We rested here with my mother in the middle of August 2021. We lived on the top floor, the view from the balcony was on the road and neighboring hotels (not bad), the noise did not interfere, nothing was heard.
The hotel is beautiful, the furniture is good, the renovation is not worn out. The elevators are very small for 2 people, they walk very strangely. The hotel has a spa area where you can take a shower and go to the sauna for free. Beach towels are provided, but if you want to change, you will have to pay 1 euro. The food was good, varied, there were a lot of fruits, fish, meat, vegetables, snacks. There is a restaurant that is open 24 hours, so the hotel does not issue lunch boxes. But! By 3 a.m. in this restaurant, everyone eats everything and the trays are empty, so if you go on an excursion and leave at night, then think about food in advance. Coffee, tea, water, juice, ayran are all free around the clock in the bar or in this restaurant. The beach bar is open from 10:00 to 15:30, where you can have lunch if you do not want to go to the hotel. The beach is a 3-minute walk along a paved road, everything is clean. The hotel is for adults only, but there are a lot of screaming children from neighboring hotels on the beach in the bathing area of this hotel. The room was cleaned every day, the sheets were changed every two days. The tank was broken, but no one fixed it. The hotel management refused to pay a compliment on my birthday. The hotel is far from 5ka, it used to be called Flower, the design and renovation remained, but there is simply no service. Everything was poured into beautiful glass glasses for Europeans, and Russians, Ukrainians and Poles were poured into plastic reusable glasses)) racism, chauvinism? Outspoken! We flew from Coral, Anastasia was a guide at the hotel, but she did not help us at all: she did not tell us about sightseeing tours (fortunately we read on the Internet in advance), she said about currency exchange that they change at the reception, but they refused to change dollars into lira (in nearby shops they also refused to change us) She said to order lunch boxes, and when they were not given to us, she did not respond to the message. I don't want to return to this hotel anymore and we will not fly anywhere else with the Coraltrevel tour operator. There is also a bar with tea, coffee and desserts at the reception. For an additional fee, you can try real Turkish coffee. On the beach, for 3 dollars, you can drink a delicious smoothie or eat ice cream. There are many shops around. The animation in the hotel is poor, we went once, there was a karaoke evening, well, that kind of thing. I ordered a hookah by the pool in the shop, it costs $ 10, bargained for 7. The hookah is good, smoked for 2-2.5 hours. In general, it's not bad, if you don't be picky. Food, sea, booze- everything you need to eat) but tours to this hotel are expensive. For this money, you can go to a real 5K. We had 110 thousand rubles for two on 6 nights.

This is an assessment for the hotel bartenders! I am currently in the department. I haven't seen anything like it yet. Russophobia in Java! Dear administration, if you want Russians to come to you, change the staff of all bars or then remove the hotel from the reservation for us! Russians are not served, plastic glasses, while Germans are poured from another stack into normal ones. Germans are offered drinks, they are served on tables, the Russians beg for them to just pour normally in the bar itself. It's the same in the restaurant, the waiters pretend that we are not there! There is no place to go in the evenings, there is not even music, animation of any kind at all... We did not wait for the Turkish evening. Of the advantages, the food is more or less and the beach. You can not take a room for the road categorically, you can only sleep in birusha.

Great hotel! We had a family vacation back in 17, he was 4*, a delicious varied menu, -there are not enough ordinary soups without seasonings and pepper, my son was 9 months old, ate everything, got to Eid al-Adha for dinner there was lamb)) rooms are cleaned daily, towels are changed, there is always water, a comfortable place, 5 minutes to the beach, lunch on the beach is excellent! We were in the midst of quarantine on 02.11.2020, our relatives chose the tour, we joined. it cost a penny, so no complaints.
The filling was average, so we did not experience any special inconveniences.
The room is fine, the seaview was +$35 at the end of November.
Everything worked flawlessly, was not noisy, smelled nothing, everything was in good condition.
The food is simple, but there is enough of everything. We ate a lot of fresh greens.

