We checked into an economy room, at a cost of 97 rubles for three people, a block (2 rooms and a bathroom) in each room there are 2 beds, 2 bedside tables and 2 chairs, a wardrobe. Refrigerator and kettles.
A dead May bug was found under the bed, although it is already the end of July.
The bed is old, the pillows are huge and heavy, no one sleeps on them now. Everything is very shabby, the furniture is also old, it looks creepy, although we consider ourselves not spoiled. The bathroom and toilet are not repaired, we are even surprised that such a thing is left somewhere now. And the most interesting thing was that there was no hot water during our stay, which we were not warned about when paying. We found out when we went up to the floor. The quality does not match the price, we regret that we did not consider other options. In general, we do not recommend it! Go up and look at the number before paying for it and check everything.

No comfort! You need to wait half an hour for warm water after you open the hot tap so that the glass is cold. Pulling on the door handle, the slopes move away from the wall. The beds are damp, it was very unpleasant to sleep. The floors creak, the wallpaper gets dirty to the point of horror, the sockets have been there since the time of the dinosaurs. The shower is old and constantly dripping. The carpets are dirty, and the bathrooms are generally scary. The shelf in the soul is kept simply on an honest word and everything falls off it. The expired soap that was lying there. In general, save your money, I do not advise you to stay there!

It's great for your money. The prices are almost a hostel. Dorm: 2 rooms in a block with a nice renovation. The TV is a refrigerator. Polite. They wrote about cold and water in winter, I'll check there is hot water, but not sure pressure and not boiling water, such dorms are rarely warm. There are no questions in the summer. I will use it.

Among the advantages: low price, polite staff, TV and Internet, kettle, refrigerator in the room.
Of the cons: the room is very cold, the water is barely warm, in winter it is not an option at all. The microwave oven is one for the whole hotel with a key, if you want to eat, you need to run from the fifth floor to the first at the reception, then to the third to the "kitchen", then give the key back to the first floor, and then run with food to the fifth floor to your room so that the food does not cool down. There is no dining room in the hotel, this is a big minus. There are two student canteens nearby with a specific work schedule from 12 to 16 and only on weekdays.

Отличные номера. Чисто, уютно, красиво. Быстрое заселение. Вежливый персонал. Хорошая парковка. Удобное расположение. Есть wi-fi, правда ловит не везде, но это мелочи. Все очень понравилось. Всем будем советовать.

Всегда на обратном пути в Россию выбираю эту гостиницу, отличное обслуживание на ресепшн, номера чистые, недорого. Плоховато ловит вайфай, но это не критично.

Хорошая гостиница с демократичной ценой проживания. Вежливый персонал. В номере все необходимое для жизни. Чисто.
Из минусов: скрепят полы, звукоизоляция оставляет желать лучшего.

Объективную оценку дать не сложно, но и ничего сверхестественного там тоже нет, заехать переночевать и выехать, на сутки, можно, а если быть слишком привередливым человеком, то можно найти много недостатков. Цена средняя

Доброжелательный и вежливый персонал. Чистые номера, за свою цену гостиница адекватная. Из минусов - отсутствие лифта. Есть хорошая парковка.

Улыбчивый рецепшен, обслуживает быстро,заселение за 5 минут. Номера как в ощежитиях:блочного типа, на две комнаты общий душ и туалет. Номера не плохие, уютные, но холодные за это 3 звезды. В номере холодильник, чайник, телевизор.

Месторасположение самое печальное. Номера бюджетные, для командировки с госпредприятий и спортивных юношеских команд. Место для питания отсутствует, но рядом в пяти минутах ходьбы хорошая столовая Института Продовольствия.

Достойное место для путешественников. Цена приятно удивляет. Качество отличное. Если возьмёте номер после ремонта убедитесь в этом сами. Находится в тихом месте, есть автостоянка, рядом вся необходимая инфраструктура. Рекомендую.
