The entrance to the sea is flat, but you need to walk 50 meters to a place where you can swim, shallow. The hotel is aimed at Germans. The staff does not treat Russians carefully. Also, for Russians, their rooms are not a very good location.

We rested from 09.10-20.10.22. When we checked in, we experienced a specific shock. We were settled in the 2nd building, which is behind the main one, room 6112 standard, so it turned out that all even-numbered rooms in this building have access to the wall of the neighboring hotel, which is 5 meters away and the sun never gets into the room window, i.e. you are like in a well. I must say right away that in principle I did not give money at the reception in order to get a better room. Unfortunately, there was no comment about such rooms in any review, and it is clear that you will not find photos with such a view in the hotel's advertisement. Of course, we can say that we did not come to sit on the balcony, but I do not think that anyone would have expressed a desire to live in such a room. The price for such a room should be an order of magnitude lower, otherwise it turns out to be a lottery, someone gets a room with a view of the palm trees and the pool, and someone has a view of the wall of a neighboring hotel, where you can almost reach the opposite balcony with your hand. I mean, the ticket cost us 2,700 euros for 10 days, and this is a lot of money and we should not experience any inconvenience for such money. Such rooms are even a big minus for 3* hotels, but for 5* it is simply unacceptable. Otherwise, everything was fine, in general, I liked the rest, but once again there is absolutely no desire to participate in the lottery of the hotel.
An excellent hotel with a large number of foreign tourists (Germans, Poles). The staff is helpful. The food is very varied. There is always enough space in the restaurant. The queue passes quickly. There are three pools, one of them is suitable for swimming at night!! There is a huge beach with lots of sun beds. In general, thanks for the rest! I recommend it!
This is not the first time in Turkey. The hotel as a whole is not bad. Quick check-in. Average room cleaning, but generally clean. The rooms are large. We had a rest in the middle of June 2022. Everything is fine, the only inconvenience is probably, as noted in Valery Ivanov's review about the proximity of one side of the second building to the neighboring hotel. We were in the first building ourselves, but I agree with Valery's remark.
The hotel is not bad, but it does not pull for 5. There is nothing for Russians to do there. 97% are Germans. All the waiters serve them first. The Germans give money for every step. The food is normal. However, there is no variety of fruits. The beach is nice and big.

It's very crowded, queues for everything. The choice of dishes is not rich. One of the advantages is the beach and access to the sea, Wi-Fi on site. Maybe it's better out of season, but not in our case.

The hotel surprised us in a good way, because the reviews were not very positive on the websites from our compatriots! We took a chance and it's the right thing to do! The hotel treated us from the very first minutes, with understanding and kindness, settling immediately after breakfast in room 1405 (4th floor), a view of the city, the road, the shops.....no noise and discomfort! They did not offer to pay us money and did not even hint at early check-in. I liked the room, the furniture is in excellent condition, everything is fine. I was pleased with the kettle with a set: coffee, tea, sugar, cream - in full abundance, the room is warm, the bed is snow-white-rustling), it is comfortable to sleep and fall asleep instantly, the lighting is not bad. The balcony overlooked the other building of the hotel and the road with shops, without a net, clean, a table and two armchairs, a dryer bolted to the wall.
The food is very good, you can eat all day somewhere). We didn't see the animation, well, we didn't need it. There are sooooo many shops outside the hotel with all replicas of brands and companies!(suddenly it's important to someone), Mall Side trading house, McDonald's, etc.
The beach, the sea are gorgeous, along the shore it seemed that we had the best shore, including the sun beds are normal and there are a lot of them. On the beach there is a bar, snack, coffee machine, pastries, fruits, ayran, gozleme tortillas. The road to the sea is comfortable, past the hotels... but the bus runs from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m., very often (we walked more often, it gave us pleasure).
87-90% of Germans were at our check-in, they are absolutely positive, friendly (but they smoke a lot).
Cleaning the rooms, never got hung up, cleaned up and great!)
The staff was always polite and courteous, they didn't ask for phone numbers), social networks too, they didn't schedule meetings (fortunately).
So, you can safely recommend the hotel. We have only a good impression left.