Fruits were plentiful, sweets too.
Coffee in the vending machine is bullshit) Turkish coffee is brewed for $ 1 at the bar, there is also a European coffee bean, I took it, but so-so.
The alcohol is local, not terrible. Gin, rose wine is quite drinkable, I didn't even have a headache after.
The only thing is, the spouse bought stupid cocktails at the club downstairs. Don't do that! $9 for something) the same local alcohol mixed with colored syrup be)

The beach was free, so I can't tell you how it is in season.
The entrance is sandy.

I was on vacation with a friend from August 13 to August 20, 2020 (we are 39 and 29 years old) I have been to Turkey many times, at all resorts. We planned a relaxing holiday, a clean beach-tan, without acquaintances and hangouts, since we are attached ladies. In principle, I liked everything, they feed for slaughter, there is everything! Except for normal soups, but there are none in Turkey) Of the disadvantages, I can name only 1, they give one key to one number... it doesn't matter how many people live, it's sooo uncomfortable, it's the first time I've encountered this and there was no limit to indignation, I had to coordinate everything with a friend) or always walk together, it's not comfortable at all. By the way, the sea was clean for 2 days, mostly waves bringing a lot of algae. The contingent is mostly elderly, all in pairs. There are few Russians, many Poles, Czechs and Ukrainians. The air conditioning in the rooms is unrealistically powerful, and it is not regulated, it had to be covered with a thick curtain, since it is impossible without air conditioning at this time.

We were at this hotel from November 1 to November 13, 2020. Excellent beach, wonderful sea and bottom (sand) walk from the hotel for 5 minutes at a slow pace. The staff is excellent and helpful. Our room was on the ground floor, with a beautiful view of the garden. The food is a bit monotonous, but here the question is who is going for what. The drinks are so-so, but the rose wine is quite good. Overall, we really liked it. It's certainly not five stars, but then again, who's going for what. We are across the sea, so the impressions are positive. In general, Turkey is beautiful in November, I recommend it to everyone!

About the hotel: this is the first time in Turkey, I can only compare it with Egypt). Turkey is losing.
One of the advantages of the hotel is that there are no children. Not far from the beach (5 minutes), sandy beach. Cleaning is done daily, but linen and towels are not changed.
Cons- Turks want money for everything! What kind of all-inclusive is this, if the safe is for a fee, the beach towel is changed for a fee, the refrigerator in the room is empty (in Egypt, the first filling is free), they ask for an additional 65 bucks about the view from the room to the supposedly sea... They only like baksheesh, which they began to hint about even on the bus for the driver (if it weren't for the repeated reminder that I almost had to pay the driver, then I might have thrown rubles into their box, and so they went into the woods, shish, not baksheesh to them).
There is no animation. Two lazy animators. Monotonous contests of some kind from 10 to 11 pm, went once, left for nothing, darts by the pool in the afternoon, that's it. There were live music, concerts and dance programs in Egypt.
Food: you won't stay hungry, chicken, fish, rice, French fries were constantly, but there were problems with meat, it was with vegetables or mushrooms, it ended very quickly and they put mushrooms and vegetables to you, and a piece of meat if it gets). The baking is so-so. Halva is delicious. There were watermelons, apples, plums, and grapes. Peaches were running out fast, you won't have time, you won't get it. The coffee is tasteless, watery!
Beer, wine, vodka, whiskey, Cola, no problem.
The beach bar is also passable, we had lunch there once.
There were queues periodically. Sometimes it was too lazy to stand behind tomatoes and olives, having defended the main set.
The impression is that the Turks want to make up for lost time over the summer and bend prices for everything. They are very reluctant to trade.

The staff is adequate, unobtrusive. The sea is 4 minutes at a calm pace. The territory of the hotel is small and very cozy. Free on-site sauna, hammam, night club, warm pool, two outdoor and two slides. WiFi is free everywhere. A good selection of alcohol and cocktails.

