second is religious. But German, American ones . There are as many as 39 English news items.
Dining room – I lost 2 kg in a week. Well, at least something nice, I didn't know that it was possible on ALL inc. Firstly, the unsanitary conditions are indescribable. The tables are always greasy, the appliances are often unwashed. The waiters offer drinks in the evening only to groups, if you are alone, no one will approach you. Get in line yourself. Glasses are 90% just plastic cups. I have already written about diluted drinks and coffee. Everywhere. Coffee is just a disgusting tinted goo. From the juices is the diluted essence of something. Once there were no appliances, I decided to take them myself, opened the cabinet where the forks and knives are – and miraculously, there were cigarette butts along with the forks and knives. And so it is in everything.
The food is monotonous, there is only one soup per week. And so eggs, some kind of chicken sometimes (it was not bad when there was fried chicken.) But, apparently, they care about our health, so they just cooked the chicken so as not to bother. And they put it torn to pieces. Her people didn't eat much, so she was weathered, but she was stubbornly served at the next meal. In this hotel, in general, everything that is not finished for breakfast goes to lunch, and then to dinner. There are many different rolls, and their butter-fried buns or bread. As well as an abundance of French fries. It was a pity to watch people choke on bread and potatoes. There have always been cucumbers and tomatoes from vegetables. Once there was a Bulgarian pepper, very tasty. Cabbage of 4 types – simply sliced, with raisins, with carrots, with onions. But a lot. Fish – one kind – I didn't like – I don't like river fish, it has a specific taste. But, people liked it, so it's good. At least it was fresh.
From fruits – apples, melon, plum, pear. Everything. There were a lot of sweets. I don't really eat it. But I tried. It's not tasty. And everyone who asked the question answered, everything is very sweet and tastes exactly the same.
What's on the beach, I mean the bar – you just can't eat there. It was even disgusting to look at it.
The hotel does not have its own territory. This is another disadvantage, well, let's just say it is as it is.
The road to the beach is 5 minutes. The road does not belong to the hotel, but it is just a continuation of the mud into which you are being sucked. It is terrible, and there is a garbage dump in front of the entrance to our beach. By evening, there is an unimaginable nightmare of garbage and waste.
The beach itself – I've never seen it cleaned. Cheap sun beds, which they throw at you, if you ask, some kind of creepy canvas mattresses. Which were once orange in color. And now it's something burnt out and torn.
The pools are small and dirty. I didn't go to the saunas, I was afraid of catching some kind of infection. But, I asked those who took the risk. I realized my decision was right.
There is no animation – in the evening everyone is yelling at karaoke and that's it.
The only plus is good Wi–Fi both in the hotel and on the beach. It's all.
If it seems to someone that I'm exaggerating, you can go there and just add to my review.
Actually, this is the first time I'm writing, but I realized it needs to be done. You've been waiting for a vacation for a long time, preparing and dreaming. And when you get into this. For the first time I was looking forward to going home.

The package includes a standard room with a side sea view. In the morning, when meeting with a representative of the tour company, we told the situation with the room, we were changed to a great room on the 3rd floor with a view of the sea. Room cleaning was done every day, shower detergents were not installed 2 times, the floors were washed 1 time, the bed was not changed once in 10 days. The cleaning staff was met in the corridor, she offered to change the bed for 5 euros!!! This is generally a mess.To change a beach towel for 2 euros! The safe is paid 2 euros per day!! This hotel is not like 5, it barely pulls at 4. We have been to Turkey 12 times, we have not seen this anywhere in 5.The food is normal, no frills.On the beach, the bar has only beer, coffee, pepsi, fanta, tea. The hotel is 1/10. But about everything in order.
P.s. We have been resting for a week.
1. Very dirty dishes (forks, plates, etc.) - sometimes you have to sort through 5-7 plates from a stack to find a more or less clean one (the reviews below confirm you);
2. Terrible noise insulation in the rooms (you will hear other vacationers talking at one o'clock in the morning, despite the fact that they are still walking 20 meters from your room);
3. Again about food. To be honest, I do not understand who writes positive reviews about her (if these are those who are in Turkey or abroad for the first time (I have nothing bad against them), then this fact explains something at least). There is meat, yes. Fish too. But it's impossible to eat them! For some, the norm is when the same meat is fried several times in the same engine oil, and the morning sausage, which they did not have time to eat (which the workers themselves do not hide) and on which flocks of flies sat (of which, without exaggeration, there are many), but definitely not for us;
4. Attitude towards Russians. There's nothing to say, everything seems to be fine. Many of the staff know Russian (which is the norm for Turkish cities!);
5. It is doubtful to attribute the sea to the hotel (it is unlikely that cleanliness is conjured from the reception). The beach seems to be cleaned, but it doesn't seem to be. The sand is clearly not sifted (or simply does not have time), so by the week of rest, the lying garbage both at the sun beds and at the water becomes the "norm";
6. There is no animation. Well, this is for young people, because the guests are mostly people over 50. No comments here;
7. Again about food - here people write about diversity, but all this diversity boils down to a dozen dishes that are prepared from day to day (well, maybe the cakes and soup were changed several times). I assure you that you will get tired of it soon, especially if you are not ready to "diversify" your diet by switching from scrambled eggs to omelet (alas, there will be no more);
8. Freshly squeezed orange juice is offered at breakfast (but the taste gives off some kind of chemistry, which may have been processed by the fruit), on the third day a severe allergy began. This has never happened before, we have not eaten or drunk anything else (for a healthy diet);
9. It's still a long way to the beach (but here it's subjective, because we usually went to the first coastline);
10.There are practically no normal restaurants or cafes around where you could make up for the lack of food in the hotel;
11. Lack of a cleaning schedule. Your room can be cleaned at 14:00, or you can start breaking down from 8:45 (when you decided to rest a little more and get enough sleep), despite the latched door. They'll probably say about the warning on the door handle, but I still think the schedule is important;
12. The cleaning is mediocre - we constantly had sand on the floor in the room;
13. There is Wifi, but it reached our floor very poorly, the phone connects in the dining room and on the beach, but it does not load anything (this is not only my case). Therefore, it is better to go with your Internet (the same Vodafone downloads everywhere without problems).
As a result, from the good:
1. An ordinary Turkish hotel, far from corresponding to 5 stars (in comparison with similar ones in the same Antalya);
2. There are many shops nearby (which also have a limited assortment, annoying for 2-3 days);
3. Clean and warm Mediterranean Sea (as in the whole of Turkey);
4. Partly polite staff;
5. Many people know Russian at least somehow (as in many Turkish hotels!);
6. We did not swim in the pool and on the Slides - therefore we cannot say how "chemical" they are (bleach).
P.s.s. In Turkey, we have already vacationed in Europe for the fifth time, and believe me, there are many hotels with better conditions for the same price!
Don't make our mistake and don't get fooled by good reviews.