Hello. We are currently in this hotel, we arrived on 10/23/2021 with a company of six people, three children, three adults. I want to say right away that we have been vacationing in Turkey for 10 years, there is something to compare it with. Before going to Crown Palace, I read a lot of reviews on different sites, my disappointment was so great that I had thoughts of immediately canceling a trip to this hotel and going to another one. But my friends persuaded me to go and see. I drove with the mood, to put it mildly, not very much. I'll start in order, we arrived at the airport, took a transfer, got there quickly, since there were only three hotels, ours was the second. We were greeted very kindly at the reception, filled out the necessary documents, and were escorted to lunch, promising that they would check in after lunch. That's how it was, they came and settled us. The rooms were excellent, spacious and quiet. We didn't give any money. I will not write about the territory, the bus that takes you to the sea and so on, there is plenty of this in other reviews. I will write about the alleged bias against Russians. Don't believe it!!!!! The staff does not make any distinction. They treat everyone the same, friendly and very kind. Start with yourself, don't be rude, smile, thank you and at least sometimes leave a tip. Separately, I want to tell you about the restaurant, it's a masterpiece, there are a lot of things, delicious, if there are queues, they are small, and this is only because there are a lot of people. The hotel staff tries very hard to make your stay comfortable. The food is served in the restaurant, the snacks are decorated exquisitely. Baking is just a "bomb": cakes, pastries, Turkish sweets. The variety of baking is simply off the scale, and at the same time it is not a "powder" But decent biscuits, shortbread dough and so on. The alcohol is quite decent, we have not tried wine, but beer and whiskey can be drunk. The A la Carte restaurants are open, just make an appointment in advance. We'll go to the hammam tomorrow, I can't say anything yet. Summing up everything, I want to tell you, do not be fooled by negative reviews, go on vacation, enjoy your vacation and life, and look at yourself from the outside more often. I am writing this to those who did not have enough crayfish, cleaning in the room, a small territory and the Germans interfered. Unlike us, they just behave like people, they don't yell, they don't eat to a piggy squeal and they sing songs to me on the bus, already at lunch. The hotel, the staff, the sea and everything is just fine!!!!! By the way, we came from Moscow, and not from the regions, as some might think. That we have not seen above the "three". The hotel justifies its 5 stars. Good food, good beach, cleanliness. There are a lot of gay people. the main scourge is smoking and drunkenness of Germans and other Poles.
I must say right away that I am a positive and not very picky person. But I have something to compare it with - we have already been to covid (in October) in Turkey in another hotel.
I'll start with a good one
1. The hotel has a very nice beach and one of the best children's towns within a kilometer radius.
2. The food is delicious at the hotel. Especially delicious desserts. I haven't even seen PP desserts made from baked blended dried fruits and nuts in the expensive fives, but here they are every day.
3. Thai (Balinese) masseuses work in the hotel sauna.
4. The rooms are normal. The bed is comfortable, quite hard. We had two different pillows in our room, of different elasticity, and I put two on – one warmer, the second thinner.
5. A normal room with slot machines (paid).
Now about everything else
1. The hotel has a tiny very well–planned territory - many bars, restaurants and other premises, but at the end of April absolutely all of it was closed. Only the main restaurant was open according to the breakfast-lunch-dinner system and the lobby bar, which had only drinks and nuts. The water slides were not always on schedule. We found the gym open only 1 time. Wi-Fi is available in the rooms and on site, but it is slow. Those who bought paid Wi-Fi said that it was not much better (this is taking into account the fact that the hotel's load was about 10%). There is no Wi-Fi on the beach.
2. Nutrition. They cook delicious. Everything was fine for the first few days (only there was no mutton). But after the Germans left, the diversity became 2 times less. The food is served by the chefs - they put 2 pieces of cucumber in your mouth and then you ask to add more, more, more. This is especially unpleasant and inconvenient when you take food for yourself and the child.
You can put as much as you want on the covid, but in other 5 restaurants, the buffets are simply covered with glass, and tourists can put food on their own, as before.
Of the fruits, only apples, oranges and quinces. Strawberries and kiwis are given only in the form of cake decorations. Dried fruits are only for breakfast.
Food cannot be taken out of the restaurant, despite the fact that outside the restaurant in the hotel they do not feed anywhere all day (here I remind you that some tour operators sell this hotel under the guise of UALL)!
Personally, I can't understand how covid is related to the cancellation of tea and cakes in the afternoon? Why do other hotels work a la carte, but not here?
There is no ice cream or milkshakes. Children are given milk with syrup. There are no cocktail tubes (it turns out that in 5 * it is also possible).