We had a rest in early October 2021, bought a package tour. There was an Anex Room on the tour, such rooms are not located in the main building, but across the street. Therefore, we upgraded the room to Sea View for a fairly small amount of money - less than 1000 rubles per day.
It is 400 meters to the sea, about 5-7 minutes. A beach with fine sand. The entry into the sea is smooth.
The hotel itself is pretty good, but it's definitely not 5 stars. The room has everything and works - TV, kettle, air conditioning. Cleaning every day, very persistent.
The food is not bad. There is a small variety, but without frills. Vegetables and fruits in unlimited quantities. There are free desserts, but all are bland and tasteless except for the national Turkish ones.
There is nothing interesting on the street except clothing stores. You can get to the center of Manavgat or Side in 6 liras. There is a landscaped promenade area on the beach 700 meters south of the hotel beach. It takes 40 minutes to walk to Side.

Let's start with the room: I had to pay extra and take another one, the rooms are in the style of the 90s (very small and shabby, the furniture is old, the bathroom and toilet are also shabby, in the morning the room smells of sewage. The safe is paid 2 euros per day, locked with a key (regular). Towels are provided, but a replacement costs 1 euro!!! This is something new for me! Linen and cleaning are normal, every day). The territory is very small, there is nowhere to walk. Two pools, everything is fine there) clean and decent, the slides really do not work according to schedule (if they want to turn on, but if they don't want to, no). It takes 10 minutes to walk to the sea, there is a private beach, the sea is warm, the sand is fine and pleasant. Bars and lobbies are open from 10 a.m., beer and cocktails are delicious) Now about the restaurant!!! The queues are endless, especially for lunch and dinner. However, there is a late breakfast and a late dinner) if someone did not have time! You can't wait for the waiter, they ask what to bring and just forget ((( you have to go for drinks yourself. There are no paper napkins on the tables, we take them from the room. The food is monotonous, the same thing every day. Of course, we didn't go hungry, but we wanted a variety. Very tasty pita bread!!! No baking, everything is so bright) cheerful, green and pink, the colors are not natural, like from a cheap bakery!!! But baklava deserves attention!!! They only took her!!! I am currently in this hotel and reading the reviews that are being written here. There are a lot of hyped reviews with a rating of 5*. There is almost no territory, 2 small pools, 10-15 sun beds each. Don't believe the cameramen's photos, I don't understand how I fell for it. The staff is very rude. If you speak Russian, they will pull the plate out from under your nose, even if you are holding a fork in your hand at that moment, they can shake the tablecloth in front of your face. If you speak English or German (we know both languages with the girl), the staff thinks that you are German and offers to bring drinks and start running around. I personally saw how the restaurant administrator threatened a guy who expressed indecency because he had to beg for 4 baklava for 2 with a girl. It was sold as all-inclusive, but I had to beg for food in the literal sense. Alcohol in the bar is like in 3* hotels. You can read reviews about Hazal wine. That's what they pour here. We tried another alcohol once for the sake of interest, a complete bormat of local production.
They require masks, although among the staff, every second person works with a mask on his chin and without gloves. There is animation, but it would be better not to have it😂 such a bottom...

I liked this hotel, good service, polite staff. Be careful when buying a tour, the anex room is located in another building across the street. It's not very convenient. The heated pool is only inside the building, and is small in size. The hotel does not have its own territory. It's a five-minute walk to the sea, there's even a wai wai fishing here. The animation is so-so, for a drunken crowd it is full of norms, for children I did not see anything at all. There is a Hammam, Spa, fitness, billiards. A lot of elderly people come here. The food is great, desserts, alcohol as much as you want. Water is free. At the reception, when checking in, they want money for a good room, as everywhere else. But it is better not to quarrel with the Turks. If you solve the issues intelligently, then you will rest accordingly. there is no exchanger in the vicinity.