My child is allergic to wheat and eggs. We were going on a field trip and we needed lunch boxes. I explained the situation at the reception and asked the child to put cheese, ham and pour milk into the lunch box. To which I received the answer that no one would pour milk for us: "you can buy it in the store." In the morning we were given a lunch box containing gluten-free bread (thanks for that, because there is none at the hotel), jam, greens and half an egg!!!! To my question, "didn't I ask for an egg?!" the receptionist replied: "You don't have to eat it, there won't be another one."... The second lunch box was not assembled at all. For comparison, in the other five, they always discussed with me whether the child needs to cook something separately, plus in other restaurants, the main allergens included in their composition are indicated on the plates with the names of the dishes. And here even the names are not everywhere.
Another point that bothered me was the issue of masks. In October, at another hotel, a mask and glove were silently handed to everyone at the entrance to the restaurant. At Crown Palace, masks are given out at the reception. If you forgot, go and ask on another floor. In 2 weeks, we were left with one mask in an individual package 2 times in the room (I still did not understand why we needed 1 mask for two?).
The waiters are not bad, but until you tipped them, they will serve you only after all the Germans have been served.
3. Alcohol. Cocktails are served only in the lobby. The cocktail list is small – 5 or 6 cocktails. Only the man with glasses and one of the girls cook normally. I haven't tried strong drinks or beer. The wines are normal.
If you are sitting by the pool with water slides, then for a cocktail or milk for a child you will have to walk 200 meters down the corridor and go up to the floor above in the lobby bar (there is no alcohol anywhere else).
4. The beach. It is good, wide, the sand is clean, the entrance is gentle. Towels are provided once a day (for a fee the second time). They are issued on the 1st floor at the far end of the building in the SPA. I am a little shocked by this approach in 5*, because even Egyptian and Cypriot 4* towels are given out on the beach.
We have never seen the shuttle of our hotel, they say it is there.
The beach bar. We had coffee, tea, beer, cola, fanta, heavily diluted box juice, milk and fruits with us. Sandwiches were delivered at 12:30 on weekdays. Not even ayran! In the first days of our arrival, there were also French fries, pastries and vegetables. But after the Germans left, it all disappeared.
5. Cleaning. On the first day, I didn't have any small money and I didn't leave a dollar, but they twisted swans out of blankets for us. Then I left a dollar, but no one twisted the swans anymore and the quality of cleaning did not improve – streaks are sometimes visible on the floor, coffee and tea forget to replenish. But they do not forget to steal money from tourists. 100 dollars disappeared from me, which I left in my backpack, and 10 thousand rubles were taken from another man. A few days later, I casually complained to the representative of the tour operator, to which I received a reply that they had a document according to which the hotel was not responsible for everything that was not in the safe. What do you think?
The rooms are equipped with dispensers with 2in1 gel shampoo. I don't mind dispensers, but where's the conditioner and body lotion? Do they even seem to be in all four of them now?
There is no glass in the bathroom yet. If you want to brush your teeth and put brushes on, take a paper cup for tea.
6. Animation: half an hour of children's disco and another half hour of adult. Then everyone is their own director. The Kids club only worked with us for the first two days. The lifeguard has never been seen near the water park. In neighboring hotels there is a disco until 23, and gymnastics on the beach and evening shows, and here one answer is covid.
And finally, one more interesting point. My child accidentally smashed a small plaster statuette in the lobby. I honestly brought the leftovers to the reception myself and said I was ready to discuss damages. The next morning we were supposed to leave for an excursion, so we agreed that we would get together with gestrelations and a representative of the tour operator the day after tomorrow, and at that time I would check the cost of similar sculptures (they are sold in many places nearby). They broke up. After 5 minutes, they call my room and ask me to urgently go down to the reception, where they tell me that I owe them $ 100 for the statuette, or they won't open the room door for me until I pay!!!!! To all my objections that I should check the price, the respeshen employee simply shouts that the technical manager has named such a price and until I pay, they will not let me and my child into the room (and we still have 6 days to live in the hotel). I gave away $100, but promised that I would write a detailed review about the attitude towards the guests at the hotel. Later, the locals unanimously confirmed to me that the cost of such a plaster statuette is about $ 5.
Tourists from the hotel said that they had seen worse "fives" in Turkey. But we will definitely not return to this hotel anymore. In principle, all the other tourists who traveled with us had the same opinion.

A week, 10 days is normal. The food is good. The rooms are good, and in the second building there are deluxe suites with their own mini-hammam. Cool.

It's cramped. And when the toilets begin to be washed at 17 o'clock, the smell of a public toilet and lemon cleaning agent overshadows the sea breeze.
But you can live until five o'clock in the evening))
3). The hotel has almost no territory. There is no greenery.
In the evening, there is no opportunity to walk and breathe the air. We have to go outside the territory.
All in all, this is a good hotel for your money.

A wonderful hotel! There is an air conditioner that works for heating, which is very important for winter and early spring. The hotel is aimed at German tourists, who are very reverent. There was a little animation, but since this is not the season, there was no big show program. Although I am perfectly entertained without it. Towels and bed were changed every 2 days, cleaning is daily and of high quality. There is a lot of food, including meat. I really liked it, because for me the main thing is the sea. It's a long way to the sea, but there is a bus, so in summer it's better to take the bus with children. And it all depends on the people, if you came to relax and for the sake of the sea, then in my opinion you will like it, and then it's up to you to decide.
By the way, it is best to exchange money for lira. This can be done in Manavgat (the guide offered me at the rate of 1 dollar = 5 liras). The exchange rate is more favorable in the change offices: on March 10-12, 2019, it was possible to change 1 dollar for 5.2-5.36 liras. The fare from Evrenseke to Manavgat costs 4 lira or 1 dollar/euro.

We had a family vacation from 04/01.21, the rooms are not cleaned, although we always left 5s. In the dining room, everything is according to the issue, there is little food and there is almost no choice. The staff wants money for every move. An excellent and comfortable hotel. One of the bright minuses is just catastrophic stuff in the evening in the form of a German musical of the worst kind. Everything else was just pleasing. 2 beautiful swimming pools. The slides are such that no water park is needed. They are fed for slaughter and in a very diverse way. The staff is VERY friendly and he DOES NOT distinguish between Germans and Russians. Just don't forget to leave a dollar a day to the cleaners, sometimes give it to the bartender - this is their earnings! (the Germans sometimes even leave 1-2 euros in the dining room, that's love). Beach towels can be changed every day.
The hamam does not plow, by the way. A sauna is available. You can drink from 10 to 00 whatever your heart desires: beer, whiskey, gin, wines, cocktails. Everything is free. The rest is great. The beach is great. The sea is very clean. If you do not find fault with everything in a row, then you will have a 5-plus rest! I recommend.

It is unclear why you should turn on music at such a small hotel at a crazy volume. I asked to change the number, they changed it to even worse. They refused to change the number the next day. At the reception, the "slightly Russian-speaking receptionist" refused to replace the room.
No one will meet you halfway. "There's music everywhere that you want"
The guides didn't help me either, so they were at the hotel to sell tours and that's it.
The territory is very small, there are a lot of hotels around, just a "hotel hostel"