If you have chosen economy accommodation, then you will be accommodated in nearby apartments ... here, as luck would have it, someone is closer to the sea, and someone is above the shops with all sorts of junk.

We had a vacation with my husband at the end of October 2020. Arriving at the hotel, we were immediately offered to move from the additional building to the main one for $ 45, my husband paid extra .... they gave us a view almost to the sea)) the tree was in the way...
when we went up to the room, we were shocked and very upset... we have not seen such a 5 in 4 years in Turkey ((( the room is shabby, this is one thing, the bar was empty only a bottle of 1.5 liters of water and when it ran out, no one brought us more water ((the same story with disposable cups... and even with toilet paper... it was brought only when the roll was really over))) The warm blankets were put away in the closet, there was only a bedspread in their place... Once the cleaning lady said that I wanted a duvet cover or at least simple ones. No, she didn't understand me that way... there were experiments, I took out blankets and put them on the bed, hoping that they would put on a duvet cover, but alas, a miracle did not happen... I had to steal sheets from their trolley))) and then hide it in the closet every morning...
food? It's like Groundhog Day... It's the same thing every day... we don't know who gave them 5 stars... this is a good 3k no more. If I took a picture of the name of the hotel every time, so as not to forget the name of a good hotel,. Then I really want to forget this hotel ...

Terrible hotel! The worst one I've ever seen! It was in 2021, in August. It's a disgusting place! The worst thing that can happen is dirty dishes, dirty tables, dirty waiters' clothes! We went on vacation in January 2021. We went to 5ku, arrived at 3ku! In quarantine conditions, the service is terrible! The hotel itself is not bad, everything is new, 500 meters from the sea.
But they also go to all inclusive for service! Pools and spas are closed. (and we were told about it 3 days before departure) The food is meager -greasy and half overdue! The fish is all overcooked, the vegetables are already on their last legs, and it is not possible to eat buns with some kind of filling on top, coffee (choose at least a latte, even a cappuccino) this is a 3in1 powder. The entire staff does not want to do anything. The only answer to everything is Coronavirus. If you don't tip him (and not once, but every time), he won't budge. Wi-fi hardly worked anywhere. And alcohol is just "swill"! You don't really get sick from it. We got poisoned and many people in the hotel. The hotel consists of 99% of Russians (this is for information 😃) EVERYONE is dissatisfied, many did not come for the 1st time - they are upset! The dinner on December 31, for which people paid, was canceled and did not want to give any documents about its cancellation.
There are no bathrobes.
The weather was great, we swam in the sea (the beach bar is closed)
We went on excursions on our own (the fare is not expensive and everything is written on buses, they understand Russian)
BUT apart from clothing stores, nothing else works (no excursions, no cafes, no entertainment of any kind)
I do NOT recommend the hotel

I liked everything, the location is close to the center of Side. the beach is a pleasant sand. The food is plentiful and quite high-quality, especially a lot of desserts. The restaurant has a buffet, the food is excellent! Breakfast, brunch, lunch, late lunch, coffee break, dinner, late dinner + at night you can come to the restaurant to eat. You won't stay hungry. I went with a guy, I'm 25 years old, he's 28. We took a tour for 13 days from October 9 to October 21, 2020.
I'll start with the pros:
1. The hotel is 18+, there are no eternally screaming children and mothers, but the majority of people are 50+, so that's a dubious plus, of course.
2. The sea is warm, relatively clean, the entrance is gently sloping sand, we swam a little to the right of the base with water activities.
3. We liked the spa center, hammam and massage, thank you to the staff.
4. Upon arrival, they ask for $ 65 for a room with a sea view, we were given, in principle, a good room on the 6th floor with a mountain view, but judging by the reviews of the guys, the rooms on the first floors are much worse. The room is good, not a 5-star Radisson, but you can live, the only thing is that the bathroom is not very comfortable, the shower is so-so.
Minuses:
1. The attitude of the staff towards Russians is very boorish, if you start speaking English, they immediately blossom and start licking you, thinking that you are German.
2. The food is mediocre, the fruits are tasteless, there is no meat (either poultry or fish), almost the same thing every day, there is not much choice, and it's okay if everything was delicious, but no. Drinks are included in the price, namely, diluted soda, juice with dye and sugar, water, beer and locally produced alcoholic beverages. Water and beer are fine, it's better not to drink the rest. The coffee is diluted with water, the tea is also kind of strange.
3. The room was poorly cleaned, the floors were dirty, I had to walk in slippers, linen and towels are changed like once every three days, but this is inaccurate, not every day. The bed linen is clean without stains, but the towels are just some kind of trash, we had wine stains that were not washed, with some black spots, the color of the towels is not white, but washed gray, in 13 days they were changed only once to completely clean white towels.
4. They give free beach towels (as in all five in Turkey), BUT to change dirty to clean you need to pay 1€. Take a 10-day tour and go to the beach with a dirty towel, or pay 1€ each time for a clean one.
5. The hotel is located on the second line, 5 minutes to the sea, but walk along the road along which garbage is falling through the bushes and cars are driving. The beach from the hotel is, to put it mildly, so-so, the sun beds are very old and gray, there are soft mattresses for sun loungers, which are not enough for everyone, it is dirty. And so there is enough space for everyone.
6. The territory of the hotel, or rather its complete absence.
7. There is no animation, a disco in the style of the 80s with a Gentle May.
The hotel does not even reach 4*, there is no question of any 5 stars.
I do not recommend this hotel if you are 18-35 years old and you like active recreation and delicious food.
If you are 40+, it doesn't matter to you what quality the food is and you only like to lie by the sea, without entertainment in the morning and evening from the animation side, then for an adequate price this hotel will suit you.

We had a rest from February 15 to 22, we really liked everything, although we did not swim in the sea, but the water was tolerable, it was colder in the courtyard pool. And we swam in the indoor pool. The rooms are good, everything worked properly, the water is hot around the clock. A 5-star hotel does not pull. There is almost no territory of its own. It takes 7-10 minutes to walk to the beach in the sun along the road with piles of garbage. Beach towels are provided for free for the first time, but each replacement will cost 1 euro. There are no bathrobes or slippers in the rooms. Shampoos, gels and toilet paper are rarely added. I have to ask. Do not take room 314 and next to it - the worst view that can be - on the roof of the hall.
There are plenty of sun beds on the beach at any time. On the beach there is a toilet, changing cabins, a shower, a bar with free water. The sea was dirty during the unrest. There is a bus from the hotel to the beach and back at certain times.
The old town is about 10 minutes away by minibus. You can walk along the shore for about an hour. Manavgat is about 20 minutes away. There is a Carrefour nearby across the street.

We rested in early October, the sea is warm, there was a storm and light rains for 2 days. The room is decent, there are no complaints about the staff.The biggest disadvantage is the dusty and unsafe road to the beach, along which buses with vacationers, trucks and mopeds of beach workers are constantly scurrying.(there are no sidewalks) There are smelly landfills on the sides of the road. The second disadvantage is the monotonous and tasteless food.The dining room is cramped, tables with stale napkins.. I compare it with the dining room at the Iron Ambassador Hotel - there are only delightful epithets!Chefs in Alegria- learn from them and learn! And yet - we took a ride on a 5-deck yacht along the seashore - we thought it would be a quiet walk with sunbathing on sun loungers, with a guide - it turned out that we got to a youth disco - the decibel level was off the scale, I thought the eardrums would burst - the guide did not warn that this was a cruise for young people.In general, I do not recommend this hotel for people 50+..

A wonderful hotel! Everything is just wonderful! I recommend it to everyone! There is a nuance... A holiday hotel without children. For some it's a plus, for others it's a minus.
